——- so basically its my first time if I get selected as a leader and go for the inter views. And the reason I want to become the leader of this organisation are.
(a) I have seen many times that I have lutted a add of differe Thing and life invader has putted s different add this sucks as an normal citizen and spending 5k dollar and then this happens.
(b) The thing is spped of verifying the ads and posting them again is sometime its toooo time consuming for the citizens. I will do my best so that it dosnt happen in My term.
(c) from my point of view I think life invader should be managed properly and stirctly soo that employees can do there work properly and citizens can post there add effortlessly.

—— yeah I have a advice for improving the roleplay level in organisation.. I have seen in maximum time when there is the night time in the city no one is present there to post. Adds for the citizens. I will wnsure that if no employee is there I will be doing the night shift for the betterment for the citizens.
As I have wrked in Government,EMS,SAHP,LSPD,NG,vagos,ballas as well I can say that I can be the leader of the life invader If I get a chance.
and I think is new players I mean player who have a minimum experience in all the organisation should atleast get a chance to prove themselves in front of the citizens that they are capable too. To become the leader of any Org.

- I have been associated with LI. for several months now. In the previous tenure, I worked as an HR manager and Senior Manager, from where I learned a great from everyone- leaders to interns and received best knowledge. So i wanna thank everyone who supports me from starting.
- Being a ‘Li’ leader, I have plenty of event hosting ideas I will be glad to put into practice, plus some personal recommendations of extra activities to ensure everyone takes part and enjoys happily.
- I look forward to leading with my team and getting their feedback to make the organization work well. I pay close attention to what they have to say and their ideas because I believe in shared leadership as opposed to deciding by myself or imposing my own.

There are plenty of reasons why I want to become lifeinvader leader but here are 3 points from it.
1) It's been a while since I have been in LifeInvader and currently serving as DHOD of creative. I understand the requirement and skill set needed to be a Leader of an organisation and I am also friendly with all employees.
2) As I have been in this organisation for nearly 6 months now, I have gained a good amount of knowledge and have figured out the problems and issues faced by the employees and the citizens. I believe that I can fix those problems and give the best output.
3) I am very polite and can handle all types of situations with ease. I believe in my problem solving skills and management skills. I can make Lifeinvader a better place for both citizens and employees.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) I will try my best to organise new and better events which will be an interesting part for both citizens to take part in and for employees to organise it.
2) I will make improvements in the hiring system so more people can stand a chance but still Lifeinvader will get the best Interns because the current system has some limitations which I believe that I can fix.
3) I will also bring improvements in the bonus systems as the current bonus system is not that exciting for the employees, so if i make it more fun and exciting then the employees will also work flawlessly.
4) I will give the same importance to each department. ADs team will get plenty of employees so no ad can be delayed and even maintain the quality. Journalism articles will be posted regularly and will also focus on reporting of an event or taking interviews. In the Creative team each employee will get an equal chance to work and show their skill and quality of their work.

- I would like to become the leader of this organization because I believe that this organization has a great influence on this server and therefore organizing various events and the like will improve the fun and roleplay, therefore it will be interesting for people to participate in the same
- I was in Lifeinvader for a long time when I started playing on this server and after that I dedicated myself to the state, but lately I have a strong desire to be in this organization as a leader and so that I can try to make the events even more interesting and diverse, as well as cooperation with other state organizations
- I know the rules very well so the organization will not have any problems, As well as ill host daily events and will be the most active term.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Ads will never wait long to be published, we will try to keep the editorial office always empty and to give citizens the best experience with sending ads
- We would try to make events as often and as well as possible and we would add some new things to them.
- We will have people in the field who will constantly record various things and make news for the citizens of our city, we will try to create good relationships with state organizations and have them send us recordings from their uniforms (cameras) and we will publish it so that people can see what was happening in the city (hostages and the like) and to indicate to people to pay attention to certain parts of the city.
