1) Ballas is my favourte gang since i joined, it's the best in the city and always has been on top although some leaders were not good enough to hold the name of ballas but i will bring ballas on top as always also many leaders didn't have plans for anything they just take leadership without planning for the future but i have a lot of plans for everything how the gang will do gun stores , 24/7 , hostages ,..etc all of these events will be highly planned also the hq of ballas is hard since it's close to families and many rulebreaks could be done but i will make sure all my members will not break anyrule such as shooting inside hq , many gangs we see right now don't care about the rp they never do rp with leos but under my watch that's not gonna happen i'll try to break the record of store robberies in city i will be pain for the leos also i'll make sure my people don't break rules in circular events such as store robberies by shooting outside circle .
2) i'm planning to take 100% turf with my turf team which is one of the best teams in the city as they don't break any rules and they are not toxic people just as many turfers right now , many leaders don't give people bonuses when they win events such as subs, vehicle theift , informant but i'll give my people max bonuses whenver we win i'll make sure all of them are happy , i'll establish spray team that control the sprays and protect them day and night as the spray profits keep members in the organization , i'll give people from rank 1 cars not like all gangs who make rank 1 only ride bikes that's not gonna happen for my gang because i want my members to be happy and enjoy the rp .
3) establishing new interview system not just asking about the regular rules i will ask them about situations about where leos can arrest them like is battleship ic or ooc ? is subs ic or ooc ? and other events also i'll make sure my people when they are getting robbed they don't fear rp or do cl cause if they do it they will forget about returning to ballas cause i'm trying to improve the rp not making it bad , i'll make sure no people in my org steal from the warehouse like they open it and take armors for fights in the ghetto or something like that , i'll make sure my high commands are people who actually know the rules and don't get me warnings by inviting random people and cause us troubles .

1) do many gun stores and hostage situations so the leos and us can have fun .
2) do new global events ideas not just the regular ones .
3) make the people use less discord i'll remember them in each event to enable radios.

I want to be leader of Familes street gang because I've always wanted to lead a organization for quiet a while now and i want provide my leadership skills, passion to the gang. I've been in gangs quiet a few times and i feel like I'm ready to go for the next time which is to be leader of a gang. I feel like i know almost everything and ready to use all of my experience to make the gang the best.

Secondly I was in familes as rank 7 but i worked hard and jumped the ranks by going to meeting points, Clands, Battleship and even when they wasn't a enough turfers I also went to turfs so that just proves i am willing to work hard to make familes the best gang if i get leader. I put a lot of time into familes and want to spend more time at familes if i get leader and gain more experience.

Thirdly I want to make a friendly gang so everyone respects one a another because at the end of the day we are all a team and need to work together to make familes the best gang. . First of all In my supervision the drawbacks I have observed within the organization are scarcity of active members, members lacking to maintain high level of roleplay etc, with that being said if I get a chance to be the leader of the respective organization I will try my best to work on these flaws and make the organization the most perfect organization in the city.

. As I have devoted a lot of my time in the city I understand that just receiving the hourly pay check (Spray Bonus) is not enough because for my fellow colleagues dedicating their time and effort towards the organization I will arrange specific bonuses to boost their confidence and keep them giving their best in relation to the organization.

. I will give rank ups to all the deserving ones in the organization as being stuck on a single rank can be hectic therefore it is a must for me to rank up my colleagues working within the organization.

. I will organize events and activities to pursue activity within the organization and me and my fellow colleagues will capture as much as territories as we can as Turfing is one of the fundamentals of the gang which will also be my prime focus.

I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life, at that time I didn't even know about the emails stuff and all, then I became Families Boss (Underdeputy) and then I was Underdeputy of Bloods and at recent I was holding the position of underdeputy in Ballas. I hoped to see myself as a deputy but now I got this leader application to try myself out.

During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC and 3 terms in gangs as HC, I saw many legal things and the way they work and illegal things too. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of Ballas. Now, I think that I've got enough experiences as being a HC in both orgs specially being underdeputy. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I won't promote any favoritism in the gang because in favoritism most of the people give their friends and family members some of the best ranks in the gang and this is very harmful for the gang as in this hardworking gang members are being ignored and some of them would leave and this will cause a loss of members in the gang but good thing is that we have not seen this any term and I wanna continue this.
(ii) I will try to capture territories as much as I can to expand the Ballas as being a leader and I will recruit the best experienced people as turfer. I will make sure that our HCs are doing illegal things while following our email's rules and regulations.
(iii) I will implement my ranking system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

2-Location: Whenever possible, use the actual location or environment in which the situation will take place.
3-To improve roleplay within the gang I would have a specific group of people who I am certain has a lot of helpful knowledge and can help new players in the gang when they need help and this will also be my team who will go out in the city on certain dates and times to try and recruit members and i will have a set procedure and manual they have to follow when recruiting each new member.

• Firstly, I want to improve the quality of gang role play in Grand RP. I’ve been high command in almost every gang and I see that role play is not given priority. It is more of attend event bonus and turf nothing else. I want to change that, of course we will attend all events hand out bonuses aim for 100% turf but we will also share an exceptional bond. We will not just be a part of the gang for our own benefit but we will look for each other help everyone out making sure everyone is having a good time, making money and caring for each other. I want to change the way gang rp is currently presented in EN2 in a good way improving the quality of roleplay and not just Gunplay.

• I've been a long-term resident of this city, gaining experience in a wide array of legal and illegal groups (except for a few). I believe the priority for my term should be the quality of roleplay. We will follow a story line, build up relations, treat the gang like a bond of blood where we are extremely close and loyal to each other. We shall focus not only on events but also on the storyline of Ballas trying to make my term one of the most successful hoping it can be true. I also believe we shall have an extremely strong ranking system but everyone will have an opinion which will be counted and it will matter no matter if the member is a “Young Balla” or a “Deputy” every voice and opinion counts. This will attract more people to my org and hopefully make a successful term. I also believe we shall be coordinated and not be a mess in order to be able to increase the reputation of the org. 1- Every Organization in this city deserves to be run as well as it possibly can. In this city the most fun and exciting moments will always happen when everyone is on the same page following the rules and attending events. Some of the most entertaining and exciting moments I have ever had is during player IC created events. During my time there were these massive events that would happen that involved all of the Organizations in the city. The amount of RP this brought and introduced into my gameplay was just outstanding and I am looking to Provide this again.

2- Bringing the city together whether it be legal Organizations or Gangs is the most important and valuable thing in this city. Introducing newer players who may have never even been in an RP straight into the most inclusive RP possible and letting them explore the amazing city of GrandRP is the most exciting and enjoyable thing in this city.

3- Being a successful leader is accomplished by bringing everyone together. Making sure everyone is following along with all the standards of this city and making sure that everyone is following the rules but still having fun at the same time. My advice for advancing the level of Roleplay in the city is trying to teach and guide the newer players through the correct processes and help examine where they can improve. This advice could come older or newer players in a successful Organization there should be no bias towards older or newer players as we are all learning and growing as well as having fun together. We can help each other all together and build some of the most exciting and fun RP that this city could possibly see.
