I have a few advises, I understand you a bit, that when gang members are across the highway robbery (4 players with 2 cars) when someone tries to stop a person crossing the highway, that person is considered a gang member for a long time. Ignores the talk and drives away the car, (fear rp) even though he knows the rules, he brakes.

A) During this term i was an og of the families.
B) When the term started in 2 days the leader went on medical leave but in his absence i was the one to host every gang events like robbery and raids ( can check proofs on the families mails ) . i handled the org just like a leader time to time events , bonuses , promotion and everything.
C) In my presence there was not even a single rule break . nor i did any . i did handled many HS very carefully and paid attention to that the RP should be at its finest .
But during this term we dont get any well experienced hc that would handle the events in my absence . which lead to many troubles during last term but i will ensure that this wont happen under my leadership.

i) I saw Many Other Gang members doing Non-Rp Driving, Fail-RP, they are not taking enough gang members for collecting hostages,
They are not giving proper commands before doing any actions.

ii) I will make sure everyone will go through a proper Rp Rules and They should follow it.

iii) I will arrange some special Event for our internal Gang member, Gang parties, Promotion Ceremony so, that no one will feel boring for staying at a Same Rank, Ghetto Clapping by that The other people can see the activeness of Our ORG.

1. Organize In-Game Roleplay Events:

Plan and execute in-game roleplay events that go beyond typical scenarios. I will be conducting multiple Events throughout the entire day to make sure the Law side of city never gets bored. For ex, I will be conducting Store robbery, Gun store rob, FZ Raid and Hostage situations throughout the day to keep the Roleplay of the city more active.

2. Character Background Integration:
Emphasize the integration of character backgrounds into the ongoing narrative. I will be giving the players in the org huge bonuses for attending events so that they never feel demotivated or having a feeling that there is more money in becoming a Leo than a gangster. I will make sure there is more ghetto clapping from our side and people stay active throughout the day in our gang. Also, in my experience I noticed that gangsters tend to attend clands less. So I will improving the system of clands also so that we are visible in between all the gangs, by increasing the bonus system

why do you want to become leader of this specific organization?

1. Cherised and loyal behaviour.
my organization history started first when i first joined the famillies. In this unknown city with a unknown brain. I used to know that there are gangs. I joined the first organization of my life famillies. In the journey of mine i have achieved an talent of famillies. In tje first term of mine i was deputy. 2nd term i was og. 3rd term i also was deputy in that line i have achieved 4 successfull term of famillies. I managed to get my cherised and loyal.behaviour win my gang members heart everyone know me as a best and loyal person of famillies. I manage to behave with fully loyal behaviour with my famillies members.


2. My skills and talents
ans: my skills and talent are best for a sucxessful terms leader i have managed myself in the right track of experience i always have a goal that oneday i will became leader of a specific gangs organization many person will ask me why choose famillies? Becaus i can become.leader of famillies becaus famillies won my heart famillies is not gang as myself famillies is a emotion for me. Famillies made me exprehensive heartfelt friends in famillies. advice to improve roleplay in organization?
ans: i have some.list below

I. Improving bonus system
ans: my advice is improving the fast bonus system in gangs making everyone a fair roleplay. Giving the bonus as soon as possible after the event making a fair roleplay is enough for everyone.

II. Behaving loyal to everyone.
ans: behaving everyone a loyal behaviour to everyone and making a fare roleplay to everyone. Making no behaviour difference in high commands and juniors. Becaus everyone has the rights to make a fare roleplay.



III. Making a no toxic behaviour
ans: i know gangs are a little bit toxic in every situation.but we dont have rights to break anyones heart by saying something toxic. Toxicity may leads to a unwanted problen.
