I've been with LEO for a long time, and I've gained a lot of experience. I've seen a lot of situations that LEO is involved in, and I've worked with a lot of leaders. I can now use that experience to improve FIB. Additionally, because I've been with LEO for a long time, I've seen mistakes made by both FIB and its leaders, and I've noticed that there is room for improvement.

As I previously stated, there is room for improvement. One of the things I will do is improve the system of logs and activity checkup. Some of the leaders I have worked with don't really focus on this much, and they don't have a good internal affairs team, which actually lowers the activity for their term. I want the activity of FIB to be the highest in the city.

As I mentioned earlier, I have been a part of LEO for a long time—ten terms, to be exact—and I have noticed that these days, departments within FIB are not being active or doing what they are supposed to do, which is bad for an organization like FIB. I have also noticed that only one department is carrying FIB for the entire term, which is something I want to improve because I don't want one department to carry FIB for the entire term.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

As I previously stated, the department within FIB is not active. Therefore, instead of punishing them, I will give them incentives to maintain the department's proper operation, which will also raise the RP quality of FIB.

In order to improve RP within FIB, I will be introducing some new procedures during my term. Additionally, more people will be interested in joining and working at FIB because they have never experienced this type of RP or procedure in FIB. I will also introduce new procedures for each department so that everyone can enjoy themselves, and I will also improve the procedure of regular FIB activities.

Even after improving things like procedure it won't be that good of use if I didn't consider about promotions and bonus at the end of the week if there will be a promotion ceremony the units will work harder expecting they are going to get the reward for their hard work at the end of week which is improve FIB activity and the organisation itself and we also cannot for forget about bonus giving unit bonus will also increase the activity and having a organised bonus system prevent confusion while handling out bonus which will improve the organisation.

To maintain high RP standards, leadership should correct mistakes calmly and professionally. Punishments should be fair, but guidance should come first. This helps agents improve instead of feeling discouraged and keeps the organization clean and respected.

Always be professional in every situation and make my term successful if becomes and atlast i can say that if a chance comes to me then i will not disappoint any one

3.5--> We must train agents in tactical drills, interrogation techniques, negotiation instruction, and shooting range roleplay.

2.1) My way up to be mature and reaching High Command and I can say have great understanding of structure, rules and responsibilities that comes with being part of a Organization.
2.2) I want becoming the FIB leader. We are all aware that the quality of roleplay is declining because so many people routinely violate it. I'm here to raise the level of roleplay because I believe that everyone should behave appropriately in difficult situations.
2.3) I can proof myself then I can show my efficiency towards people of this city. My last reason to become Director of FIB is to take the responsibility to experience challenges.

3.1) We will maintain a good external relation with all the other organisations so we can work with good coordination in every situation.
3.2) The main challenge is the night shift I will hire individuals for that shift Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.
3.3) Another important aspect of a successful ORG is their IA department should be responsible , active and knowledgeable , I will make sure my IA dept regulates without any corruption and works ethically .

  • 2.a. As every law enforcement agency has its own unique purpose, the FIB has a special capabilities and opportunities to enhance RP experience for everyone. I want to use my previous experiences in both legal and illegal organizations as well as crime families to boost citizens happiness. Having worked under different leaders in various organizations, I would like to bring my own perspective to this powerful organization. To achieve this, I will empathize with criminals and as well as other law enforcement agencies.
  • 2.b. I would like to establish integrity with other organizations. This includes but not limited to calling for press briefings to keep everyone informed, maintaining close communication with EMS and providing assistance when needed, offering additional oversight to SANG around the FZ and providing extra security to state leaders when required.
    2.c. One of my main objectives will be transparency and accountability. These principles should be clearly demonstrated to all parties including both legal and illegal organizations. I aim to bring a new approach to every aspect of the FIB. Merit and data driven performance will determine promotions. Necessary actions will be taken against any unacceptable behavior by agents and handled transparently. Sharing the outcomes of these actions with all involved parties will be core objectives.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

  • 3.a. Intensive training will be provided to all FIB agents on server and organization rules to prevent any disruption to the RP experience of other players.
  • 3.b. In addition to internal disciplinary actions for agents who break the rules, proper training will be provided to help them gain expertise in server and organizational standards. This ensures that, even after my term, they retain these skills and positively interact with other players.
  • 3.c. Competition is valuable for improvement, but kindness is mandatory. Every agent will remain professional and respectful toward all players, and competition with other organizations will never result in rude or inappropriate behavior.
  • 3.d. Regular events will include detailed background stories. For example, a whistleblower may provide intelligence about ghetto activity prior to a Ghetto Patrol, press briefings will be held before certain Black Market raids, and tactical briefings will be conducted during hostage situations.
  • 3.e. Joint operations will be conducted with other law enforcement organizations. Background stories and intelligence sharing will also be coordinated with other legal agencies.
    3.f. At times, the FIB will allow other organizations to take the lead in operations for observation purposes. This will increase the involvement of other law enforcement agencies while still allowing the FIB to remain hands-on. Upon request, the outcomes of these observations will be shared respectfully.

3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.

3.1--> After arrests, raids, shootings, or events, agents must need to submit proper RP reports in detailed.
3.2--> Agent development through appropriate roleplay, such as awards, suspensions, promotions, and demotions, should be roleplayed rather than instantaneous.
3.3--> Planned investigations, sting operations, hostage rescues, and undercover missions are necessary for organized roleplay events.
3.4--> Undercover roleplay (RP) Agents infiltrate dishonest businesses or gangs by using slow and cautious RP.
3.5--> We must train agents in tactical drills, interrogation techniques, negotiation instruction, and shooting range roleplay.
3.6--> We must teach agents about warrants, presenting evidence, and working with DOJ and attorneys through court and legal roleplay trials.
3.7--> Using appropriate codes, a composed tone, and organized communication, professional radio discipline in an organization.
3.8--> All explanations are handled by RP actions or commands; there is no OOC during roleplay.
3.9--> Using roleplay commands correctly: /me, /do should be used in a clear and practical manner.
3.10--> Emotional roleplay; stress, fear, exhaustion, or moral conflict when situations demand it.
3.11--> New hires must be supervised and trained by experienced agents.
3.12--> Discipline must be based on roleplay rather than personal bias in order to be equitable and uniform.

:- I haven't been to FIB for a long amount of time but I have been in FIB for 6 terms. I joined FIB as an OO Agent, I learnt many things from the director and deputy director which I have worked under. I attended many raids, I have handled many situations led by FIB. The experience which I got from FIB also helped in my LSPD term. As my time as the Chief of Police I have notice some flaws and procedure from past terms in FIB and I want to improve the organization so that FIB will be the most respected organization in the whole city.

:- I have experience as Chief of police and I had a very good term with active member and with active members come responsibility of handling large number of people and command them to maintain professionalism while the Special operations are being conducted. It takes patience and being calm to take right decisions for the moment which can change the overall outcome of the situation and I think it matches what we do in FIB in gang raids.

:- Federal Investigation Bureau is the most repudiated and one of the most powerful organization in the city. But currently FIB is not perfect but has the standards of FIB, It should be perfect and there shouldn't be any exceptions. 2.1 Experience and Leadership
I have some experience from before that makes me think I could handle running something big like the Federal Investigation Bureau it is a serious organization, and leading it would mean needing good communication and making quick decisions when things get tough. I know a bit about setting up departments right, putting people in roles that fit their skills, and getting everyone to work together without too much mess,that structure stuff is key for any law enforcement group to do well. clear chains of command help, and coordinating between agents keeps operations from falling apart.my style would push for people taking responsibility and holding each other accountable, plus teamwork to hit goals and keep performance up. It is not always easy, but it seems necessarysometimes it feels like the pressure could build up, but I believe focusing on that would make the whole thing run smoother

Improving roleplay in the organization seems pretty key, especially if we want things to feel more professional and fun for everyone like, focusing on how agents act realistically and communicate well can make operations way more believable. I think that helps keep the whole group organized without it getting chaotic.one thing that stands out is encouraging members to stick to proper rules during RP. Agents should try to behave like actual law enforcement officers, avoiding stuff that just doesnt make sense in the scenario. This keeps the seriousness going, and it might even make the roleplay quality better overall. Sometimes people rush things, but acting in character really matters.training sessions could help a lot with that. Organizing regular ones on investigation steps or arrest procedures, and even teamwork stuff during ops. It not only builds skills but gets agents thinking about different situations in RP. I am not totally sure how often they should happen, but probably enough to keep everyone sharp.communication is another big part. When agents and leaders talk clearly and respectfully, it cuts down on mix ups. Everyone knows what to do, so operations run smoother and feel more real. Without that, things can get confusing fast.leadership should push for creativity too, like in how investigations are handled. Instead of just jumping ahead, focus on details such as questioning suspects properly or collecting evidence step by step. That makes the whole experience more immersive, I guess, and enjoyable.discipline plays a role here as well. i- I have been on this project from last 4 years, been seen every ups and downs as well as got many chance to serve in LSPD,FIB,NG,GOV and 14thChief of Police as well as some gangs at senior positions holding great responsibility of every organization and gained new experience and as well as learnt many things ,and as per now I want to use my skill and experience to maintain a organization well and where every agent will understand their duty and fulfill them as well as follow the correct protocols consistently hence will make sure that FIB would have well ,structured ops and lawful investigation with my leadership in effect.

ii- FIB is one of the most respected organization within the city which shapes high level roleplay, being FIB leader i will raise the quality of professionalism and enforce strict protocol to procedural standard and encourage agents for serious investigation.

- Being leader, i will make sure that every agent is given regular training/practice and have a detailed manual for basic to difficult work, when everyone following to same framework the RP becomes more like-like , strandardized and both organization and citizens gets to enjoy it.

-Will make sure that agents prioritize conversation and negotiations as Law enforcement, it would build up oriented RP as well as improving the quality of RP between LEO and Gang members.

-Rather than warning or strikes/dismissal , we will use real RP situation as learning like post situation discussion and debriefs using the bodycams will help each and every agent understand their mistake and what could have been done better.

-HR and IA work will be on priority as it will checking bodycam and will help in correcting the mistakes of agents and rewarding them for their hardwork.

  • On 11th October 2023 (11.10.2024) the 22nd Term of FIB when Rehan Rana was the Director, I joined FIB for the first time by taking transfer from Government and then i started with getting brief training of every particular operations and works of a FIB 3days later after passing my interviews and practical observation by a senior i was eligible for being a Federal Agent and I received Federal Operative Agent rank and then started learning the work from the daily task/missions assigned.

  • 3Terms later on 25th Term of FIB during the leadership of Michael Mayors i was promoted to a High command Position as Deputy Head of Department as rewarding my loyalty and disservice of my experience. I have learned a lot on my first 5terms and the experience i have got during that time was a gem for me, the lesions taught by my Seniors and the mistakes committed by me all was a step which helped me growing up. After being a HC i got the experience on how to manage a organization and treat all the other agents with regarding there jobs and works.

  • From last 5terms I have being Assistant Director and once a Deputy Director and now i have completely understood the root of FIB and now I want to experience the top Floor of the FIB, Casefiles and managing term is all about past experience and I truly belief my friends that they will always be on my back helping me with the terms, I have very good connections regarding this sections and will be the best from my end.

  1. Increasing Bonus is not required, Distribution & Making a good system for is highly required.
  2. Building connection not only between the organization employees but also the whole state employees are highly recommended and will be highly working on it.
  3. Daily interesting work/mission/task makes the day interesting, so employees will work the same but with different context.
  4. Rules & Regulations are not only meant to be maintained but also to be respected.
  5. "Favoritism" is the worst and cheapest thing which happens on a regular basis, my target will be ignoring favoritism as we ignore our EX-Girlfriend/EX-Boyfriend.

Leader on the Field - Im not scared to be on the field and make a mistake. Im mostly a cautious person and i believe my punishment history proves that well. However, if i do make a mistake and get my organisation punished that is still not enough for me to concerned because im an RP person. I will get that punishment removed and move on. I will be patrolling with my people, assisting other organisations, guiding/teaching people things that they don't know. Whatever happens, one of my priorities will be "having fun as much as possible while we still can" and make memories with quality people. Therefore those people will always see their leader on the field with them. Threats by other people or organisation targetters are not enough to scare me because i simply do NOT care.

Fairness and Equality - People in my organisation will be treated properly, fairly and according to the laws. If you make a mistake, doesn't matter whether you are my friend, partner, family member you will be punished the same way as others. Lower ranks are not expected to have as much knowledge as their higher ups therefore the severity of the punishment most likely will be based on rank and the expectation of that persons awareness about the mistake.

Personal Experience - There are 2 important positions i have been in, therefore i believe those are enough to consider giving me an opportunity to become the new Leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau. Those positions are Attorney General (Raj Aryan's 👑term), Deputy Director (Yam Zack's 👑term). I have a great law knowledge as well as great knowledge of each department in Federal Investigation Bureau.

Professionalism - Federal Investigation Bureau is supposed to be a top level elite law enforcement agency with its top level wise and knowledgeable federal agents. I will make sure that FIB actually behaves as they were supposed to, this entire time. That includes their behaviors towards other organisations but also responding with language others understand when required to, their knowledge regarding law and how to detain/arrest people properly.

Innovation over Tradition - I would like to implement new things instead of following others and their traditions, methods used in RP situations should not be repetitive, we need different RP situations and more fun actions. For example everytime a state organisation conducts Ghetto Patrol what is the point of keep taking the same route with cars for 15 minutes and do absolutely nothing ? People are so focused on doing the requirements instead of actually trying to do something fun.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1 - Use of different weapons/firearms for better strategy such as "flare signal" in different occasions.
2 - Teach and encourage people to use "mugshots" for better RP moments.
3 - Implementing different squads and divisions such as "Direct Force" stated in my ranking system. People who hold these positions will have their own squad at special operations or events and each squad captain will be responsible for his own squad. Those Squads and members can be determined and named in official FIB email.
4 - Law Encouragement - If possible i would like to schedule meetings and classes with Department of Justice/Department of Education "ICly" to keep my agents aware of the procedural actions such as detention&arrest, search of a private property.
5 - Most of the people do not interrogate suspects once they detain&arrest them. Everyone just wants to put people in prison and do the same thing for the rest of the day. Interrogations might get you a great information as well as a great RP moment/memory. Those interrogations will take place at FIB headquarters designated rooms for "interrogation purposes".
6 - Communication with other state organisations: Meaning we will try to keep in touch with each state organisation to actually assist each other and find opportunities to do joint operations, activities. Such as joint patrol with LSPD at Los Santos or joint patrol with SAHP at Blaine County, border check conducted in a joint operation of LSPD/SAHP/FIB/GOV/NG, assisting GOV in their state inspection for Security purposes.
7 - Unique ideas to conduct better Ghetto Patrols.
8 - No more 20 ADs or 20 Chief of Staffs, i already started preparing my own charter and i would like to close that non sense era of excessive amount of HCs. Something is rare and less reachable then it becomes like an actual trophy, achievement and more valuable. No more Assistant Director or Chief of Staffs managing a department(unless circumstances require them to), people who are holding Deputy Head or Head of Department should feel more like in charge of the department.
9 - Ensuring that people who are part of a department sticks to the tasks of that specific department. Meaning no more doing random departments tasks without being part of them which indicates each department's own importance and makes more realistic.

I want to become a leader of the FIB because I have long been fascinated by the work of this organization. This keeps things interesting and motivates everyone involved to keep contributing. We want to keep bureaucracy to a minimum so that the focus is truly on the fun of the game and collaboration, ensuring everyone has a rewarding roleplay experience.
My main goal is for everyone to feel comfortable here and for us to strengthen roleplay together, both on the law enforcement and law enforcement sides. I want to create a community where teamwork and openness are paramount, resulting in an RP experience that's fun for everyone, whether they're a newcomer or an experienced roleplayer.

Specialized Training:

Under our leadership, we want to develop specialized training models for each unit, tailored to the specific responsibilities of each department.
We already have some ideas for these specialized training courses.
These include:

Undercover Training

This training is specifically for the CID (Gang/Undercover Unit). In this training, CID agents are taught how to behave in undercover operations, how to proceed, and how to infiltrate and move undetected within structures.

Bridge Training (interim name)

: The Bridge training focuses on the best course of action (in hostage situations/shop robberies, etc.), how to act strategically with hostage-takers to safely free the hostages and apprehend the perpetrators without anyone being harmed.
(This training can also be completed by other units, but it is not mandatory.)

Press Conferences:

Following particularly serious threats to the state or highly complex operations, it is important to me, as well as to the leadership, to hold press conferences together with other participating organizations. These press conferences serve to provide open and transparent information about what happened. We want to demonstrate to the public that we, as the FIB, and our partners are doing everything in our power to guarantee the security of the state. It is important to us that people understand what happened, how we acted, and what measures we are taking to prevent such threats from recurring. This strengthens public trust in our work. Citizens should be able to stand behind us with a clear conscience, knowing that their safety is our highest priority. Open communication fosters closeness and understanding, and that is the best way to ensure safety together.

Collaboration with other organizations:

Collaboration with other organizations has often taken a back seat in the past. We definitely want to change that. My team and I want to establish closer contact with the leaders of other organizations and significantly strengthen communication.
It's not just about discussions at the leadership level, but also about ensuring our employees are in direct contact with teams from other organizations and act together as a unit. This is demonstrated, for example, by the fact that the current FIB, together with other organizations, also participates in events like recruiting traders, and this runs smoothly.
We also want to conduct joint training sessions with other organizations to further strengthen these ties. Our clear goal is to free hostages unharmed and apprehend perpetrators without ever endangering the lives or safety of the hostages. We want to coordinate processes so that everyone knows what they have to do and that decisions are made quickly, in a coordinated manner, and with the protection of all involved in mind. For us, this is not just a matter of efficiency, but also a matter of respect for the people in danger.
We want to show that together, as strong, well-connected organizations, we can act more effectively than each of us alone.
