Discipline - I like to be in Discipline and also I know the Rules of Gangs. In Gang I will be maintaining proper Discipline and also i will personally or my trained Gang Member will give proper trainings for the gang and also how to live in city with proper rules and regulations. Because I personally after getting bail from jail in city I realised that I should learn rules first so I learned all the rules of the Ghetto and City Rules and Regulations. Set the bar for Economy, Jobs, Law Enforcement, and Crime. Every aspect should be tightly controlled and monitored. This is the depth of Role Play. This is also what attracts the people who play RP at different servers. And in this way we manage to keep the server at much more capacity and at much enjoyable pace.

So if you want to grow your server the best place to start is with the community. Find people who want the same level of RP and game play. Try to think of ways to make your server unique. If you can start working on new updates like new types of jobs and also new types of businesses that help your server stand out. If we mix these elements we can start growing and also improve the same.

A.1-I want to be the Leader to Increase crime in the State. I believe Bloods has not been at a very good condition from a very long time and I want to make a change in my term and run it successfully

A.2- I Have the support of my friends and family members so we would be performing activities like raids, store robberies, etc.

A.3- I would certainly focus on Bonuses cause every member are giving their time for the organisation so I would give more bonuses according the activites we do.

A.1- I'm gonna be mostly active to keep proper attention on my gang members by checking their activity by being with them - Leadership

- In recent times, I have observed a decrease in gang activity in EN2. When the project first began, gangs were highly involved in events, encouraging competition, and immersing themselves in role playing scenarios, which brought a lot of energy in the ghetto. However, lately, many gang leaders appear to have lost some of their motivation, resulting in less participation and a lack of unity among members.

- Leaders often don't keep their promises and aren't involved in events, leading to many gangs being shut down due to their lack of activity and failure to follow recruitment rules. Another issue is leaders being overly focused on their gang's territory, which can lead to rule breaks. Additionally, they don't choose good deputies and sometimes ignore turf rules, which makes things worse. I aim to become a leader to solve these problems, making the Bloods active again and bringing back competition and energy to the ghetto.

- As a leader, my main focus will be keeping the gang active. I'll make sure we're involved in important events like clands, battleships, subs, and stores. Maintaining high spirits is important, so will encourage members to compete with other gangs in events in ghetto and even with legal organizations. Recognizing and rewarding active members is key. I will watch closely and give promotions and bonuses to those who participate a lot, to keep everyone motivated. To keep the gang strong, only certain ranks will be allowed to recruit new members. Those who want to join will go through a careful interview process led by trusted high ranked members, so they understand and follow our rules.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I have no tolerance for toxic individuals. I am committed to ensuring that my gang is completely free from negativity and harmful behavior. We will hire experienced people who know how to manage turf well.

- I will appoint deputies from various time zones to ensure activity around the timezones, even when I am not available. We will work hard to follow the rules and make sure there are as few rule breaking incidents as possible. Anyone who wants to join will have to go through a thorough interview process.

- We will also have fun roleplaying with legal organizations, coming up with unique hostage situations and other exciting scenarios. I will ensure that Bloods members feel like we are one big, friendly family, treating everyone with respect.

2. Ever since the start of me playing this server I wanted to join Bloods and it was the first Gang I went too, and I wanna be able to make others feel the same way, at the time of me joining Bloods it was very fun no matter what it was, Street Fights, Events, Robberies, and I just want to be able to build a Bond like this.

I was High Command in many ORGs, such as EMS, LSPD, FIB, Ballas, Bloods and I understand at times it can get rough with Members not following the Rules, and I want to be able to have a Healthy Roleplay experience for everyone that's new to the server, and avoid these forum fights

Finally, I feel that my Leadership is good and many others can agree, and I have a lot of past roleplay experience and know the rules, and I would love to teach the new Members within Blood Street Gang the Rules. I have been in this server for along time so I know what I'm doing.

3. I plan on doing Store Robberies, and Gun Store Robberies with a Hostage to enhance the roleplay of LEOS, I will also have my Gang attend events such as Submarines, Clandestine, and Turfs, and making sure that the members of my gang understand the rules.
