2-1:Becoming the leader of the SAHP is important to me because it feels like a second home. I feel a strong sense of belonging when I work with my team and collogue. The friendships and friendship with my fellow workers not only make the job enjoyable but also create long lasting connections. It's more than just a job, it's a community where I've gained valuable experiences and good valuable memories, and the close with my friends make the atmosphere positive for me. that's why I really wanna became SAHP leader and make a successful and memorable term.


2-2:I have been with SAHP for five terms and gained a lot of experience in various leader's term. I have lead many departments many teams, including in well-known organizations like GOV, LSPD, NG, and FIB, which has really helped me grow professionally. My time in public service exposed me to different aspects, making me a strong leader. These experiences have not only taught me a lot but also made me feel responsible and helped me understand effective leadership.

2-3:I want to be leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol because I really care about the SAHP and I have good experiences to lead it in a new way, that make me a strong leader to lead SAHP with new ideas and good experience to new the people, if I get chance to be leader i will make sure my employe work together as a close as family, i will create various events, and make this term enjoyable for everyone.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

3-1:As a Sheriff, I will be actively involved and present within the SAHP. I will lead it with my good and experienced Deputys, setting a high standard for others to follow. As a Friend Sheriff, I'll create interesting roleplay Training Program to showcase our quality Roleplay, inviting other orgs officers to join and enrich Training Program our collective experience.

3-2:My focus for recruitment will be on individuals who value unity, friendship and non-toxic during my term. I'll bring in members who understand basic city and general laws if they don't know we will teach them, and also, we gonna tech them importance of standing together. New recruits will go through new training program to quickly adapt to our work and system and contribute in SAHP for have great term from the beginning.

3-3:In my term I'll make a culture of unity and respect, where every officer feels valued, regardless of their positions. breaking down Favoritisms and make a office with Trained and Loyal People . Every Officer no matter their rank, will play a crucial role on SAHP, and their contributions will be recognized in my term. This unity will not only enhance roleplay but also create a positive and inclusive working community for everyone.

-- I want to be the leader of the organization because i have a very good past experience with SAHP moreover i am very old in city and have learnt and gained a lot of experience remaining in the city. I was HC in SAHP and all the other orgs like LSPD, FIB, Government,EMS,LI and gangs also. I was the leader of ballas and marabunta recently. Now i am aware of how to handle the orgs and its members. Now i think i am capable of being as ur leader and server my city.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
i) Better Human Resources: In my leadership i will ensure that the HRs of my org are very good and helpfull in nature so that new members get good trainings.
ii) Regular Trainings: In my leadership i will ensure that the members get training on regular basis so that the chances of mistakes are low that will help my term going smoothly.
iii) Active in all the situations: In my leadership i will ensure that the org is active and attends all the events like any type of store robbery, highway robbery, etc.
iv) Better High Commands:
In my leadership i will ensure that the HCs of the org are very good polite and helpful so that all the members are working correctly under their supervision.

Promotion ceremonies and mass shooting and ground exercises can be examples of these.

- With promotion ceremonies, all legal organizations can have their employees jump ranks collectively and all city residents can be invited to watch it.
- As the San Andreas Highway Patrol, we can provide assistance to city policemen/agents with a team that can respond first to the highest priority emergencies in the city.
- Exercises can be conducted to develop special defensive, attack tactics in areas that fall within the jurisdiction of the San Andreas Highway Patrol.

- Blaine County Detectives Department (Detectives)

- The Detectives are law enforcement specialists at investigating criminals and gathering evidence of criminal activity by Citizens.
- The Detectives first priority is to ensure that any necessary evidence from a crime scene as well as the identity of all Suspects is recorded and that further investigations are carried out if necessary.

- Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT)
- Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) is the elite heavy response unit of the SAHP and lead any strategic operations
- Planning and execution of special operations
- Develop doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for special operations
- Assist law enforcement in Counter-terrorism and Hostage rescue operations

- Human Resources (HR)
- This department is the department where newly joined San Andreas Highway Patrol people will be placed. Here troopers receive their normal training and specialized training.
- Field Training Officers (FTO) are part of the Human Resources Division and conduct practical and field Training for Employees of SAHP.
- With the experience they have gained here, troopers can get rank increases and be placed in higher places.

- Internal Affairs Division (IA).
- This special department will help find corrupt troopers in the organization and issue arrest warrants against them, ensuring their arrest by law.
- It is a department that will control the strikes of everyone who is in the San Andreas Highway Patrol and give them strikes.
- It is the department that will check the health insurance and gun licenses of all troopers and bring them in line.

- District Attorneys (DA)
- This department will take care of the Case File and Arrest Warrants that need to be made.
- They will be defenders of the legal rights of San Andreas Highway Patrol employees.

--> The starting or first thing I want to say is I love SAHP so much because I find very kind peoples how help me learn each and every thing and I am not that much old player like our senior who lead the SAHP in very best conditions without any doubt and my some experience is not that much but I will try my hundred percent without any doubt because I learn everything from SAHP people even from Juniors to the seniors which I have seen in my working days.
-->> My working experience in organization are 1.SAHP for 6.5 terms with so mistakes and from that mistakes I have learn so many things like making an formation for save the store , NG base from Gangs and negotiations skills .2 is NG 1.5 term here I have learn how to make a formation to save the base and get the best shooting practice in the best NG Arena 3rd is LSPD here I join and learn about the city which is very important to guard the citizens and my experience or terms I have gave here is 1.5 . --> Effective Communication skills is very important because if you not able to understand the situation you will say something which is not necessary so the communication is very important in batter language no f words are good while communication and no such bad words which are coming in your mind make the roleplay bad for yourself and as well as for other kind peoples.

I have been leader, deputy or underdeputy in every org also I have worked in SAHP for 6 month straight so I think my experience and abilities will help me to complete my term smoothly.
Also I have my family and friend who always got my back in my term so I will have enough units to manage the term. I think if you give me a chance of being leader you wont regret it as I have exp previously. Also I wont repeat the same mistakes again as I have learned and gained more abilities and skills over time.
Also Im an ex admin so I know what will an admin/curator will expect from me. I will be giving my curators a perfect term If I get a chance of being the leader of SAHP.
Also I am experienced in RP from both Gang and Criminal side so also I have been leader of gang before I have the last thing to do is to be a leader of Legal org so I can take a deep rest and complete all personal records in Grand RP.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
First of all I will maintain a high level or RP so I can make my term different from other leader. Then I will try to add more fun mission and tasks for my soldiers so they dont feel bored in my org. I will try to bring back the vibes of OG SAHP for old players. I will make my soldiers highly trained and perfect in Roleplay. I will be checking up of my high commands and see if they are training well or not. Also I will keep my org professional and well organized. Also my soldiers will be well mannered because I will not allow any kind of toxicity and toxic people in my org.

I would like to lead SAHP for these reasons.

(1) In English city 2, I was Capta In SAHP. I served in the SAHP for nearly 2terms. In those term I learn lot of things and I have fully experienced those term. I saw that there's a lot of gaps between low rank to high rank officers. My duty as SAHP Leader is to fix all these problems and let SAHP units have best RP game play. I also have experience as HC in SAHP, Chief of staff in LSPD, DOC OFFICER in Government, SUPERVISOR OF DEPARTMENT in FIB. I have been a HC of an active family, so I have quite a good management experience. I want to use those experience as a leader.

(2) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to SAHP (It's not just text if I accepted to the interview, I'll say some) and I'll start doing it according to system. I will discuss them in the interview.

(3) To lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and I'll try my best to lets our units have fair, serious and funny RP game play with new events, rules, SAHP laws and new divisions. SAHP has been regarded as one of the best orgs in the past, because of this, it will create a good impression about in the mindset of the citizen.

My advice for improving Roleplay level-

(I) Making the members skilled when they join. Hosting special training sessions.
(ii) Making plans before attending every event and discuss with high command.
(iii) Keep the org alive and protect the city.
(iv) Attend all events with other LEOs.
(v) give bonuses to everyone to be more active.
(vi) some secret tasks if they do properly, they will get bonuses for that

I have been in SAHP from more than 8 terms and it was my first Legal organization in the city. I started from Cadet to Chief commander and in this time, I gained a lot of knowledge about SAHP. I was Chief commander in SAHP from last 2 terms and in the absence of Leader I handled various events like Ghetto Patrol, Hostage situations, Store robbery's, etc.

2. SAHP is my second home, In the last few terms I make a good bond with my last sheriff's as well as with my SAHP mates. I spent most of my time standing at HQ and in most of the terms because of my good bond with last 4 sheriff's they taught me a lot about how to handle situations quickly I believed that I have the experience to handle sahp as a leader.

3. In the last few terms, I noticed that SAHP was facing some problems in the night shift + In some of the departments like IA and HR which was making SAHP dead so to make sahp active as it used to be before I will hire units of all the shifts.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

(1) I will host a promotion ceremony on every Sunday.
(2) Bonuses will be given to all the units after events.
(3) I will take a Suprise test of every HC so we can get to know who is eligible for the High Command rank.

- Blaine County Detectives Department (Detectives)

- The Detectives are law enforcement specialists at investigating criminals and gathering evidence of criminal activity by Citizens.
- The Detectives first priority is to ensure that any necessary evidence from a crime scene as well as the identity of all Suspects is recorded and that further investigations are carried out if necessary.

- Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT)
- Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) is the elite heavy response unit of the SAHP and lead any strategic operations
- Planning and execution of special operations
- Develop doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for special operations
- Assist law enforcement in Counter-terrorism and Hostage rescue operations

- Human Resources (HR)
- This department is the department where newly joined San Andreas Highway Patrol people will be placed. Here troopers receive their normal training and specialized training.
- Field Training Officers (FTO) are part of the Human Resources Division and conduct practical and field Training for Employees of SAHP.
- With the experience they have gained here, troopers can get rank increases and be placed in higher places.

- Internal Affairs Division (IA).
- This special department will help find corrupt troopers in the organization and issue arrest warrants against them, ensuring their arrest by law.
- It is a department that will control the strikes of everyone who is in the San Andreas Highway Patrol and give them strikes.
- It is the department that will check the health insurance and gun licenses of all troopers and bring them in line.

- District Attorneys (DA)
- This department will take care of the Case File and Arrest Warrants that need to be made.
- They will be defenders of the legal rights of San Andreas Highway Patrol employees.

2. In SAHP I have been there from around last 6 terms and worked up all my way from Cadet to Chief Of Staff and now looking forward to become the sheriff and show all my experience in a good successful term.

Along with my experience in SAHP all this time i believe that i am a strong candidate for becoming the leader due to my dedication and passion towards the server.

Due to my experience in all organizations as a high command I think I can get with a good friendship and teamwork with all other legal
organizations.

3. I have got a set of things in my mind to improve the level of RP in the organization some of those are the following:

- I will be hosting special training programs and surprise tests which will be taken and hosted by IA respectively once per week.
- I will host promotion ceremony every weekend on Sunday.
- IA department will create a set of server rules which are hard and teach to new joiners for avoiding rulebreaks.

I have been in SAHP from last 4 terms where I started from Cadet - Chief of a Department. where I gone through all the important roles which are base to run a organization smooth. I am FTO for almost 2 terms which gave me more experience about Organization.

* As I have good relation with all my sheriff's whom I worked with took lot of experience from them about how to handle a situation and how to make decisions and also by adding my own idea's by what I have seen from past 4 terms will be help full to be a perfect leader.

* I am ware of all rules of city so that I can guide my officers from not getting into trouble as well as org also. By doing frequent checks on shift logs and also frequent meetings with my high commands as well as All non - High commands so that I can help if they need any changes / help / doubts they have.

If possible please remove Traffic Fines access to FIB because its the duty of SAHP and LSPD.
* Giving Cadets a proper training by the hand of well qualified officers, with a follow up during the whole term
* As I observed in Landslide situation every car hitting the people who are doing RP there. So if we place barricades there it will be good RP for people safety.

I seen many officers don't get the proper level of training which causes them being un professional in some complicated situations so I have planned a practical training of 3 phrases where they learn everything from the basics of the organization to attending any event situation in the supervision of any high command which will lead them being professional and being able to manage any complicated situation.

2) Proper Interviews

I saw many people hire their friends without any experience which causes a level disorder in the org, I'll make sure that never happens, even if they're ex officers, I make sure the HR take their interview because if you're experienced enough then you shouldn't have any problem dealing with and interview and if i do this then I'll have the best officers and the best term hopefully

3) Bonuses


I mentioned many things above but why would they do that? what would motivate the officers to work for sahp and make it better? the rewards for the tasks, I make a better and best reward system for the officers who are dedicated and Encourage them to give their best to the organization
