I have several reasons for applying this gang leadership. Firstly, i wanna talk about my gang experince. I became over 6 time Deputy in my career at Families, Marabunta, Ballas and Bloods. That made me overexperinced in gangs.

For Second , Because of my popularity at gangs i can bringe impressive people to Families. That will make our gang way more active in events and increase the chance of win it.

Lastly, Families needs a leader who can make %100 turf and i have that ability to make it with my dear friends.

For improving RP, We need to select Highcommands carefully for a better RP. So i ll select my highcommands with that opinion.


We need to become more active at Ghetto and Events.


We should give more bonus instead of 10-20K to make gang members ambitious who made great things on events like Store robberies, Hostage situations etc.

Ans - 1. I have been experiencing things as a LEO as well as Gang member and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. I've got enough experiences being HC in both spheres of influence. I have been gaining this all experience from 4 months and developed leadership skills also in the meantime.
2. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC, I saw many legal things and the way they work and illegal things too. Then, I became families underdeputy under Manas' Term and bloods underdeputy under Naf Enzo's term. After that currently, I am holding the position of Brigadier General in NG. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of families.
3. Personally I want to increase the crime rate of los santos as much as I can and want to make sure that the Families always complete their tasks which they committed. Ans - (i) I will focus on graffiti as well as global because turf is natural in most of the gangs and like everyone I will focus also. I will be doing every gang activity possible at every time by getting hour HCs and gang members from different time zones to make the gang active 24x7 and ready to face any situation.
(ii) I will try to capture territories as much as I can to expand the Families as being a leader and I will recruit the best experienced people as turfer. I will make sure that our HCs are doing illegal things while following our email's rules and regulations.
(iii) I will implement my ranking system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

3-To improve roleplay within the gang I would have a specific group of people who I am certain has a lot of helpful knowledge and can help new players in the gang when they need help and this will also be my team who will go out in the city on certain dates and times to try and recruit members and i will have a set procedure and manual they have to follow when recruiting each new member.

i will not tolerate any toxicity in my gang, I will help Newcomers with rules and if someone does any mistake I will try to correct them. If they repeatedly do mistakes they will be fired after being given a warning. I will give fair chances and fair ranks to deserving people. I will make sure every event is attended under my leadership. The deputies will be the in-charge in my absence and in my presence they will help me. The Under Deputies will be helping the Deputies with various events. I will make sure the Turfers get paid for their skill and get encouraged to do 100% turf and take the Gang to New Heights. Every gang member will be encouraged to play their role properly.

(1 - )My favorite gang right now the FAMILIES gang needs a leader,reason for wanting to be leader of the gang.I gave this gang at least 7 months and I have seen many leaders successful and unsuccessful Why should I be disgraced in other gangs when I have so much knowledge and experience? If the person joining the gang does not meet the required age limit and does not know the city rules, it is forbidden to join the gang.If we want to protect ourselves from warnings we have to prepare very strong questions and take peoples interviews one by one.

-I HAVE A BONUS SYSTEM AT THE END OF ALL WINNING EVENTS

-I HAVE VERY EXPERIENCED DEPUTYS who will take care of our gang while Im gone and have an event at the same time.

-I will not condemn the gang to buy weapons on the Black Market by giving them loads of armor, ammo, and weapons.

Ans - (i) I will focus on graffiti as well as global because turf is natural in most of the gangs and like everyone I will focus also. I will be doing every gang activity possible at every time by getting hour HCs and gang members from different time zones to make the gang active 24x7 and ready to face any situation.
(ii) I will try to capture territories as much as I can to expand the Families as being a leader and I will recruit the best experienced people as turfer. I will make sure that our HCs are doing illegal things while following our email's rules and regulations.

a) Experience and Expertise: I have been an active member of this Grand RP server and playing on it from huge amount of time, so in that context i have good experience in both Gangs and Legal orgs in the server. I have been High command in much gangs like Bloods , Under deputy in Families for 2 terms , Deputy in Vagos currently and ex-deputy of Bloods and Ballas and some more time in different gangs. In Legal orgs i have been Chief of Detectives from 4 terms and i have been in some other orgs too , bcs I have CID experience , i know how LEOs will collect evidences against us and use them to raid us and make files on us , that i will try to prevent as much as i can. I have successfully participated in various gang-related activities, showcasing my commitment and understanding of the gang's principles. My experience within the gang has given me a deep understanding of its dynamics, strengths, and areas for improvement. As the leader, I can utilize this knowledge to make informed decisions and guide the Marabunta towards growth and success. Advice for Improving Roleplay Level in the Organization:

1. Fair Rank System: In Gangs nowadays people are ruining the gangs by applying friendships there , they are giving high ranks and even deputies to people with like no experience who doesn't even know how much ppl we need to pull over , this thing is ruining the gang experience for new people . I will make sure I give high ranks to only deserving people and not to anyone. No favourism will be there

2. Bonus System: There will be regular bonus system in the gang after events so that people will be encouraged to do better RP. This will motivate people to do more activities.

3. Newbie experience: When we rob someone in ghetto or highway ,i will let newbies rob so they get experience how to do that and let them earn too . I have been in gang much time but for some of my time when i was new in gang , high commands didn't let me rob and they say only we will rob u just point gun , which make feel bad and make me feel to leave gang. I will ensure it doesn't happen during my term.

4.Choosing a Deputy: I will choose my deputies from a different time zone because when i will be out of city , they will be there to look after the gang perfectly and hence we will not have any rule breaks . My deputy will be the person who really deserves that place and not someone who is just my friend. As deputy is an important factor of a gang who leads everything in absence of leader , that's why ill do this.

5.No toxicity: There will be respect and friendship between both high commands and low rank members so that they dont feel that someone is crushing them by having high rank. If my HCs will do that , they will also be demoted to lower ranks.
