2.1: Great Experience in State orgs: I want to be the leader of LSPD as I have really good experience within state organisations. Since I Have stepped foot inside the city of grand rp, I have spent majority of my time in state, learning all the things such as legislation and all the other OOC rules. With my knowledge, I was able to attain HC ranks in almost all organisations in State. I even worked my way up to a full immuntiy rank which is very hard to attain and requires thorough knowledge of the IC as well as OOC rules.

2.2: Good Connections and Peers: I have developed good connections, experienced friends and peers throughout my time in roleplay and with the help of their experience and knowledge, I can ensure to lead an active term which serves the state without any activity related issue. I have peers who are experienced in state and can make up capable department heads, and deputies who will make a good working environment in which all units can prosper and be active. Having capable high commands in a very essential step in establishing a good term as without them no leadership term can flourish.

2.3: Visions for the organisation: I deeply love the state side roleplay dynamics of Law Enforcement Organisations and my passion and creative ideas help me envision a term which I can bring to reality after becoming the leader of LSPD. I will create realistic departments which will be headed by capable leaders who can bring trained individuals to join their department and help maintain the RP quality of LSPD and not compromise with anything. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Some of my advices for improving Roleplay of the organisation are:
1. Have Realistic Rank Structure and Department
2. Have experienced HCs who can produce capable upcomers.
3. Maintain RP quality by ensuring to be professional over departments, meetings, regrouppings, events and no unprofessionalism over the radio.
4. Making sure no individual who is not experienced can get HC ranks.
5. By creating a good, unbiased and strict disciplinary actions system which ensures everyone is upto their best behavior.
6. By Having capable deputies who can handle the org if the leader is not present in any situation.

Firstly my experience and knowledge in this field. I was the very recent Deputy Chief of police in LSPD and I worked for many days and learned many things about how the organisation work, how to control the organisation and what steps should be taken to make the organisation the best. Despite that I was also the LT. General in NG as well as in FIB as an Assistant Director, in SAHP as an Chief Commander and also worked in GOV. With this strong and knowledgeable background I strongly believe that I can take the charge of the organisation and handle it with out any issues.

- I will make sure that my terms run smoothly with proper internal relations, proper communication, good mutual understating and with zero favouritism.
I will put the best individuals for each ranks and each department to make sure that the things can run smoothly with a great coordination. I will make sure that everyone will get their ranks with proper interview process and I will also separate the work loads on different individuals so everything will be updated and running. I will build a great environment for all my employees so they will never be bored working in LSPD and can give their full efforts.

- Lastly my motives for the term. I will make sure that our activity will be high in every events and situations, I will be also focused in night shift and morning shift units because on that particular time Inactivity can be observed. I will make sure that everyone in my organisation is well known about the basic RP knowledge to avoid any misconducts.

- I will implement a good bonus system for all my employees so they will feel more motivated towards their work.

- I will conduct weekly promotion ceremony and meeting with all the employees. At first we will promote the best individuals to their deserving ranks and secondly we will conduct the meeting to discuss about the internal matters and later on we will fix the problems.

- We will maintain a good external relation with all the other organisations so we can work with good coordination in every situation.

- I will host training sessions and situations based drills for all my employees so, they will know what to do in each situation and how to handle the tuff situations without any hesitations.

i. Early in my RP life, I joined gangs but getting so much booring in gang life, thats why I first time went to LSPD and get training. After that I started to like those duties. I started loving being a Police. So after that term I went to FIB and server there one term then I became Major General and Assistant general there in 2 different terms. Moreover, I did my duty as Chief of stuff, ACP of IA, ACP of HR and then ACP of all department. After serving so many times in Legal orgs, I am been confident to become a Leader of LSPD.

ii. As my RP life was boored in that early stages, I joined Legal orgs. I have made a lot of friends there who are actually my colleagues. In that cases I thought that as an LSPD leader, I can hire them again and can run the LSPD org in a good way. Because I love LSPD org more than other organization. That is why I wanted to become Leader.

iii. Besides being a part of Legal Org, I have a quite experiences about gangs and unoff organization. In my middle stages of my RP life I became a Deputy of an Unoff organization and have experiences in a lot of events. As a Deputy of an Unoff Organization I have some quite experiences about a leadership. As a result, I wanna Become the Leader Of LSPD

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization

My advice for improving RP level-

(I) By Hosting a great source of Human Reasource, make members skillfull and wise in RP Life.
(ii) Before attending any single event, there should be actually two plans if one flopp, then second one can be proceed.
(iii) Making the Organization Active and Cheerful
(iv) Helping other LEO to make the city as a Peaceful city.
(v) Giving Interesting bonuses to encourage the Units in Organization to help them being motivated.
(vi) Making a good relation with publics by solving there IC problems.

Los Santos Patrol Units (LSPU) – This Department will patrol over the city and control the crimes in the city.

Human Resource (HR) - The tasks of this departmnet is Hiring Honest members and making them skillfull.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) – This department is a Rapid Action Batelian force which main tasks is control a Heavy crime situation and leading special operation.

Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department will check the activity of every units and regular Inspection among them.

National Security Intelligence (NSI) – This Department will have members having detective skills , Who can Work Secretly to gather evidence of a criminal act without revealing their identity and can take the criminals in the LSPD custody.

Public Relations (PR) - This department will response every 911 calls and who ever come to the Recieption will attend them.

Firstly i am well known in the city, so to get new recruits will not take much time. Also i have past leader friends, thats gonna support me trough the term. Already i have my debuties ready, and assembled a great team, to show the city once more that i can prove them good.

- Secondly i will make sure no rules are broken, with a great hc team that learns well to new recruits. Am focusing allot on the training program, letting no recruits go out in the streats unknown to the rules and laws. As my pervious experience as Debuty in most orgs, i think i have learnd enough to finally become a leader.

- Thirdly i will have better system in the org, i want to hire after shift time, some at night shift and some at day shift. We have seen the crime break out at night, well not in this term. That i will insure you! Also we will have a good bonus system that provides more motivation in the pilice force, ensuring they dont miss a single parking ticket. As i want the best of the best, head of departments. Because they have a job to lean and recriut new people into the org, so its their job to train the newbies to become leaders themself. In this term i will not tolarate any favorites, or any high ranks just because they are friends. I will set up an plan that ensures the rank that is given, is the rank you deserv and is well known to. Its also very important with activity, we can not let store robbers get away, but no worries because we will be there with shocking numbers, making the criminals run for their life. With all this set up an org is well compleate.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level
in organization.

- Every employe is well known to the rules and laws, making sure no rulebreaks are broken.

- Stricted and well training officers that teaches away important information, as well as fighting technics and strategies.

- Good bonus system, that provides a safe and more bright city. With more motivation to work, and more crime behind bars.

- Promotion ceremony each friday, to make sure everybody gets seen and like to work their way up. As i said earlier,
(to make them leaders)

- Shift controll, night and dayshift both runns smoth. With no gap for crime to enter. Means we will recruit after shifts to make sure this succed.

- Past experience makes me a valuable leader, well known to the rules, and laws as a previous judge. Also my experience in the other orgs makes me more understandable and helpfull against other orgs.

- Stricted and well known debuties, that ensure a smoth run trough the term, that insure its not chaos when am gone. Having past leaders as debuties, makes the org run perfect without the leader active.

There are some reasons why I wanted to be the leader of the Los Santos Police Department which I listed below:-

1. I have been in this organization for 1-2 terms and I saw there are many cadets who need training but there is no one available to give them training. So I will improve the HR Department.

2. The Current Ranking system of LSPD is not good. I will update it if I get leadership and I will add some more departments to attract people towards LSPD.

3. As I have experience in Legal organizations over 3-4 terms it taught me a lot of things about legal org and now I am confident enough to take over the leadership of the Los Santos Police Department.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I will make a proper interview script for the people who are interested in joining LSPD. so that I can test them and I will know if they have good knowledge about roleplay. So there will not be a rule break.

I will make sure that my officers use proper radio codes.

I will familiarize my officers from different departments of LSPD like swat, HR, UC, IA...etc.

Offering Cadets two training sessions in which the HR Department will teach about radio codes, processing 10-15....etc.

Officers must remain professional and respectful attitude towards fellow officers.

- I have been a member of LSPD for a while across all EN servers. I have gained valuable experiences about the internal workings of the organization. I believe that my experience has equipped me with the necessary skills required to effectively manage and run the organization.

- During my previous terms with the LSPD, I have observed that LSPD has struggled to maintain consistent activity across events and special operations. I given a chance, I intend to change this by various methods such as choosing department heads based on their qualifications, experience and knowledge about the law, implementing a better bonus system to help better motivate them for the activity. I will make sure the departments stay active throughout the day. I also plan to introduce more events and training sessions to help prevent inactive and improve their knowledge of rules.

  • 2.a) I want to be the leader of this organisation as i have a good past experience of legal orgs such as [ (sahp (chief) , ng (colonel) and gov (doc supervisor) ] and i always thought that i will be good at being a leader. I always love working as a leo never joined any illegal org and i love to do rp and i take it very seriously and the part iam mostly concerned about is favourism cause i have experienced it that i work hard and still dont get the rank and value i deserve so if i become the org leader i wont do any favourism and discrimination i will always treat my org ppl with equal respect.

    • Professionalism may significantly improve server roleplay quality.
    • No HCs will promote their pals without conducting a thorough interview, and no favoritism!

    • I will be strict , as i personally will take interview of Highcommands to make sure professionalism in all departments.
    • I will make a good relationship with all other state organization and together we all will fight against the Criminals.
    • I will make the people in my city feel safe from criminals, so that criminal activities are significantly reduced.

- I have been a member of LSPD for a while across all EN servers. I have gained valuable experiences about the internal workings of the organization. I believe that my experience has equipped me with the necessary skills required to effectively manage and run the organization.

- During my previous terms with the LSPD, I have observed that LSPD has struggled to maintain consistent activity across events and special operations. I given a chance, I intend to change this by various methods such as choosing department heads based on their qualifications, experience and knowledge about the law, implementing a better bonus system to help better motivate them for the activity. I will make sure the departments stay active throughout the day. I also plan to introduce more events and training sessions to help prevent inactive and improve their knowledge of rules.

- As I have previously served in LSPD, SAHP and FIB, I have experience in managing the internal affairs of the organization. - Maintaining radio connectivity is essential for exchanging important information. I am willing to emphasize how important good communication is. By doing this, we will all be able to coordinate much better and our organization will become more professional.

- Our roleplaying experience may be substantially improved by adding special certifications, such as heavy weapon certification or specific talents. Theses will offer new challenges to the members of the organization.

i. I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 3 terms, Government as DOC Director for 3 terms and Minister of state of DOC, I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a Secretary of an Active family. So, I have a quite good management and leadership experience, I strongly believe with this experience I can take LSPD to great heights.

ii. I have been the Assistant Chief of police for 1 term and as Deputy Chief of Police 1 term and has closely observed each and every work done in LSPD. I have a good team that will help me in my term to make it active from previous term . I am confident enough to be the Leader of LSPD. I always try be a good colleague in the org with my fellow Soldiers.

There are some reasons why I wanted to be the leader of the Los Santos Police Department which I listed below:-

1. I have been in this organization for 1-2 terms and I saw there are many cadets who need training but there is no one available to give them training. So I will improve the HR Department.

2. The Current Ranking system of LSPD is not good. I will update it if I get leadership and I will add some more departments to attract people towards LSPD.

3. As I have experience in Legal organizations over 3-4 terms it taught me a lot of things about legal org and now I am confident enough to take over the leadership of the Los Santos Police Department.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I will make a proper interview script for the people who are interested in joining LSPD. so that I can test them and I will know if they have good knowledge about roleplay. So there will not be a rule break.

I will make sure that my officers use proper radio codes.

I will familiarize my officers from different departments of LSPD like swat, HR, UC, IA...etc.

Offering Cadets two training sessions in which the HR Department will teach about radio codes, processing 10-15....etc.

Officers must remain professional and respectful attitude towards fellow officers.

3.Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. Enhance communication skills , Effective role-playing requires clear and concise communication. As communication plays a very important role to perform a very good roleplay so first of all i will try to improve the communication among all the PD officers for the better roleplay.
Head of Traffic Enforcement Units ( TEU ) - it is your responsibility to maintain everything towing and keep the streets clean. Assist with the towing of newer towers and towers that may be in trouble. Can only drive designated vehicles when other towers require assistance on the RP radio; otherwise, must recruit new towers and teach the towing method for this period.

Head of Human Resource ( HR ) - to set up and staff to assist in training any new members or old members who need a refresher. Will also hire old members from previous terms to previous rank or where deemed fit. Training may be required or a FTP test, before proceeding to gain previous ranks.

Head of IA ( Internal Affairs ) - the position will entail email presences where issues within the org will be brought forward and will need to demonstrate a professional matter when handling professional misconducts and so forth. If any member of the organization requires assistance, IA will be the one to discard your thoughts about where and when you could or did go wrong.
Improving the S.W.A.T Department:

Throughout my experience in Law Enforcement Organizations i.e. LSPD and SAHP, I have noticed that the S.W.A.T agents are not doing their duty properly i.e. protecting the Chief and they should be the first units to respond at any emergency situations. I will appoint a Department Chief who has proper knowledge about these basic things. So that the department can get the best guidance and training possible. I will personally ensure that each and every unit in S.W.A.T is doing their work properly and are trained to Fearless in the combat situations.

2. Develop empathy and emotional, I am trying to Enhance the empathy among the officers for the better understanding and as well for the better roleplay among all the officers, By doing so, you can engage in more realistic and impactful role-playing experiences.

2.1 It was my wish to be the leader of LSPD as it was the first Legal Org for me and it was a stepping stone for me and I worked most in LSPD around 5 to 6 terms as I liked it very much . LSPD is in city and one of the most important org to go for and also it plays a huge role in Stopping Criminal activities .

2.2 As I have most of my experience in LSPD now I want to lead the LSPD and want to make it active Org and want to make it one of the most active ORG in City

2.3 I am Willing to make LSPD most active and fascinating ORG and want that LSPD properly do RP and do not do rule breaks also I have so many officers who are very experienced and active also their RP is very good . As myself being experienced all the State ORG's as High Command my skill to handle all the officers and making good relations with others is very good and also I will be strict throughout the term .




3. Your advices for improving roleplay level in the Organization .

3.1 As we all know for the healthy regulation of the ORG you need your HR department to be the strongest . I will make sure my HR department becomes strongest of all and they do not do any kind of favouritism . I will hire very experienced and good ACP who will overlook the whole department

3.2 IA is also one of the most important department to regulate org perfectly and I will make sure my IA department will work very smooth and under no pressure from anyone also I will give liberty to ACP of IA and all the officers of IA . As Myself being IA in every ORG I know the importance of IA

3.3 All the departments are very important for regulating the ORG perfectly and I hereby confirm that I will make sure ACP of every department is active and hardworking

3.4 For better growth of ORG you should have good relations with other ORG's . I will make sure I have good relations with other Organizations and If any kind of Chaos or Ruckuss happens in between the ORG I will solve it ASAP . Also will make sure this does not happens again

3.5 I will make sure that there is no Toxicity in the Organization or any kind of Unconditional Behaviour . If anyone found doing so will be face severe consequences .

3.6 For Growth of the ORG most important task is that you should treat your officers like friend . I will make good relations with my officers and personally hear their problems and will look if there is anything going on or HC's are doing power abuse I will personally deal with them

3.7 Also for Officer's happiness most important is promotion ceremony roleplay . I will make sure to do Promotion ceremony and fun games and activities for them so that they enjoy and does not get bored .
They need equal representation and respect so it will be provided .

3.8 I will make sure LSPD becomes one of the most active ORG's in city also I will try to complete my term with minimal rule break .
