Ans 2.1 I take as a part of ORG leader would like to implement my techniques on all my members to help this city grow and make sure that they don't break any rules to prevent warnings from being given to the organization. I see many people in different organizations not working good and I want to make sure that everyone around me do work properly and most importantly follows the rules.

I would like to lead LSPD for these reasons


(1) I have been high command in all the legal orgs for a long time. Currently i am serving NG as Assistant General(28) and my twin is Chief(25) in SAHP. So i have a decent idea about how to run the org.

(2) I have many new ideas and new things/updates to LSPD (It's not just text if I am accepted to the interview I'll say in detail) and I'll start doing it according to the Real LSPD system. I will discuss them in the interview.

(3) To lead one of states org one have to do everything fair and seriously and I'll try my best to let our units have fair, serious and enjoyable RP gameplay with new events, rules, LSPD laws and new divisions. LSPD has been regarded as one of the best organizations in the past, because of this, it will create a good impression in the mindset of the citizen. My desire to govern Los Santos Police Department is mostly motivated by my interest in participating in fantastic role-playing games, having fun following the rules with my friends, and expanding our city's community.

--> One of the fast motives for becoming the Leader of the Los Santos Police Department is my experience in the LEO organization. I served many terms in the LEO organization. Also, LSPD was my first LEO organization and I have passed many terms in other legal organizations but after a long time now I want to lead Los Santos Police Department as a Leader. I believe I have what it takes to be the next Chief of Police, which is one of the best organizations in the city. I have been a part of different state organizations, and I completely understand how it works. My vision for LSPD is to increase activity, and teamwork and ensure effective management. I am confident that with the right strategies and with the right team, we can maintain the law and order in the city.

--> My other reason is the leadership skills I have leaded many events and Activities in the LEO organization. Also, I have good communication skills so I can convince people easily and also I can make a good relationship with my officers Also as I'm a calm-minded person so I can handle various situations easily without any problem. Also I'll take care of all my employees like a family so they will get more motivated to do their job.

--> In the last term, I have seen LSPD have management issues at some length compared to previous terms and I would like to try to change that. Poor communication can lead to inefficiency, but introducing regular department meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page and report issues to address the problem and work on solutions would be vital to a successful team.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

--> LSPD is responsible to keep law and order in the city. In my term I would like to increase activity by bringing in some of the finest LSPD officers from the past to train the future officers who would eventually be the face of LSPD. Inclusivity is my number one principle for my team, senior and junior staff will work together for a well-orchestrated team. I will also focus on some team building exercises to improve team chemistry which is vital for an organization like LSPD.

--> Secondly I'll work on favoritism In my term I'll not do any favoritisms and also not let be done this anyone. Also I'll give ranks wisely without any favoritism and I'll give people rank that they deserve I'll try to improvement in Internal Affairs and make sure there is no corruption in our organization. Also I'll conduct some special meetings with HC weekly about our activities and I'll try to run a active term. I'll make a good relationship with other organizations and also I'll send my officers in special mission with them so there will be a good relation between them.

--> I will have a systematic assessment of the qualifications and effectiveness of the members of high command in their duties. The assessments would be designed with due care to measure objectively the possession of the key leadership qualities, decision-making ability, and operational knowledge. Equally important for all officers, advancements, responsibilities, and privileges should be earned through demonstrated ability and merit. This approach brings sincerity and assures that our department runs with integrity and professionalism from top to bottom, where a group of talent and dedication is truly recognized and rewarded based on it.

Departments in my Term:

Human Resources and Training : This is the department upon which the building of all organizations relies. However, all my previous terms were lagged behind by a great number. However, in order to ensure that this does not happen again, I would try to assign the best team and ensure a large-sized bonus to keep them constantly occupied with their work and not slack off not only this but we will do a department check weekly so it can be flawless. Also, i would have my deputy personally working on this so we can make sure everything is working in it's best shape.

Internal Affairs : This department is very crucial; it ensures the best term, making sure corruption is not at work, and every officer fits their job. Making sure this department is running well, I would handle this department personally, alongside the District Attorney and IA officers. They will have a weekly schedule for each of their work, such as body cam checks, background checks, license checks, etc.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) : This department would include the best knowledgeable and situation controller team . In a situation like the hostage case, store robbery, or street robbery, they would keep the citizens safe along with catching the criminal and destroying them with their tactics . Although this department did very well in previous terms, I would still conduct various trainings between NG, FIB, and SAHP to make sure they are always ready to move for a rapid course of action .

Traffic Enforcement : Now, many people think this department does nothing; that is just a fallacy. Now, to bring back the reputation, I will make sure there are always 2 people towing, people giving fines. Also, they will be the ones teaching our officers how to drive properly in a situation or emergency. We can also conduct tow Raids within the city, which would help all of us to avoid the regular accidents happening within the city .

Detective : This time, I want to make this department very dynamic, and according to my information, which will be made available in the best possible way, I would like to give maximum assistance to FIB. I'll try to efficiently communicate with FIB regarding this department. To make all this possible, I would try bringing experienced agents/ex-Agents within the city .

I did so much hardwork and developed trust in the heart of that time Chief of Police (Mafia Poul) and I got High Command rank (Assistant Chief Of Police). Since then, my goal has been to lead an organization and mentor all of its members. Therefore, I'm here to seize this chance and take the lead.

2> Working multiple terms as an High Command Other Legal orgs, i have developed good leadership skillset which is mandatory and necessary to manage a organization, because you have to guide everyone as a leader what to do and not to. 1> Bonus System: In order to encourage more individuals to join LSPD and put in more effort in order to receive a good bonus, I will create a fantastic bonus system.

2> Joint Exercises: I'll conduct a meeting with other Legal orgs to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city & we will conduct a joint exercises so that officers will be train together so that they will know how too tackle store robberies, hostage situation, special operations, and to get negotiation skills from beginning.

3> No favoritism: I will ensure that promotions are granted to deserving candidates and forbid any favoritism throughout my tenure. No internal files are present.

4> Friendly workplace: I'll make sure my organization has a welcoming workplace where everyone is treated equally. We'll work as a team of friends, so units can ask us anything at any time if they have any questions.

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

-I have good experience in legal organizations, which is why I want to be a leader. Since I've worked for major legal organizations, including SAHP, FIB, LSPD, and NG, I attempt to make the city the safest place for people to live everyday.

-I feel I have excellent leadership skills because I have spent my good time in legal or as a high command, which is another reason I am a leader of this organization. I also enjoy my job as LSPD leader, and I have a lot of plans for how my team and I will protect the city.

-Last but not least, I would say that I am available in the city 6 to 10 hours a day so that i may learn about the issues that citizens are facing and assist them. I will also do everything in my power to keep our city safe from criminals and clean. In order to fulfill their duty of protecting citizens, I want to teach the organization's officers to be kind, helpful, and attentive. I want Los Santos citizens to feel safe and comfortable in their surroundings.

3.Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

The first thing I'll do is make sure police officials I'm working with understand role play so they don't break it.

providing daily responsibilities to higher-ups in order to ensure proper activity within the organization.

In order for us to support one another, I will make an effort to build strong relationships with all of the legal organizations.

Promotions to dedicated and careful staff members are part of the organization's strategy, as is giving them large bonuses for keeping an enjoyable place to work.

I'll personally ask my organization's members for their suggestions on how to improve it.
