I am writing to express my sincere interest in the position of Leader of NG . I have been actively involved with the organization as a member for several years, and I believe that my passion, dedication, and leadership skills make me an ideal candidate for this role.

I am deeply committed to the mission and values of NG , which has consistently demonstrated its commitment to promoting social justice, advocating for equality, and driving sustainable development in our organization . 3 - Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  1. Foster a culture of creativity and imagination by encouraging participants to think outside the box and take risks in their roleplay interactions.
  2. Establish clear guidelines and rules to ensure a fair and respectful environment where all participants have an equal opportunity to contribute and engage.
  3. Encourage collaboration and teamwork by incorporating group-based roleplay scenarios that require participants to work together to achieve common goals.
  4. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants, helping them refine their roleplay skills and encouraging continuous growth and development.
  5. Create opportunities for debriefing and reflection after roleplay sessions, allowing participants to share their experiences, insights, and lessons learned.

Have promotion Ceremonies. Army should be more serious and dangerous for criminals than other organizations. Training of NG personal on a regular bases, plus other orgs.

My departments -

Military Police – This is a specialized division who track down on corruption within the National Guards soldiers,
they hand out strikes, look into officers and make Casefiles on Corrupt officer and in the rare case can stop, track down and apprehend officers gone And bring them into court.
These small group of officers can only answer to the general, and can skip the Chain of Command if they withhold classified information

JAG- This is the division where Military law would be enforced by means of a military court system
Infantry – This is a basic division which new troops are put into as they first so they can learn about the National Guard and how to improve,
The leader of Infantry must be very experienced within all division and he must be a friend yet also a leader to all new troops he must advise
them in what to do and give them information on other divisions so they can join them after they are ready, This division specializes in base
duties such as gate keeping, raids and basic events. This will build our soldiers up to be the very best possible, in order to leave this


Airborne – There main duty is to patrol the skies looking for on coming threats for example raids They also perform extractions when are fellow soldiers are in danger and can take them to safety, There guys must always be on the ball and react to react .They also specialized on planes such jets and they can lead scout runs around the yellow zone in raid hours for possible raid.


SASD – This is a division of highly skilled soldiers with the best tactical ability, Gun skills and situational skills, they will host events such as Ammo runs and ghetto patrols and attend global at the advice of the Airborne.

Combat Medics - This division us made up half medic half soldiers they can provide medical checks to hostages in hostage sit. And they responsibility is making sure there's no disease spreading inside Fort Zancudo .And doing periodicity health checks the soldiers.

- As of late I’ve seen many issues with the organization as there are not many officers not doing their duty correctly and I want to bring back a high activity rate during all times of the day with set numbers and use those to achieve higher goals.

- As I have been in Ng before also and for a long time but I know how to / What to do in every division and learn how to run them, As I have achieved many goals in the short time I acquired to become the SHERIFF and to keep the highways clean of criminals and is now looking forward to being the General of NG so that I could maintain the decorum inside the city which was not possible being the sheriff of the sahp which looks after the highways which I did for sure.

- As I have seen many times and noticed that there is a lot f activity issues during the day and night which is not good and I have seen past leaders declining to hire any more units by saying they are packed for now at last I never saw NG taking that much charge in most of the place or robbery. If I become the leader I will look forward to making this organization back on its feet as it used to be.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in an organization.

-Work better with other Leo’s better communication is vital more leader meetings is a must and so is joint training this will help all orgs better their rp as there will be more rp interactions which can help the city.

- I will ensure there is no bias / Favouritism in the org and that everyone works for their respect.

1st reason I want to be leader of NG is for many reasons I have been playing grand RP sense the beginning of every EN server and I know I’ve made my mistakes in the past but with my previous experience being leader of the families gang and deputy of every gang many times I have also been HC in all the legal organization. I also feel with my knowledge I could lead NG to heights never seen before with my leadership qualities I feel like NG would win more FZ fights when being raided also I want to get more better communication with the other legal organization to make sure everything is going smoothly I also feel like having a meeting with the leaders of the legal organizations it would be more beneficial and help things run more efficiently and smoothly. Another reason i want to be leader of NG is there are so many different types of things you could have to RP such as the cool airplanes, helicopters, tanks, etc, and with all the previous Generals they didn’t utilize those things properly or not at all I would also like to build the most powerful and organized army possible with good bonus for all hard workers if given the opportunity to prove to you guys you wouldn’t regret it!!

My advice for improving roleplay is to make sure to have the most skilled soldiers at all time and to make sure to have more active players and attending more events and also making sure HR and all HC keeps getting the best soldiers at all times.

I have been part of National Guard for more then 4 terms. I have mostly been in state organisation and have been hc in all state orgs and i think now i have enough experience to run an organisation. During the past ng terms I have seen that the org was very inactive in its raid hours and was unable to do ammo runs for other organisations due to lack of units.

I will make sure that the org is not only active in its raid hours but also active at non raid hours and ammo runs will be done for all the orgs time to time so that they dont run out of ammo.All the departments will be given to units who are highly experienced and know how to keep the department active at all times.Recruitment Retention department will be very focused on as it is the one of the main department in National Guard that will help keep the org alive.I will make sure that gates are always covered in its raid time.Units who do their work properly will be given a lot of bonus and promotion so that everyone gets motivated to come on duty.I will do regular combat training and many other activities so that the units doesn’t get bored in the organisation.

I have been HC in all legal Orgs so I know to deal with internal Issues of the organisation.Units who do not follow the rule will be punished by giving them verbal , strike or even blacklist if the problem is very huge and serious.All Hc ranks will be given to units who are experienced and can handle any situation and conduct any operations calmly and with ez. I will make sure that hc ranks are given to units who deserve rather than any rank chasers and will make sure that no corruption is going on within the the organisation.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organisation

Military Police will do bgc check , licences check and bodycam inspection so that everyone has their bodycam turned on.

Favouritism wont be tolerated within the org and all hc ranks and departments heads rank will be given by me after taking their test if they are really fit for that rank or not

Org hoppers will not be hired in the org as they destroy the pure rp

2. I want to be leader of national guard bc I have been in national guard for 3 terms and in them 3 terms I have learnt a lot.

I’ve been in every legal organisation as High command expect gov but I’ve been high command in every other legal organisation. So I think I know rules pretty well

I think I’ve got what it takes it become National guard leader bc I’m good at listening to peoples opinions and concerns but I’m also good at being patient

3. I will improve roleplay by making different department like mitlary police, air support and etc. But for ppl who haven’t had much experience in legal organisation will go through proper training to make sure they know how to do their job right. Military police will also be checking other soldiers logs to make sure they are doing they logs right

I will make sure everyone gets the best training so their up to date how NG and they training will also be based on radio codes because radio codes is a good way of communicating on the radio and if you don’t know the radio codes then how are you gonna communicate on the radio with other soldiers

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) I want to be the leader of the National Guard as:

First- I have worked in so many organisations in my carrier like Goverment/NG/FIB/LSPD and LifeInvader from every org I only gained experience and everyone even me saw that I do things OVER like I try to help out everyone, I try to give commands to everyone so they can do their job properly and I have the spirit to work as a Leader. When I was in FIB (Vladimir’s Term) I hired a lot of people in only 1 day because I have a lot of friends in city which are very responsible to their job even we made that term very well too.

Second- I have seen a lot of people making fun about National Guard and I don’t like that because National Guard are not only made for giving supplies to other organisations we are one of the most dangerous organisations, No one can enter The FZ without permission except Government or they will get shot, we can do Ghetto Petrols, we can do HW Petrols so No LEOs get robbed, We can go outside of Gun Store Robbery parameters and try to take those Gang members so many people don’t know what NG is and they will still apply for it!

Third- I have learned a lot of things from My Higher Ups: Diamond, Draven, Abdell, Daryll, Judy, Nik, Rishav, Leroy, Mike Ross and specially Poppy Lasombra. I have learned the laws, even I won’t do nepotism at all that’s my promise because in every term of someone their is Favouritism and Nepotism but I don’t wanna do that, I can tackle every situation calmly and honestly.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:

I want to deal everything ICly, like I have seen a lot of people doing CL just to save some of their weapons from gang and save themself to become hostage and stuff but everyone should try everything in the city! Like if you are gonna get robbed then get robbed comply with gang make the RP better. Don’t rage on people for stupid stuff just help everyone and move on! I wanna make the storyline better and better.

1 : I want to lead NG as it was the first org I ever worked in and it helped me grow through the city and learn the city rules so i would love to lead it and help it grow and lead it to be the best org in the city, I believe NG is the most powerful and import org.
2 : I believe I have the perfect amount of experience to lead the org as I have been Major General in Mac terms and diamond so i know how to run things, i have been in NG for 6 terms and have been a HC in every term from this I have also been a leader of every division from SOF to Miliatry Police so I know how to be a leader and how to run things and how each division works and how they thrive.
3 : I think NG is the most important org it is the back bone to the city if NG has a bad leader it creates a toxic atmosphere between orgs as no one would have ammo so they cant do there job NG is important no one can work when NG isn't Performing.

1 : I will make sure that NG holds a high standard discipline, respectability, etiquette and accountability.
2 : I want to make sure that everyone is trained to the highest standard combat wise but NG soldiers need to be taught about the city rules to avoid mistakes.
3 : I will make sure every single situation from ammo runs to aircraft are the most realistic and if any situation was to occur I would make sure I was to take full responsibility and make sure it wouldn't happen again.
4 : I would also make sure that every uniform is correct and looks professional.
5 : I have friends in a lot of other orgs so I feel like NG would have a very good relationship with the other orgs and this would make NG the most powerful

My Ideas
1 : I would make sure that everyone has the correct amount of training as in previous terms I have saw a lot of people not knowing stuff about the org
2 : I would make it is that every division is set up and run properly.

If I was to become leader I would make my term the very best cause I have motivation and a desire to see NG thrive I want unlike some other people I have put hours in NG and i understand how vital NG is.

  • Relationship: - I will make sure that national guard will have the best possible relationship with all other legal orgs in the city, we will assist them by providing ammunition and in return they will have a good relationship with the org which will make the rp of this org better than before.
  • Promotion: - i will make sure there is no unnecessary promotions, we will hold promotion ceremonies where we will promote the soldiers who deserve a rank up.
  • Strict: - As the general of National guard, it will by my duty to make sure everything is going well in the org, as i said we will promote the soldiers who deserve rank up, I will make sure if someone breaks a law, he gets the punishments for that also.
  • Bodycam: - I will make sure soldiers make bodycam of the situations they need to and follow the proper rp commands while interacting in any situations whether its searching trunks or turning on bodycam.
  • Radio Usage:- I will make sure everyone uses the radio properly while they are on duty and no unnecessary conversation on the radio and make it clean and professional.

I want to be a leader of the National Guard because that's where I feel at home, over time Fort Zancudo has become like a second home to me.

As far as the NG is concerned, I've seen and learned a lot of positives and negatives over the whole time and I think it's time to give something back


I've been able to look at the National Guard in the last 2 months and a lot of mistakes have been made, I would like to show people that the National Guard can also act professionally and I will not tolerate such mistakes


I want the NG to take an active part in events again and have good people, because it's no use having a lot of people who don't know the rules. I want the NG to be there immediately when a global or store rob comes out. I want to make sure the other orgs don't have the problem of running out of ammo.I will make sure that we even have enough Numbers for Support the Ammor runs by asking other LEO Organisation for Support

My goal is to approach the other organizations and ask how much ammunition they still have and if they Need.And Of course i will make sure that we never forget one of our Main Dutys ....Have Units on the Gates.
I want Implement a ROTA system to have an Overwatch of Bonus Payments.
And last but not least i dont want Corruption and favoritism in the National Guard.

After all, the National Guard is one of the most important organizations on GRP.

My advice to improve RP happening?

I would like to bring in my complete almost 17 years of RP experience to improve the RP in the National Guard, I would also like to develop a completely new training concept which also includes the other organizations (such as convoy and shooting training

and I want new players in particular to be properly instructed that they hardly make any mistakes, because I don't want NG to get any strikes or warnings

As a seasoned member, I have a good understanding of how the National Guard operates. I've previously worked closely with successful leaders, watching their methods and noting their accomplishments. If given the chance to lead the National Guard, I am confident that I can prove myself to be a capable and successful leader. I'm able to handle difficult situations while maintaining my composure. I can ensure the National Guard operates efficiently and successfully by offering great leadership and management thanks to my background.

2)I am competent to manage every aspect of the National Guard, including answering requests for ammo runs and managing the group well. I want to take part in international calls and use my talents to the fullest by being proactive and creative. I will collaborate closely with our NG curator to develop unique ideas and methods that will inspire and keep our warriors interested. 2) My advice for improving the roleplay level in the National Guard:

1) Celebrate the accomplishments of the organization's members with weekly promotion ceremonies. Invite other organizations to participate in these rituals to foster a sense of community and cooperation.

2) Create a strict training regimen: Your top objective should be to maintain a strong and ready military force. Develop cooperative training opportunities with other organizations so that members can enhance their knowledge and abilities.

3) The National Guard should form specialized units in order to satisfy a range of interests and skill sets. As a result, soldiers will be more involved with the organization and less prone to become bored.

4) Take into account the distribution of time zones: To avoid burnout and guarantee that all units receive enough rest, make sure that there are members from various time zones.

5) Make an effort to recruit enough members while preserving high standards for their skills and conduct.

6)-In order to prevent abuse of power and ensure competent decision-making, highly engaged and experienced leadership should be selected for positions of responsibility.

7) Put a big focus on abiding by the rules and laws. To prevent any accidental violations, all members should receive rigorous instruction in these subjects.

8) Be an approachable leader by fostering an environment where staff members feel comfortable approaching you with issues. Establish intimate ties among the troops to promote unity and trust. develop close relationships with them.

9)-Regular meetings with other organizational leaders can help you generate fresh concepts and identify ways to improve the National Guard.

10) Create an environment free from harassment by taking the required action to address any complaints as soon as they are received and to protect soldiers from harassment.

11) Maintain discipline inside the organization to keep everything in line and ensure that units don't break rules.

12) Encourage frank feedback from the curator and both units to establish a solid rapport based on mutual respect and open communication.

13) Acknowledge prior mistakes and learn from them to ensure ongoing improvement inside the organization.

14) Restore benefits, such as free medical insurance and handgun licenses, in order to support and encourage members.

15) Establish clear and detailed roleplay guidelines that specify the rules, expectations, and general tone of the game. The participants will be more consistent and coherent as a result.

16) Encourage participants to create complex and fascinating characters that have personalities, goals, and histories. The roleplay interactions will gain depth and realism as a result.

17) Introduce mission- and story-based structures that serve as a framework for roleplaying situations. This will facilitate participation and help develop interesting stories for the actions of the National Guard.

Special operations force (SOF): The SOS, made up of brave troops and snipers, will manage hostage negotiations, patrol ghettos, and provide military security during ammo runs. It will be possible to deploy helicopters for patrols and international activities.and will

Air Force : Expert pilots that make up the Air Force will keep a watch out for any gang member strikes. They will also be proficient snipers who ensure safe landings. Only the chief of the airborne division has the authority to issue aircraft licenses.

Military Police: The Military Police is a specialized division tasked with investigating wrongdoing within the National Guard. They'll handle internal issues, implement strikes, investigate cops, and locate missing officers. When necessary, they will be able to work outside the chain of command and report directly to the General.

Infantry: The new recruits' initial training ground and informational resource regarding the National Guard will be this division. The commander of the infantry should serve as a mentor and friend to new recruits when they are prepared, pointing them in the direction of other divisions. The infantry will manage base operations, gatekeeping, raids, and everyday occurrences. Promotions below the rank of HighCommand will be made by the Major General of Infantry.

2.1-)I've had good experiences with Ng and other legal orgs and I've had high command experience each time, so I know how things work, I have a deep understanding of what the General's presence is and how effective you can be in certain ways, and I want to put the knowledge I've gained into practice.

2.2-)the new city has been growing alot but the professionalism and understanding of rules in past terms haven't improved much i want to make a healthy and friendly relation with all members along with teaching them cores of how to be more professional,make ng more active and minimize the rule breaks.

2.3-)to lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and ill try me best to lets our units have fair , serious and funny RP game play with new events , rules , ng laws and new divisions

My advice to improve rp:-
3.1-) I will always offer an active patrol and active training that the air force will mobilize.
3.2-)I'll keep the military police more active and really get them to do their job (so they won't be there as decorations)
3.3-) Strengthen Relations among other LEOs and arrange meetings to strategize each mission as needed and teach trigger discipline to all of my members with the standard 3 warning policy.
3.4-) Training is done to improve our fighting skills with other leos and this strengthens the bonds between us ( with LEOS)
3.5-) High-ranks will check NG warehouse everday and if ammunitions low in warehouse, ammo run will do.
3.6-) Every employee of NG who has enough rank for it, they will patrol atNG base.
3.7-) I will teach every employee what is NG purpose and what is the rules of it also I will recruit people who knows rules already.
3.8 -) I will make it do the military police internal affairs task more often, like bodycam check guard check.

I Make sure that all Department work properly and Also that there is no nepotism in every department I also work on laws and hired the best Human resources that train soldiers perfectly and give a lot of knowledge about the laws and regulations of ng and also explain to them the authority and work of NG.
NG people need to be encouraged to do things so I would implement a bonus scheme that is mainly aimed at the lower ranks like privates, and specialists,s, etc. where they will be rewarded for doing things

• Soldier of the week: 30K
• Fail to stop a raid - 10K
• Per truck delivered during ammo runs - 5K

1) Air Force (AF) - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.
2) Military Police (MP) - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.
3) Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department would keep the check of the recent Patrols and make the proper Weekly Schedule. They Would be issuing Strikes to the Person who is not following rules , unprofessional and doing things without High Command Permission etc.
4) Combat Medic (CM) - This is the Department of medical this department make sure that all soldier is well and gives a pill to these soldiers who need pills they also make sure that the soldier at the gates is with full health and check in every 20 to 30 min to gateskeepers health.
