I want to be leader of Lifeinvader because,
1. I've wanted to be leader of a organization such as Lifeinvader for a while, I think the organization has a lot of potential but the previous leaders just haven't been able to fully accomplish that.
2. I want to make the ad system better so that if someone posts a ad about looking for a business for 10 Million, The ad will actually get posted as "Buying a Business. Budget: 10 Million", I would like for the ad team to be consistent and always be doing well.

- I have been working in LI for over a month now and during the previous term i have been the Head of Creative Team and i have watched the previous leader and the deputies work and have learned from them, so thanks to them i know what the organization needs.
- I have been member of every state organizations as well as i have leadership experience of being leader of NG 2 times and GOV. I believe i am a qualified candidate due to my previous leadership experience and my ability to host events.
- I have soo many event ideas for the organization that i would like to organize so that the people can enjoy and participate.
- I my self am a team player. I like to help out people in need and also I listen to what other people have to say and respect the ideas and opinions.
3. My advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
- I will be working on getting more people into the AD team so that we have editors 24/7 so we don't over flow with AD's and get the team to be more active during midnight.
- will be doing more Articles regarding what is happening on the city on almost daily basis so that the people are upto date on everything that is happening in the city as well as on Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Hardworking members will be given promotions on weekly basis as well as be given out bonuses to keep them encouraged.
- I will be working with the Journalism team to interview all the state and crime org leaders and maybe even a tour of their HQ and post it on main Grand RP discord so that if anyone wants to join any of these organizations can learn and understand how each of these orgs work before they apply.

1. I have been in Lifeinvader for little over 3 months now. First month was learning how to do AD's in Akali's term. Then when Kazuto Kirigaya got the leadership term I was promoted to HOD of Creative Team and was running the Creative Team for his whole term with high activity.
2. I have always wanted to try out being a leader of any organization, but Lifeinvader has been the most suitable organization out of them all. I have been passionate and gained allot of experience in all 3 departments. I have observed how the leader and his deputies work.
3. This organization feels free and I feel very passionate working here. I love the atmosphere and not being tied down to one spot. You can do your job anywhere and that is the best part of it.

1. I will try to increase Creative teams and Journalist teams activity, but will focus more on Journalists and get them involved more in RP situations so they could get more material to write articles about.
2. I will be hosting promotion ceremonies every weekend to admire the hard working people in Lifeinvader as well as giving some special prizes for their work. It would increase the activity around the HQ of Lifeinvader even more and motivate people to work harder, if they so choose to.
3. I want to improve the Talent Show RP and make it more systematic by involving all of the 3 judges more equally, rather than having 1 person speak more than the rest. That would mean the 3 judges would have to be more interactive with the contestants.

1. I have been in Lifeinvader for about 9 months now. Through my time here I have been in several high command positions. I have mainly been involved with both Journalism team and Creative team as head of department and then also Deputy leader as well about two terms ago.
2. With experience as high command I was able to keep my areas relatively active. I made sure we had articles every week in journalism and events done in creative. We may have not had the top activity at the time in those departments, however we were able to get things done at high speed and maximum efficiency.
3. As a deputy leader I learned a lot by observing Akali during their term. I mainly took over finding events to host as the organization and supervising over journalism team. This allows me a bigger view than most into what being the leader of this organization is like.
[3.] My advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
1. I will try to increase Creative teams and Journalist teams activity as most people do. The only difference is that I know what to do and where to go to get good information for articles and videos for journalism. As for creative team, I want to get more of the team involved in the events itself rather than the making of posters and such.
2. I have already prepared global events that can be used for LifeInvader. With them I would like LI to hold more events that just the talent show. Majority of the time we pride ourselves in helping host events for other people in city and not just for ourselves.
3.As of recently there have been bigger issues with ads. Though I am not the most knowledgeable in the ads department I do want to ensure everything is done correctly. With the help of other higher ups, I want to enforce a stronger discipline to those who constantly mess up on advertisements in the city.

2. I think I could be a good leader of this organisation because I have a good understanding of and will help employees to correct the ads. Ill help everyone in the organisation I’ll interview people if they wanna join the organisation and give the them basic training.
3. So many people complain about the ads taking a while to be posted I can sort that because I’m online about 10-12 hours a day. I will hire people with experience and people what don’t have experience I’ll help teach the basic so they know how to edit ads. I will set a daily goal of ads a day if they complete the goal I’ll give them a bonus out of my own money
