Ans : I was AG in Tom clinton term where my thoughts about NG before joining were that NG is very boring and not worth joining but when I joined I got to know that NG is one of the most best Org among any other Org as I am very much worked in LEO's and now I want to lead NG because I think I will be able to handle NG as my First ORG

I am really a very friendly guy and I would make sure that NG makes Good Relations with every other ORG and resolveing the issue ASAP if any chaos or issue creates in between the ORG

Q3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. As we all know HR is the department which is most important in terms of a healthy growth of any ORG . My first priority would to make sure HR works very well and HR dept have very active and experienced persons also I will be looking HR is working properly or not by my own .

2 . Now MP is also very important dept in Regulating the ORG as it makes sure if a Soldier is working Perfectly without any corruption and they make sure that person is not doing anything which gets ORG in any kind of problem . So my special focus will be to make MP strongest dept ( as me myself has experience in IA and MP in every org )

3 . All the departments are equally important for regulating ORG perfectly so I will make sure I handover departments to those who are very experienced , knowledgeable and also calm and active

4. As every Leader does I will be assigning them weekly tasks but what different I will do is there would be specific task for AG of every dept which he would have to complete .

5. Promotion Ceremony Roleplay is very important as Soldiers who work very hard for ORG they deserve Respect , Promotion and Bonus . I will create a enviroment where everyone will work together and they will show activity

6. Also I will make sure that our Soldiers gets proper training .

7. I have saw many orgs that they are very inactive in events . Even I did not saw NG attending many events . I will make sure NG becomes one of the most Active Org among other org's

Special Operation Force (SOF) : The S.O.F is for Planning and execution of special operations.Develop doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for special operations.Assist law enforcement in Counter-terrorism and Hostage rescue operations.

2.1. I want to become leader of National Guard because when i join rp i was new and i don't know about any rules so i spend most of time on playing rp. When i completed 5 years in city i got opportunity to join SAHP and when i join SAHP. I gain experiences about leos and what they do. after spending 4 months continuously. I become a high command and after some time i resign from SAHP. Then i join other state organization like LSPD, NG, GOV and FIB as a high command.

2.2. After spending so much time as a high command. So i though i am capable for the leader post. I understand how to handle responsibility, organize operations and keep National Guard units engaged. I want to build a faction where units are active, well-trained and proud to serve.

2.3. I have seen many people join National Guard without direction or motivation. My goal is to grow National Guard into one of the most active and respected organization in the city, where every units knows their value and feels proud to wear the uniform. I believe a great leader brings out the best in others, and that's what exactly what i want to do.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I will do promotion ceremony every sunday to give motivation to our units by give them some promotions.
2. I will make sure that every soldiers or units are well-trained so they will not break any rules.
3. I will make friendly environment in organization.
4. I will announce shooting competition in organization to improve there shooting skills.

A. I want to be the leader of NG as after playing grand roleplay for quite a while now, I have particularly grown a liking towards state roleplay and being the General of the State I will get to enforce better roleplay on a higher level. I will use my experience to lead the term and make sure all soldiers in the org have a good time with better sensation of roleplay.

B. I have lot of experienced peers who will assist me in my term and make it a better environment where everyone can enjoy and progress. They will volunteer for high command ranks and keep the org active throughout the term without compromising the cost of roleplay. They will attend max events and with their learned experience we will be able to complete the term without any difficulty.

C. I have many ideas which I have thought of, many ideas which I would like to implement in my term. Well I have many suggestions or ideas which I would like to implement in my term, but some of them are as follows:
1. Do regular RP training sessions within the org as well as with other orgs to make RP more immersive.
2. Focus on training of new recruits so that we can minimize the chances of rulebreak and maintain good quality of RP.
3. Keep the term active with experienced individuals as high commands who can lead people and act as good counsellors.
4. Maintain professionalism throughout the radio and make sure proper radio commands are being used.
5. Make sure the departments are active maintaining the roleplay within the organisation.

i. I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 3 terms, Government as DOC Director for 3 terms, 2 times ACP and 1 time DCP in LSPD. I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a Leader of an Active family. So, I have a quite good management and leadership experience, I strongly believe with this experience I can take NG to great heights.

ii. I have been the Commanding General of Military Police for 1 term and as Assistant general of Military Police 1 term and has closely observed each and every work done in National Guard I have a good team that will help me in my term to make it active from previous term . I am confident enough to be the Leader of NG. I always try be a good colleague in the org with my fellow Soldiers.

iii. If I become a leader, I am confident enough to get good soldiers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running NG perfectly. The NG has been a best organization which I travelled. I will make more active and attract citizens, teach them what proper RP is.

My advice for improving Roleplay level-

1-There will be a high activity and planning at the prime time before 15 mins to win the FZ. (11:45, 13:45, etc..)
2-I will make sure that all departments are active
3-For activity i will make proper rules and regulations like (night shift-day shift)
4-Make sure that Every officer will attend Scripted-Unscripted events
5-I will make a good HR dept. so that new officer will get proper training and don't break any rules

2.1 National Guard is a organization of Unity , faith , Disciplane and Power and I would like to serve National Guard as a Leader because of these three things.However National guard was my first legal organization that i joined by my friends help. I joined as a Private which is a 5th rank in NG. Then i was given training , i learned many things about state orgs and also much more!

2.2 I officialy became a high command in NG after a full successful term. Then the NG became my favourite org of all the state orgs. Even if you offer me a deputy in any other org i would like to go in NG. I also learned that great power comes with great reponsibility.

i) I started my RP with SAHP and worked there for almost 3 Terms . I served as HC for multiple terms for all legal organizations. In addition, I have led an active family. I therefore possess a good deal of management and leadership expertise. As NG's Commanding General, I have had a detailed look at how NG operates. I feel confident enough to lead NG because of this.

ii) With other professionals officers, I always aim to be a decent colleague in the organization. I am sure that if I become a leader, I will be able to recruit experienced officers who will teach me and assist me in running NG properly.

Ans : I was AG in Tom clinton term where I learned lot about NG before joining I would think that NG is very boring and not worth joining but when I joined I got to know that NG is one of the most best Org than other orgs in city.

I am really a very friendly guy and I would make sure that NG makes Good Relations with every other ORG and resolveing the issue ASAP if any issue creates in between the ORG

Q3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. As we all know HR is the department is the most important for healthy growth of any ORG .I will make sure that HR will be active in my whole term of NG.

2 . Now MP is also very important in Regulating the ORG as it makes sure if a Soldier is working Perfectly and they make sure that person is not doing anything which gets ORG in any kind of problem . My special focus will be to make MP strongest department ( as me myself has experience in IA and MP in every org )

3 . All the departments are equally important for regulating ORG perfectly so I will make sure that I only handover departments to those who are very experienced , knowledgeable and also calm and active

4. As every Leader does I will be assigning them weekly tasks for departments.

5. Promotion Ceremony Roleplay is very important as Soldiers who work very hard for ORG they deserve Respect , Promotion and Bonus.

6. Also I will make sure that our Soldiers gets proper training .

7. I have saw many orgs that they are very inactive in events . Even I did not saw NG attending many events . I will make sure NG becomes one of the most Active Org among other org's

Under my leadership I will try to make a best term for NG .

HR : To recruit and train new soldiers who want to serve the country
MP : The Military Police (MP) is for investigative department of the National Guard and will look into the safety National guard personnel
Airforce (AF) : Specially trained soldiers whose Hands are very good on heli's and Aircrafts ( doing air patrolling and safeguarding the FZ base ) also will be helping us in Candy run by giving air support and in GP also by giving Air support
Rapid Assistance Task Force (RATF) : The National Guard Rapid Assistance Task Force is for responding in emergency situations.They should be most active at the time of Fort Zancudo Raid (12:00 to 22:00).
Special Operation Force (SOF) : The S.O.F will look over Global events , FZ security etc...

2.1 National Guard is a organization of Unity , faith , Disciplane and Power and I would like to serve National Guard as a Leader because of these three things.However National guard was my first legal organization that i joined by my friends help. I joined as a Private which is a 5th rank in NG. Then i was given training , i learned many things about state orgs and also much more!

2.2 I officialy became a high command in NG after a full successful term. Then the NG became my favourite org of all the state orgs. Even if you offer me a deputy in any other org i would like to go in NG. I also learned that great power comes with great reponsibility.

2.3 Today i am 5 term experienced High command of NG. I worked with many Generals , many employees and much more , even thou the person who gave me training first time of NG was in lower rank then me. So now i would try to become the best leader of this Organization.

2.4 I will also make the NG best org of all the others and will try to complete 2 successful terms with hardwork and dedications.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 No favouratism between the employees.

2.1 I've been in en 2 city for almost Two years + And before I was in Grand 1 one for 1 Year And was a great high command at that time I understand well how this city and this organisation works and I believe I can make it even better in every possible way as a leader of NG I will make sure every Leo Orgs Are getting their ammo supply in a regular basis also making sure the fz bed is protected every time within the duty hours

2.2 First of all my experiences in the IC which is very great and I have been experiencing all the high commands deputies and all the Orgs such as LSPD, SAHP, NG and FIB my ic knowledge is very good according to your requirements for the leader of NG. I wish to join to be a leader of NG Because I have got nearly all the deputy ranks and all the high command ranks in all the orgs which I have mentioned which brings me and suits me the role of the general

2.3 I want to make changes into a specific organisation in every way possible to make it better in role play duties are our priorities but we have to remember that doing good rp is also needed in every organisation as in ng I will send set some new Rules about training montage and some basic rp things A good role play around the ng base will make everyone happy and make their job interesting.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization

3.1 As I said in my reasons to be a leader of such fraction improving role play level in the main priority besides doing basic responsibilities my plans for improvement of RP would be I have something very interesting in my mind which is I want to introduce some department and divide work between them such as :

Fulfilling Duties : Big people guarding the entire bases are main duty and making sure no one takes advantage of trespassing. Northgate and Southgate will be covered every time within the duty hours and also patrolling the entire basis double cheque on any possibility trespassing is nearly impossible in the time of fz raid main entrance and alarm will be clean so that gangs can reach easily but we will taking them at 80% chance Every time there is little 20% chances that they could win the raid after all it's a part of rp and in training we will teach the entire ng duty plus some role play will be improvised.

There are some points which we will be making sure to Improve the RP and the transparency of NG :
A: Showing ID/Passport at Gate while coming in duty to identify ourselves.
B: Properly using the Gym and making a round march around the base atleast once or more to some basic exercises including sit ups and push ups.
C: Exploring the shooting range to maximize the accuracy of shooting and using Arena to prepare soldiers for combats.
D: Exceeding Air Force patrolling on daily basis to make sure the state is safe or not. Taking military actions if needed.

3.2 CORRUPTION FREE ORGANISATION (Military Police Internal Affairs) : My specialised internal Affairs team Who had previous experience in ia before who will do regular bgc cheques and licence cheque on every ng unit and if found any criminal activity then they should be put in custody by our soldiers which means they will lose their job and will get globally blacklisted as well and also having proper weapon licence and health insurance will causeway one or more strikes in their names any strike. Promotional will be get on hold and they will never given punishment text to remove strikes also my da's will do case files on every possible member who will do prime outs to escape their fortune no favouritism will be tolerated in the particular this organisation.

3.3 RECRUITING AND TRAINING THE BEST UNITS (Human Resource and Training) : We will be hiring good hr representative and H C's to make sure that good candidate will get hired going through well interview and making sure they get to know or they have the basic rules as well then they will get trained To understand the National Guard and to do right things wish perfection so no one can raise their hands to differ with our methods also in trainings we will be teaching how to do good role play as well as keeping it real also for special training purposes we will be collaborating with other organisation to increase the harmony among Leo's society.

For example :
A: Taking SASD exercises to various locations or inviting SAHP/LSPD/FIB for special training missions if they are interested.
B: Asking help to the curators to Teleport our training players to another dimension to make it more OOC to shoot for training purposes. Like doing covert operation in Capitol or in PH to rescue the Hostage. (Besides LR 1.9)

3.4 MOVING LIKE THE WIND (SASD) : In every hostile emergency situations like Store Robbery, Hostage, Data Breach, BM Raid, Gang Raid and other special fighting missions our SASD team will always think ahead and take actions like a pro that will be sometimes sneaky and sometimes very loud which will take the criminals down easily. Always thinking out of the box and just like the ancient chinese military tacticts mentioned in the book 'Art Of War' which is hitting the enemies where they are not supposed to get hit, will be applied and we will make this successful.

3.5 SERVE AND PROTECT (Special Forces Commando) : I have plans for the newly introcued department called "Special Forces" which will be the updated and modified version of old "SASD" . Where our SF Commandos will follow various tactics and fight the criminals in GP and also we will offer Special Proections to the First persons of the state (e.g. Governor, Deputy Governor, AG, SCJ, DCJ).

3.4 LOOKING LIKE A HERO : A: I am personally a great fasion enthusiast. I like to do it on swag so will do my organisation with whole new combinations of uniforms beacuse I have plans to change existing ones.
B: A new combinations of weapon sets will come obviously to make it work in a rough and tough situations. Our units will have no problems emergency situations to get loadouts more quickly and also having the perfectly workable combos.

3.5 A SOCIAL FREAK (Public Relations) : PR departments will do their job as regular basis to create more Public activities and Me personally will add very experienced person in the department and some of my own ideas of Good and unique events for a good prizepool. Making sure more than 30 PR events been done in whole 1 term.

1. Objectives Resolve as Internal an Issues: As a leader I want to lead the National Guard. I think that unity and motivation are the most important factors that affect the performance of the organization. I will also make sure that each and every soldier feels valued and taken care of, this will in turn boost the morale of the soldiers and increase their productivity.

2. Updated Documents - I will make sure that all the documents which would be required by the solders are updates up to the demand so that none of the unit face any problem while learning new things.

3. Regular Training Sessions - I would make a special team in my term that will provide training to all the units, and will make sure that each and every unit in my term is very trained and professional in its work.

4. Professionalism - From my past experience in other organizations, One thing I have noticed is that the Radio(Both Voice and Text) are being used unnecessarily and unprofessionally, I would bring a change to this and put a stop to this during my leadership, along with that I would increase professionalism in my organizations by helping my soldiers in the betterment of their communication skills, I would also teach the importance of professionalism to my soldiers.

5. Realistic Hiring - The Hiring process would constitute multiple rounds of challenges that the interview cadets will have to overcome to be a part of the National Guards, It would take aspects such as combat and tactical skills, decision making ability and knowledge into consideration.

6. Weekly Promotion Ceremony - I will organize weekly promotion ceremony in my term which does not only gives them courage and motivation to work more but it will also give them new chances to gain more experience by getting more responsibility.
