i want to become and leader of organization because i want to help the server to start from a good note and i would like to get the leader ship and make the server look better with me being leader. i know 3 languages Armenian , Russian , and English all fluently i have been leader of marabunta on the 1st server of English and i learned from my mistakes to be a good leader and i had lead big groups of people i have been deputy leader for multiple gangs like vagos , bloods , families , marabunta , i know all the rules and will do the best of the best to make it the biggest and best gang in the server i have a lot of experience so i can handle things in good way and fast.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization. My advice for improving roleplay is to ensure the levels of rp stay high by maintaining a strict approach to recruitment and to also divide the gang into factions that specialise in particular areas such as negotiation teams or robbery squads.

i)I seen that from few weeks marabunta gang is unactive and i dont like that any gang is unactive i want every gang do events to make them server active,So i want to be a leader so that I give a new life to marabunta and make them gang most active in city.

ii) I have been playing on this server since march 2022 and I have earned a lot of experience in legal orgs and also too much in illegal orgs! When I came to city I first join the criminal activities in gang and my interest in gang was develop from that day to now! About 3 months ago I was the deputy of Bloods and In last term of vagos I was Ak47(14) of Vagos also in all hangs im a HC and i earned a enough experience to become a leader and manage the org with negligible mistakes and no Warns!

iii) I observed that there is so many toxicity in gangs! But in legal orgs the environment is as family. So,I want to become leader so that i remove toxicity and motivate members on their work.

iv) Its been a while i never see any graffitti of marabunta from one month so I try to gain max graffitti so that other gangs will know marabunta is active again and they fear from us.

Advices for improving Roleplay Level in Organisation:


Some times gang is unactive because a lot of people left the gang because a lack of money or booringness!So,I try to do more events as mush as possible so that gang members enjoy with us and also I will create a great system of bonus. In this way everyone who come to events will earn a money.

Also I will give a high roleplay level by doing events. At least one store Rob and FZ Raid in a day so that my gang are active!

i want to become leader of this organization ( marabunta grande) becaus i wanna achieve an extraordinary experience of becoming a leader of this specific organization ( in my 3 years back then i came in the city i have achieved a list number of experience becaming one of the leader of famillies before. list num 1 :- improving the financial and the educational system in organization many organizations. Cant balance the financial value of members. Suppose a event happening everyone get bonus exept one person. So there will be a financial crisis in relationship withing members.

list num 2.:- this list is improving the defencive and attacking the hqs. Many hq is not against defence withing the citizen. Maybe some employees of gang members get harrased so becoming more well developed in defence.

1 - Since I came to city I were start at crime side, I enjoyed at crime side and I was good at it and I got much of experiences in other gangs I worked with good leaders such they teached me what should I do if I become a leader of the gang. 2. The three reasons of me Joining as a Marabunta Leader

2.1 If I get the chance to become a leader of this excellent criminal organization I would have done a lot for this ORG. I will teach all the new members about different events and I will try my best to give them the knowledge of gangs and gang rules.

2.2 We can see some criminal org leaders does not manage to stay active or do couple of mistakes and get warning for example we can take bloods leader. If I become the leader of Marabunta I will make this org the most active and we will give our 100% at not breaking any rules of Grand Role Play.

2.3 I am an ex SAHP officer (rank master trooper) and I was gang member of Bloods, Ballas and Vagos. Since I have past experiences and I always try to give my best I should be the Marabunta's worthy and hardworking leader.

3. My Advices for improving roleplay level in organization

3.1 The gang members always go to ghetto and try to do ghetto clapping and other stuffs and they ignore important events. I will make them to attend Battle Ships, Store Robberies and various events so they can learn and I will also make sure they know almost all rules of ghetto so they not break any rules while in ghetto.

3.2 I have seen many times the gang members shooting inside the gang area which is not good. If I becomes the leader I will make sure them not shoot inside the house of Marabunta and not to be rude with anyone unless he or she is a member of Marabunta or not. And I will try my best to make the Marabunta the number 1 gang among all of the other gangs.

3.3 The gang leader often be very strict and behave very rudely with their gang members. If I become the leader I will give all of the gang members the best term and happy term and I will not behave rude if they even break rules cause if they do mistake they will learn from there mistakes and I will also make sure while getting new members in the gang that they know the basic rules which can cause trouble to gang getting disbanded or warned.

3.4 Everyone wants money and the Gangs does not pay them good bonuses or they get paid very late. If I get the chance I will always try to make my gang members happy and give them their money always on time.

2.1 I have worked in many legal and illegal organizations and I think I have a lot of experience in this regard outside of the law. I have been an underdeputy in many terms, especially from Lio Juzzo, I received a lot of information in terms of marabunta. He was the greatest source of inspiration I have ever known. He improved me a lot with his knowledge and now I think I will do it in the best way possible.


2.2 Why I specifically wanted Marabunta because this was the first organization I joined among all the organizations when I started the server and it became like my family, I grew and developed and this time I decided to be the leader of my family. Marabunta has been a very valuable organization for me and I want to develop Marabunta in this regard.


2.3 I have all the information about Gangler, I know how to control it, how to behave in events, at the same time, in the old terms, I used to attach great importance to these events. I'm also very much a Leo and I know everything they can do about it.

Since the day I joined the city I always wanted to lead Marabunta, and I always wanted to show my origination as the most organized Gang, and also I want the players to enjoy playing under the name of Marabunta Ganag.

I have good skills as leader ship, I don't want to file the right leader chose the right position for each gang member and I have good
vision of getting to know the right people in the right place at the right time, especially the recruiting employee, as he is the main factor in building the organization by testing people well because they are not doing a disruptive role play.


Before I move to this city I was one of the high ranks of Leader Marabunta and also of middle command in all the other illegal organizations like the families and the ballas etc…. - I want to step up as the leader of Marabunta Grande because I have seen a drop in activity in EN2 lately. In earlier terms of EN2, gangs were all engaging in competitions and roleplaying that really brought the energy to the ghetto. But now, it seems like many leaders have lost their motivation, and its affecting the involvement of the members. I believe I can bring back that energy and help rebuild the strong, connected community that made us stand out in the first place.

- I have seen too many leaders breaking promises and failing to engage, which has led to a lot of gangs being disbanded. Some are overly focused on their own turf and do not pick good deputies, making things even worse. I am passionate about turning this around, getting Marabunta active again, and bringing back the competition and energy we have been missing.

- I want to lead Marabunta Grande because I am committed to keeping the gang active and engaged. I will ensure we are involved in key events like clands, etc. I will encourage competition with other gangs and even legal organizations. By recognizing and rewarding our most active members, I will keep morale high and everyone motivated. I plan to make recruitment more efficient by letting only specific ranks handle it and setting up a careful interview process. This way, we can make sure that new members understand and follow our rules.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I have no tolerance for toxic individuals. I am committed to ensuring that my gang is completely free from negativity and harmful behavior. We will hire experienced people who know how to lead events for ensuring reduced amount of rule breaks.

- I will appoint deputies from various time zones to ensure activity around the timezones, even when I am not available. We will work hard to follow the rules and make sure there are as few rule breaking incidents as possible. Anyone who wants to join will have to go through a thorough interview process.

- We will also have fun roleplaying with legal organizations, coming up with unique hostage situations and other exciting scenarios. I will ensure that all organization members feel like we are one big, friendly family, treating everyone with respect.

- I want to become leader of Marabunta Grande because I have proper knowledge of rules and good experience in legal organizations and gangs. I was under deputy in Los Santos Vagos, Colonel in SAHP and currently Event Leader in Bloods. I believe that I am a good leader and can properly lead Marabunta Grande.
- Marabunta Grande has been a very active and enjoyable gang. So to get that experience back I want to increase RP experience in my gang. I will increase the frequency of gang activities so that people can enjoy being in my gang.
