Q2) Why I want to become the leader of NG ?

#1. I want to become the leader of NG because i have a good experience in NG i was a lieutenant for two times in NG and i learned a lot of good and bad thing in NG if i become the leader of NG i will try to fix all the problem of NG and i will try to take it up to top .

#2. I have experienced the NG and i have seen that there is no good control of NG units so i can control them good and i can handle them well.

a. I want to be the leader of the national guard because I have the experience and knowledge about what missions the national guard can and cannot go to, and where and what they should do, especially the game and role play rules. For example, I know that when an organization asks us for help, it has to be there. But I also know that they can't go on a store robbery. In short, I am confident that I have sufficient knowledge and experience to become leader of the national guard.

I worked as high command in all four terms. I know the door watch rules and other national guard activity rules, and I know that when something illegal is done, they should be punished or someone wearing the wrong uniform should be warned.

c. If I become the leader of the national guard, it will not be easy to be a soldier of the national guard. In order to enter the organization, they will have to pass oral and written interviews and those who can pass will undergo training for 3 days. In these trainings, radio codes, door watch rules, weapon training, special duty training (such as ammo run) and the most challenging will be air force training. In short, I will maintain discipline and order in the National Guard.


Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

My top priority will be the National Guard, the highest among the organizations. To do this, I will first establish order and discipline in the organization. not everyone will be able to enter this organization at random, and those who enter will be trained and assigned in the best way possible. The layout inside will be as follows: 2 guards at each door, 2 cars patrolling inside, 2 helicopters with air force training will patrol. I will give the necessary training on how the order should not be in a raid situation and how the spikes should be placed.

It is very important for me that 2 people will stand at the doors, 2 people will patrol the yellow zones, even if there is any ammo run, it is very important for me to have 2 people at the doors because bad people can turn this into their own opportunity.
and people who have just joined ng will receive 3 days of training and will rank up after the training, they will be directed to fields such as amnesty, mp, etc.

1 : I want to lead NG as it was the first org I ever worked in and it helped me grow through the city and learn the city rules so i would love to lead it and help it grow and lead it to be the best org in the city, I believe NG is the most powerful and import org.
2 : I believe I have the perfect amount of experience to lead the org as I have been LT general in Anas's term so i know how to run things, i have been in NG for 3 terms and have been a HC in every term from this I have also been a leader of every division from SOF to IA so I know how to be a leader and how to run things and how each division works and how they thrive.
3 : I think NG is the most important org it is the back bone to the city if NG has a bad leader it creates a toxic atmosphere between orgs as no one would have ammo so they cant do there job NG is important no one can work when NG isn't Performing.

1 : I will make sure that NG holds a high standard discipline, respectability, etiquette and accountability.
2 : I want to make sure that everyone is trained to the highest standard combat wise but NG soldiers need to be taught about the city rules to avoid mistakes.
3 : I will make sure every single situation from ammo runs to aircraft are the most realistic and if any situation was to occur I would make sure I was to take full responsibility and make sure it wouldn't happen again.
4 : I would make sure the radio professional in previous terms you have people shouting and arguing over the radio, I would also make sure that every uniform is correct and looks professional.
5 : For me a very big part of my plan is to make each team the best possible and to do this I would have friendly competitions for example in the arena and having division Vs divisions as it is a fun way to train aim and to build team work
6 : For me communication is key so with every major I would have a meeting with them minimum 2 times a week where we may discuss problems they are having any worry's or anything they may need I can ask the curators for and anything to help them.
7 : I have friends in a lot of other orgs so I feel like NG would have a very good relationship with the other orgs and this would make NG the most powerful

My Ideas
1 : I would make sure that everyone has the correct amount of training as in previous terms I have saw a lot of people not knowing stuff about the org
2 : I would make it is that every division is set up and run properly and would possibly look into making a new divisions
3 : I would make sure that we have a minimum of 4 people on a gate from 11 - 23 to avoid trespassers

If I was to become leader I would make my term the very best cause I have motivation and a desire to see NG thrive I want unlike some other people I have put hours in NG and i understand how vital NG is.

3.1 every employee has to know the rules and we will test them randomly. also we will hardly check bodycams and Logs.

3.4 we will have great contacts and collaborations with other orgs. we will do many events.

3.5 we will add some departments ( air, Gate, special OPS) special team will be hardly trained soldiers who will go on the front line of FZ raids and robberies (bank, store robbery) if other ORGs will accept that.

-> I have been in most of the legal and illegal organization and worked as HC and normal person and i have worked in NG as a Major of FTO and managed FTO well

-> Divisions -
We have many sub divisions in our org e.g, MP,SOF,FTO,IA,AF
we need to focus on them and hire best officers as leader of that division(Major) and give him power to manage the divison and make a strike/warning system for divisons like we have for organization. that will make organization better

-> Ranks -
I will make specific promotion requirements for Promotion then that will not mess up like giving promotion without any reason

-> Logs -
I will make Logs for everything as i know there are many already an i made many like promotion and fire logs before and i will make it mandatory to fill logs does not matter what is you rank, if a major,captain,f,s lieutenant does not fill logs, they can get warning or strike(depends upon situation)
and also i will make it mandatory to maintain logs to get promotion

-> Gate keeping - Gate keeping is also so important for Our organization mainly from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM to prevent being raided by gangs

-> Training - this is important for any organization and i suggest to train sholdiers using Training Guide and and also i made an exam for soldiers who completes training, he need to pass the exam and he can retry the exam 2 times if he passes he will get promoted to private rank and for further promotion he needs to complete promotion requirements

-> Promotion - Promotion will be done by only FTO and General and Lt. General and we need to fill the promotion logs to promote anyone and we have to give reason for the promotion if someone who is not FTO gives promotions will get warning cause i dont want to mess up the promotion

-> Events - Everyone need to be present on events (exception - 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM there need to be minimum 2 soldiers at both North and South gates) specially in Ammorun

-> Interview - Interview will be taken by FTO and i will make an interview guide for FTO that will help them to take interview and everyone need to know rules and Rp terms to pass interview ( Quality > Quantity )

• As I have been member of NG for a while now and was General and before that I was Lt. General so in total i have been in NG for 4 months which means I know a lot about NG and how it works and what it needs on daily basis.
• I want to become NG leader is because I know that there is Soo many people from my term who are willing to come back to NG again and will like to enjoy that military RP that they don’t get in any other organization.

I will be adding more departments so that people can chose where they fit in well.

(1) I want to be leader of National Guard because I want to protect the state of san andreas, I want to help the legal organizations such as FIB, SAHP, LSPD, to always have ammunition at their disposal, I have been in all the legal organizations so I know how it feels to not have ammunition due not National Guard not doing what they are supposed to.

I would start by doing active ammo shipments daily and whenever legal organizations need them, I also would try to give out bonuses as often as possible to make others feel motivated on the line of duty, I would like to have combat practice in the arena every so often to insure that everyone has something to do and to not feel bored, I want to make multiple divisions for whatever type of life the soldiers of National Guard want to live, I want there to be a division for everyone to feel like they have something to do within National Guard regardless if it is within the air force, or within being a navy seal. To assure that everyone has a place where they feel appreciated to be apart of the National Guard.

2.1-)I've had good experiences with ng and I've had high command experience every time, so I know how things work, have a deep understanding of what the General's presence is and how effective you can be in certain ways, and I want to put the knowledge I've gained into practice.

2.2-)the new city has been growing alot but the professionalism and understanding of rules in past terms haven't improved much i want to make a healthy and friendly relation with all members along with teaching them cores of how to be more professional,make ng more active and minimize the rule breaks.

2.3-)to lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and ill try me best to lets our units have fair , serious and funny RP game play with new events , rules , ng laws and new divisions

My advice to improve rp:-
3.1-) I will always offer an active patrol and active training that the air force will mobilize.
3.2-)I'll keep the military police more active and really get them to do their job (so they won't be there as decorations)
3.3-) Strengthen Relations among other LEOs and arrange meetings to strategize each mission as needed and teach trigger discipline to all of my members with the standard 3 warning policy.
3.4-) Training is done to improve our fighting skills with other leos and this strengthens the bonds between us ( with LEOS)
3.5-) High-ranks will check NG warehouse everday and if ammunitions low in warehouse, ammo run will do.
3.6-) Every employee of NG who has enough rank for it, they will patrol atNG base.
3.7-) I will teach every employee what is NG purpose and what is the rules of it also I will recruit people who knows rules already.
3.8 -) I will make it do the military police internal affairs task more often, like bodycam check guard check.
3.9-)Ng will be more cautious against incoming raids and there will be at least 2 people at the gates and at least 1 car patrolling in the base.

I am part of city from 1 year , to sustain in city i worked in different organization to live a good life. In my life, i worked in legal and illegal organization across city and explore both side of city. Now i looking forward in my life and want to become leader of national guard. I have experience in NG in server 2 and i have done my job very efficently. Reason why i want to become leader of Ng is as Below:-

1). Time management :-

Managing tasks at particular time is very important, either guarding at gates or doing ammo run for the other state organization. I am looking to make change in NG regarding doing ammo run and guarding at gates because a good timing will help organizations to execute a tasks, time managment is one my strength and it will play vital role in my leadership.

2). Decision taking in tense situation.

National guard is always involved in some high risk tasks. In that situation leader must have to take decision very precisely beacuse single mistake can cause danger to life of a soldier and life of other law enforment staff. accordance to me i have that capability to take decision which will help org to get out from that sitaution without any loss.

3). No partiality

As i mention before i was part of many organization, i have noticed that some of leaders are doing partiality and very rude towards their employe this effect on metal health of empolyes which leads to demotivation, Lastlty they left organizaton. So i want to make sure i will be very nice and polite towards my empolye and everyone gets equal opportunity.

2 : I believe I have the perfect amount of experience to lead the org as I have been LT general in Anas's term so i know how to run things, i have been in NG for 5 terms and have been a HC in every term from this I have also been a leader of every division from SOF to IA so I know how to be a leader and how to run things and how each division works and how they thrive.

3 : I think NG is the most important org it is the back bone to the city if NG has a bad leader it creates a toxic atmosphere between orgs as no one would have ammo so they cant do there job NG is important no one can work when NG isn't Performing.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

1 : I will make sure that NG holds a high standard discipline, respectability, etiquette and accountability.

2 : I want to make sure that everyone is trained to the highest standard combat wise but NG soldiers need to be taught about the city rules to avoid mistakes.

3 : I will make sure every single situation from ammo runs to aircraft are the most realistic and if any situation was to occur I would make sure I was to take full responsibility and make sure it wouldn't happen again.

4 : I would make sure the radio professional in previous terms you have people shouting and arguing over the radio, I would also make sure that every uniform is correct and looks professional.

5 : For me a very big part of my plan is to make each team the best possible and to do this I would have friendly competitions for example in the arena and having division Vs divisions as it is a fun way to train aim and to build team work

6 : For me communication is key so with every major I would have a meeting with them minimum 2 times a week where we may discuss problems they are having any worry's or anything they may need I can ask the curators for and anything to help them.

7 : I have friends in a lot of other orgs so I feel like NG would have a very good relationship with the other orgs and this would make NG the most powerful


My Ideas

1 : I would make sure that everyone has the correct amount of training as in previous terms I have saw a lot of people not knowing stuff about the org

2 : I would make it is that every division is set up and run properly and would possibly look into making a new divisions

3 : I would make sure that we have a minimum of 4 people on a gate from 11 - 23 to avoid trespassers

If I was to become leader I would make my term the very best cause I have motivation and a desire to see NG thrive I want unlike some other people I have put hours in NG and i understand how vital NG is.

1. The reason i want to become leader of National Guard is that i have experience on what they do and i know what event they can’t attend like what they can’t do for example they can’t co to a store robbery or go and do a gang raid they can attend but there just there for help if the other org need help.

I was LT general in shaba and Kazuto's term and colonel in kazuto term in the National Guard and I take my rank seriously and I don't hesitate to give people strikes if they did something wrong or drive in the city with the org cars and in uniform or sleeping at gates as long as I have proof against that person

Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

The roleplay that I will be improving is around military experience. And going out and giving training out at the aircraft carrier. And give people task and I will be given each rank a task to guard the base. I will have 2 people at each gate and 2 people patrolling the base and one air unit in the air and they are all going to be trained properly in that area. I will be training people how to place the spikes and where to place them and where not to place them. I will train people the right way so I will have the best term as a national guard leader.

First of all, I always wanted to be a leader of a state org and especially national guard, I always had a dedicated team behind me following me around with my every move , of course this is natural for me I have always been a natural leader I got the perfect knowledge of NG and the State organisations to make the NG the best it has ever been. As a second reason I really want to Lead the national guard and see it prosper as it has always had potential but due to the "Boringness" of the organisation (which does not exist in my opinion) detered a lot of people from joining, now I am very much ready to do anything To make national guard interesting and loved. As a Last reason I want a safe place for all leos to rest that being Fort Zancudo/FZ and where all leos can unite, to be able to achieve that I need to be the leader as no one was this open minded to before.

2. I want to be the leader of NG because I spent 5 almost 6 months devoting my life to the org under Kazuto Term and Edd anas term. To say that I know the org through and through is an under statement. I have spent a lot of time in the city I have seen the good and the bad of the orgs and it's members but there is 2 thing I've done right in the city. 1. Meeting the people i have met and 2. Joining NG when I did. To me NG is a family and it needs to be kept that way to make it flurish. NG is the back bone of the city and I want to make shure that no matter the time or the day the citizens and the other leos can count on NG being there in times of need. I believe that NG should be the diciding factor for any battle that is being fought.
II) I also want to ensure that my COs and NCOs know everything needed before promoted and will continue doing tests before someone reaches NCO or CO. Also I want to make sure the heads of all departments are doing their work and are active (this system was introduced by Darius) and I wish to continue using it
As I was leader/deputy of lots of Departments I can ensure that the head of them will do their job correctly
And it's very important to create a command structure so people know who is in charge if someone is not here
I would also like to become Leader of NG due to my experience in All of the State Orgs and i believe i would be Good NG leader because NG has been getting bad lately and i want to make the most feared ORG in the state section

Advices for improving Roleplay

1. NG needs to be around almost 24/7 to truly serve the city in any way I want to get that up and running ASAP to try to get as close to 24/7 availability as possible.

2. The special units need to be rethought and re worked from the seals the the combat medics. That's why I want to make shure that the leaders of these division's truly know what they are doing before I put them in there place. So we can maximize that amount of RP coming out of these units

3. NG should be the deciding factor in many battles that's why I want to organize a small team of men that are willing to be around a lot and willing to risk there life 12/7 to be a QRF for all leos.

4. Finally to improve the rp i would like to make it the way it was in the " old days " there's a reason that it worked so well and there's no reason that It wouldn't work now. examples include, using and maintaining a command line a structure, only recruiting the best of the best to weed out the unwanted cases of fail and miss RP, using recruitment drives only when truly necessary and finally using smart and thought out tactics to fight againt raids and storms.

During my life IG i have spend almost 2-3 months in being National guard and I was Deputy Chief for 1 months, to server for people and los santos. As i have very good experience in national guard and have dept knowleadge about how system work, either doing ammo run or protection of Fort Zancudo during raid time. Apart from this, I am also ready to give my one hundred percent to NG which helps in taking national guard at another level
Example:- Due to having experience in NG it will able me tackle situation more easily, under the rules of state and leaders

2:- Areas of correction
From last month, i had work in gangs and legal organization, i noticed that some of the organization promoting/favouring thier friend and family member rather than giving chance to once who deserve. This following reason leads to affect people's mind and they leave the organization , which is affect organization indirectly. I want to be fair to everyone and provide my service at best level so people also enjoy thier job and stay motivated to work with org. Moreover, i will try to make radio very professional which will also assist in maintaining RP at high level

3;- Good Coordination
Basically, in national guard co-ordinations plays very crucial role in diffrent senarios either in global situation or any other, i will make good coordination within Ng and also to other legal orgs.Further more, during heptic situation people become confuse what to and what not which makes confution during raid and global
Example: during raid time gangs enter the base, all employes follow them and no one left on gates which give a very postive advantage to gangs to escape from FZ i will try to impose a very good co-ordination between each other

What i will do to imporve RP?

There are alots of things i will do to imporve RP, some of them are:-
1. Maintaing RP during healing by saying what you exaclty doing
2. Maintaing RP while making anyone detainee and hand over to LSPD/SAHP or FIB
3. Maintaing while searching someone and taking permission to do so
4.Implementation of diffrent section inside the NG like Medic,Special forces and air force to excute mission in efficent manner
5.New uniform will also be implemented which is more realistic.
