(2.1) I Have been a leader of a legal organization (SAHP) and now i want to give the Illegal org a try and i will give my best
(2.2) Most of the new player join a gang as a first organization and i want to make a good impression about the gangs and the server
(2.3) I have been a leo for long time now and i see that gang not doing much activity like FZ raid and store robbery so i want to make the organization active as much as possible.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
(3.1) Make sure that Each member of the gang should act true to their own personality for a more engaging experience.
(3.2) Do not hire under 6 years old (IC), to make sure that they have the minimum knowledge of city and server rules.

(3.3) Bring more criminal activities beside Store Robberies, NG Raids and Hostage Situation.
(3.4) We'll conduct thorough interviews as part of our recruitment process and make sure they speak proper English .
(3.5) During store robberies and other events, I'll enforce strict radio rules for my gang. They should only share necessary information like callouts and vital details until I or my deputies say otherwise..
(3.6) From what I've seen in the city, some people join in when rules are broken during RP. To address this, I'll train my gang to handle these situations differently. They should stay in character if possible, record any rule-breaking on their bodycams, and report it later with the evidence. If they can't continue, they should film the incident, then step away without getting involved.

So my journey started from en1 where I joined my first gang marabunta being excited rp enthusiast and of love to roleplay in such kind of organisation from beginning when I started to play I love gangs and Bunta was my like my first home in this I learned alot from there enjoyed ghetto clapping hostage situation I leaded some of them hosted store robberies which gained me ample of knowledge and experience to move further and become deputy since then I've been deputy of more than 25+ terms leaded them very well with our other 3 deputy and leader moreover I become leader in En3 as well Of Marabunta and leaded it well
Apart from this all I've noticed that when me an my friend been deputy other gang use to break alot of rules which led them to face more difficulty to lead their organisations where me and my friends encourage new comers with old players so they can have a wonderful rp experience we thought them how does this thing works and what you shouldn't do so you and our organization won't be in trouble and guess what some of them are being leaded organisation very well like I still remember when they used to ask what's this how this works and now they ended their term well
If I become leader of marabunta I'll make sure that everyone whoever joins in will enjoy each and every moment of is rp experience I'll host hostage situation on a bit different ways than usual make ghetto most active with making sure that we are meeting all requirements of weekly crime event chart overall I think I'll fit best for this position cuz I've developed alot in my leading skills and ofcourse you'll find that when I'll be leading Marabunta If I got it
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay Level in organisation.
My advice for improving roleplay is to always give your best but that's not all we needed my plans to improve rp is to make ghetto active again cuz in my point of view it's dead gangs don't seems to be active with their members we'll push the limits of every event we will try to to hit stores gun stores maximum time hitting up fz and hosting hostage situation with a bit different way and trying out new location so leos can enjoy the negotiations as well and just like all other gang miss out is lack on rewards they just forget about rewarding their members which encourages your members of you reward them it really makes them feel they are some good kinda thing and enjoying alot I'll try to give bonuses and ammunition at max every loot from fz money from hostage situation from store robbery will provide maximum bonuses as reward to keep them motivated encouraged and been together in ghetto and events I'll give my best to make bunta one of the best gang again and will make ghetto alive i have good and experienced hc team and some good deputies who will manage my organisation when I'm not available and will encourage others to grind for learn more and achieve that position too my goals is not just max graffiti profits and
turfs but mainly to make ghetto active and enjoy the most from rp which we all expect from a gang
despite chasing for more members for gang and try to get more active members that doesn't work at all instead make it alive with your skills and leadership quality that's how I gonna make it

- I want to become the leader of Marabunta Grande because it was my first org that i joined after starting the RP life under Halil CetinCeviz's leadership. I grew up and had great gang experience.
- I have been in high command in other gangs, I have good leadership skills as i have also been high command of a unofficial family in EN3 so I believe I can manage the gang without making any significant mistakes.
- As I see for a while Marabunta was not that much active , If i become leader of Marabunta I'll make sure that in my term that Marabunta will be active.
- I want to experience the leadership of a gang.
- I have LEO experience in EN3 so I know how LEO org works , so i can use that for experiece as an advantage.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Usually new players join gangs to enjoy and have experience of a criminal gang but most of them don't know the server rules which results in warning to the gang and a disturbance in the RP experience of experienced players. So I'll make sure to have members with good knowledge of gangs in the org , and make sure that new players get to know the server rules as soon as possible.
- I will make sure that no one joins the gang who just hopped into the RP life like of age 1- 5 .
- Asking a bit tough questions in the gang interview will result in a good member base in the gang. I'll make a good set of questions for high commands that they can ask to players in interview and they can add by their own too.
- I have seen so much toxicity in gangs unlike legal orgs which are very friendly , I'll make sure that there will be no toxicity in the gang.
- I will make sure to have good management team that will be able to manage the gang and associate me for a successfull term.

1. I've been playing the server for a while and aspire to hold a leadership position. Throughout my playing career, I have been a part of numerous legal and criminal organizations, and I believe this qualifies me for this role as a powerful leader. I've previously spent a lot of time in a lot of gangs and one leader in Marabunta in en3 . My understanding of the regulations enables me to lead successfully for the whole 30 days and perhaps even win another term.
2. Like other gangs, Marabunta Grande is, in my opinion, one of the major ones. I've spent a lot of time in the city. I observed helpless and idle in the ghetto. I want to head the Marabunta Grande gang because I know that I can make a difference and because I am self-assured. I want to accomplish these goals with the help of my deputy. My objective is to finish this professionally and without error.

Regardless of status, all players will be treated with respect, and trolls, poisonous people, and those who behave disrespectfully will not last in our group. The best officers will be present during the hiring process. I have excellent people skills, very few opponents, and strong persuasion abilities. Together with the top athletes and turfers, we will change this city!

2.I want to become leader of marabunta organization is that..
i.First of all these days gangs are being inactive,so the first thing I will do as a leader is that I will not let my gang get incative,to make it happen first thing I will do is I will let my gang members engage into Ghetto Fights,store robberies,Fz Raid,Clands etc.
ii.I was high command of many other gangs such as bloods,vagos,ballas where I learned each and everything.By which I can say that I gained a good Leadership Skill.
iii.Last but not the least I want to become leader of this organization because I want to get experienced as a Leader.I have many friends who were high commands in other gangs by taking their help I can assured that we can give successfull term in the city without breaking single rules

i.As from my Past Experiences I found that Gangs used to hire newbies without interview only for numbers ,which leads in Breaking rules So I will take care that I will hire those people who know each and every rules of the server.
ii.I will provide my gang members training&good bonuses with high activites and I will make a new System that can make our organization more powerfull.
iii.I will make sure that who'll get 14-15 rank must have a Very good knowledge about the server rules and will make sure that they must hire peoples who have good server knowledge.
iv.Will get the best deputy's,Og's for my Gang so that atleast one of them attend events and help players to know all server rules and will make sure that according to players knowledge we will provide ranks.
v.I will not tolerate toxicity and rule breaks,if found anyone will be Blacklisted from the Organization.

2.1> Visions Regarding The Org: I have big plans regarding Marabunta Grande, If I get the term, I can ensure I would be able to lead the most active marabunta term in the history of en2. I will run after increasing RP as much as I can and make sure I set an example for upcoming leaders. With my past experience as an individual and vast knowledge of rules, I can ensure there would be no rulebreaks done what so ever and I will surely complete the term with no org punishment. iv) Its been a while i never see any graffitti of marabunta from one month so I try to gain max graffitti so that other gangs will know marabunta is active again and they fear from us.

A.1-I want to be the Leader in increasing the crime in the State. I believe marabunta has been a good Gang Since Many Terms And I still want to make it Very Successful.
A.2- I Have the support of my friends and family members so we would be performing activities like raids, store robberies, etc.
A.3- I would certainly focus on Bonuses cause every member are giving their time for the organisation so I would give more bonuses according the activites we do.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
A.1- I'm gonna be mostly active to keep proper attention on my gang members by checking their activity by being with them - Leadership
A.2 - I would fairly provide ranks for each & every person after personally interviewing him for 15 mins and give the rank which he deservers.. - Fair Decisions
A.3 - I am gonna teach every guy who joins the organization as a newbie where they have no no knowledge I would make sure to give them brief explanation of the organization and how to perform accordingly. - Teaching Newbies
