2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?


Experience in city 1 -

  • I joined the city 1 five months ago. I was in SAHP for 2 weeks and and I was in past FIB till now.
  • Started from Junior agent in August under Kayleigh's term and was promoted to DHOD of Undercover under Hank's term
  • After taking a little break in city 1 I joined FIB again under Monty West's term until FIB disbanded.
Experience in city 2 -
  • In start of city, I joined EMS for a month. During term of Zach Noor, I was promoted to Head of undercover department and I had given chance to work on casefiles.
  • After his term I was recruited back in FIB by new director Jack Wolf as Black Ops Agent. After working very hard in assisting in casefiles and assisting with successful raids, I reached position of Deputy Director. As Deputy Director, I handled most of negotiation to make sure hostage is safe and evidence is gathered aswell.
  • Now I work as detective in SAHP still working on evidences against criminal organizations and families.
  • Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) has a lot of potentialand with a good leader, I truthly believe we can make an amazing organization with amazing people.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

  • I have been a part of incredible moments of roleplay in this city and other city. I have been part multiple store robberies, multiple undercover busts, multiple undercover tracking and missions. I think it's important for the FIB to stand out in the city.
  • I have some good ideas for global events including all gangs, legal orgs, and even regular citizens. A very simple addition that is needed for a better Roleplay in the city is proper communication with other organizations and good relationship with other organizations.
  • In the past, organizations were always arguing over some simple mistakes and that way, all state organizations (LSPD, SAHP, GOV, FIB, NG) were always in a bad relationship. Only way to be successful is that all state organizations would be really close to each other.
  • There is nothing to hide between each organization, and every week, leaders and deputies would arrange meetings at the Capitol. They would discuss about problems about the city, and pros and cons that need to be fixed between them. Without any communication between orgs, we don’t stand a chance against gangs. Respect between organizations is the very important.
  • During working as Deputy Director, I had opportunity to work with detectives of SAHP in making casefiles. I would like to include all org in that work which would improve relations within legal organizations.
  • Inactivity was sometimes problem within FIB. I would like to fill timegap with multiple events within FIB. I have very good ideas for those events aswell.

- I want to lead FIB because I want to increase the activity and reputation of legal organizations in the city. I have been in multiple other which I was high command including FIB.

With my background, I believe I can successfully run FIB and improve the overall experience for all players. In EN01, I used my rule knowledge and learned from an experienced player.

I will ensure professional behavior that appropriately reflects what FIB is and restore its well-deserved image as a respected organization. To do this, I would impose stiffer penalties on those who failed to take their roles seriously, and I would encourage constructive criticism from all participants and organizations.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

- My advice and ideas would be to prioritize roleplay over everything else and to ensure that all members of the organization are aware of this.
This implies that I would prioritize RP over winning events and "beating the illegals." For example, rather than simply arresting people , and doing undercover work this would give more RP to both FIB and the people
This would benefit both illegal immigrants and regular citizens.

- Additionally, RP rules would be enforced and taught to all agents to ensure that everyone understands what the city expects of them in order to provide good and fun RP for not only themselves but for all players.

1. In the begging, I started with being in LSPD for 15days just to understand how to arrest and how to RP it correctly then I joined FIB in Jack Wolf Term i started from rank Junior Agent and growed until I got Head of department of Black Ops I was the guy who planned how to attack in store robbery's and how to get one of the GANG's so instead of paying money we change hostage's then in second term of Jack wolf I got Deputy director and started to making Case files, with Nick Rune and with the time we ended jack wolf term with good power then I was waiting for Nick Rune to apply for FIB Director and I know that he will get it because he has such a good expanse in FIB, and once I joined FIB he gave me Deputy Director, but in same time I was an admin, so I had to leave FIB.

2. Secondly, I believe FIB has the most potential within all organizations to provide positive roleplay to the remainder of the server this is because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is viewed as the backbone of the other legal organizations and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential. As I previously stated I believe I am a viable candidate for completing these tasks and ensuring that all organizations succeed.

3. Finally, I am aware that a lot of the people applying can also be viewed as viable candidates, but I believe what differs me from them is the people that I will bring alongside me. If chosen as the new FIB leader, I will bring a group of people to work alongside me and ensure that everything I am doing is done properly. I am extremely confident in the people I am bringing with me, I am bringing people that previously led organizations, held deputy roles in organizations, and held high command positions in organizations. I am not only confident that they will do extremely well as high command, but if given the chance they would also lead FIB well. I believe that this is essential in leading an organization to make sure that there is a check and balance system in hand to ensure that there are little to no issues and if any issue arises it can be handled quickly internally.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in an organization.

For starters, I would like to add more interactive roleplay for both criminals and Legals. I plan to add a negotiating phase before the completion of an arrest of medium to high value targets, offering viable information towards the capture of a higher value target or any information that could lead to a raid or seize of assets would result in a decrease of prison time. Furthermore, I would like to bring back the focus on tracking criminals that are wanted. I understand that some agents don't find it entertaining and choose to avoid tracking wanted suspects, but to motivate my agents I would add an incentive for certain value captures or after reaching a certain amount of captures. I would also like to increase the interaction with Civilians, as I feel like they don't get enough interaction between organizations. I would arrange events like Food drives, talent shows, ballroom dances, and many more events. Finally, I want all parties to understand that it is a game at the end of the day. Everyone is here to have fun, regardless of which side of the roleplay you are on. I ensure the relevant staff that myself and the agents that I will entrust to fulfill the duties will make sure that the roleplay will never be one-sided and our number one goal will be solely to benefit the roleplay for all parties rather than to just win the RP interaction.

2.1
I want to become the FIB leader as I have noticed that I actually enjoy a lot doing undercover stuff like-
A. Collecting evidence against gangs
B. Spying on illegal weaponry sellers
C. Patrolling the city undercover to protect the citizens without letting them know.
D. Attending 911 Calls/Globals/Locals undercover.
I m always interested in doing undercover work no matter what time is it, I can do special tasks in the shadows and I want to take this thing to the next level to make the RP more interesting for us and more realistic for gangs. Imagine in real life you try to sell illegal guns and suddenly any law enforcement dept tries to stop you similarly, I want to make this RP more mature in the city by improving RP stuff in the undercover dept.

2.2
Making the FIB agents more forward to the RP.
A) I have seen a lot of guys doing /me turns on bodycam & /do It is recording, if we see this RP-LY then it is perfect but in any gunfights, your bodycam could be destroyed as per the RP.
So, if we do this /me turns on the bodycam & /do It is recording and uploading to the FIB clouds then if your bodycam stops working so no problem your last scene would probably be saved in the clouds. What it does- It helps out the department to get evidence with a valid bodycam and it might help us to understand any secret pattern of a crime with valid bodycams.

B) I have another great example that sometimes what happens is when there is a suspect on any store's roof, what we usually do is we patch the suspect and we grab him to take him down without doing the proper RP which is power gaming. To get off this thing we can do some RP commands before taking them down by ladders we need to think about how we could take him down while grabbing him. The basic solution would be asking 1 more LEO for help at first we need to give the hand to the suspect to get to the ladders then the other guy would push him from the top and the agent at the bottom would hold him. Similarly, we need to do RP commands as follows /me give the hand to the suspect, /me push him slowly with the help of the other LEO/s and /me hold and pull him from the bottom. RP has been initiated so it would not be considered as PG and will help us to get rid of the everyday problems with RP.

These are just some examples coz a lot of agents don't know about this, I want to make them familiar with everyday RP.

Better relationship with other orgs
I have a lot of friends in other Legal orgs which would definitely help us in any situation being together as a human chain. Co-operation is also the best policy to grow up in the state organization field. If they ask me for any help then I would never step back I can help IC-LY and OOC-LY (but not bring IC situation to OOC). I already have a good relationship with SAHP/LSPD/NG/GOV. If any store robbery or any hostage situation occurs we would not be taking all the advantages for FIB only we can also coordinate with SAHP/LSPD/NG/USSS according to the situation. The best part is I have the best relationship with other orgs which means we can win any impossible situation.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


EVERYONE SHOULD BE EQUAL IN THE ORGANISATION

A) For me the most important thing that matter is equality, I promise that if I get the term curator will get 0 complaints about discrimination, racism, race, etc I never tolerate these things and even tho why should I? This thing actually hurts me the most, my advice is that before talking about improving RP we should talk about equality first because there is nothing behind equality.

B) In my org every agent will be treated equally and there will be unity in between. No one could break that if the leader gives his best towards his org.

Favorism.


A) In my advice this is actually the most important thing after equality, I know how it feels when your friend gets a promotion without doing anything, to get rid of these things I have something cool. We will make a complaint form that will only be backed by the director or deputy director and will be forwarded to the IA department if it approves.

B) At this time we will trace everyone's work before giving promotions. I have a plan to add a section to the roaster which is "last promoted date", it would help us to trace the frequency of the promotions given to that specific agent.

C) Proper management of the strike system, this thing will be back by the chief of staff. In my work history, I have seen a lot of high commands removing the strikes of their friends or besties. If any high command is found doing this then it's a clear blacklist. I m very serious about this topic this time.

D) We will also request random bodycams from our agents to actually note down their performance and maintain professionalism within the organization.



Leaders should know how the things work & Value

A) In my opinion this thing also matters somewhere, coz a leader cannot ask for help from his seniors like other admins. Curators are made for helping him/her not to do his or her work. I released this thing somewhere in the past few days and I m pretty ready for this time.

B) The leader is supposed to make a value of his/her org. I want FIB's logo like whenever they show their badge or their vest to people, they should give them respect and speak politely just like prev leader Mr Nick Rune did.

Undercover operations/secretive tasks

A) I m kind of specialized in this somewhere, as I mentioned that I love to do undercover work then I have some cool plans- So many new citizens are actually joining the crime world so indirectly it will promote the black market and the sale of illegal items. Our undercover dept will collect the evidence of the items and we will raid B.M. on a regular basis to reduce criminal activities.

B) FIB will Collab with other organizations' detectives with coordination and will bring gang raids together, also our 24/7 undercover dept will collect the evidence and will even help other organizations with case files, evidence and some basic things to collect things against gangs.

C) Our undercover dept will also keep an eye on the beach market for any sale of any gov gear or prohibited like EMS masks, balaclavas, etc. I did this several times and I caught many suspects by ringing their number and giving them a fake deal.

Black Ops/Combat team

A) We will increase the rate of taking LMGs for globals/Locals/10-10 situations more often to get more success rate of winning the shots fired situations. Increasing the use of armoured vehicles with a proper escort to get a nice cover and making the tactical team look more professional.

B) Specialized in using roofs/cover for shooting (which should be accessible by ladders) in more combatical situations as well as we will hire more sharpshooters in this division because this division is only made for shooting.

I want to become the FIB leader as I have noticed that I actually enjoy a lot doing undercover stuff like-
A. Collecting evidence against gangs
B. Spying on illegal weaponry sellers
C. Patrolling the city undercover to protect the citizens without letting them know.
D. Attending 911 Calls/Globals/Locals undercover.
I m always interested in doing undercover work no matter what time is it, I can do special tasks in the shadows and I want to take this thing to the next level to make the RP more interesting for us and more realistic for gangs. Imagine in real life you try to sell illegal guns and suddenly any law enforcement dept tries to stop you similarly, I want to make this RP more mature in the city by improving RP stuff in the undercover dept.

Making the FIB agents more forward to the RP.
A) I have seen a lot of guys doing /me turns on bodycam & /do It is recording, if we see this RP-LY then it is perfect but in any gunfights, your bodycam could be destroyed as per the RP.
So, if we do this /me turns on the bodycam & /do It is recording and uploading to the FIB clouds then if your bodycam stops working so no problem your last scene would probably be saved in the clouds. What it does- It helps out the department to get evidence with a valid bodycam and it might help us to understand any secret pattern of a crime with valid bodycams.

B) I have another great example that sometimes what happens is when there is a suspect on any store's roof, what we usually do is we patch the suspect and we grab him to take him down without doing the proper RP which is power gaming. To get off this thing we can do some RP commands before taking them down by ladders we need to think about how we could take him down while grabbing him. The basic solution would be asking 1 more LEO for help at first we need to give the hand to the suspect to get to the ladders then the other guy would push him from the top and the agent at the bottom would hold him. Similarly, we need to do RP commands as follows /me give the hand to the suspect, /me push him slowly with the help of the other LEO/s and /me hold and pull him from the bottom. RP has been initiated so it would not be considered as PG and will help us to get rid of the everyday problems with RP.

These are just some examples coz a lot of agents don't know about this, I want to make them familiar with everyday RP.

Better relationship with other orgs
I have a lot of friends in other Legal orgs which would definitely help us in any situation being together as a human chain. Co-operation is also the best policy to grow up in the state organization field. If they ask me for any help then I would never step back I can help IC-LY and OOC-LY (but not bring IC situation to OOC). I already have a good relationship with SAHP/LSPD/NG/GOV. If any store robbery or any hostage situation occurs we would not be taking all the advantages for FIB only we can also coordinate with SAHP/LSPD/NG/USSS according to the situation. The best part is I have the best relationship with other orgs which means we can win any impossible situation.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


EVERYONE SHOULD BE EQUAL IN THE ORGANISATION

A) For me the most important thing that matter is equality, I promise that if I get the term curator will get 0 complaints about discrimination, racism, race, etc I never tolerate these things and even tho why should I? This thing actually hurts me the most, my advice is that before talking about improving RP we should talk about equality first because there is nothing behind equality.

B) In my org every agent will be treated equally and there will be unity in between. No one could break that if the leader gives his best towards his org.

Favorism.


A) In my advice this is actually the most important thing after equality, I know how it feels when your friend gets a promotion without doing anything, to get rid of these things I have something cool. We will make a complaint form that will only be backed by the director or deputy director and will be forwarded to the IA department if it approves.

B) At this time we will trace everyone's work before giving promotions. I have a plan to add a section to the roaster which is "last promoted date", it would help us to trace the frequency of the promotions given to that specific agent.

C) Proper management of the strike system, this thing will be back by the chief of staff. In my work history, I have seen a lot of high commands removing the strikes of their friends or besties. If any high command is found doing this then it's a clear blacklist. I m very serious about this topic this time.

D) We will also request random bodycams from our agents to actually note down their performance and maintain professionalism within the organization.



Leaders should know how the things work & Value

A) In my opinion this thing also matters somewhere, coz a leader cannot ask for help from his seniors like other admins. Curators are made for helping him/her not to do his or her work. I released this thing somewhere in the past few days and I m pretty ready for this time.

B) The leader is supposed to make a value of his/her org. I want FIB's logo like whenever they show their badge or their vest to people, they should give them respect and speak politely just like prev leader Mr Nick Rune did.

Undercover operations/secretive tasks

A) I m kind of specialized in this somewhere, as I mentioned that I love to do undercover work then I have some cool plans- So many new citizens are actually joining the crime world so indirectly it will promote the black market and the sale of illegal items. Our undercover dept will collect the evidence of the items and we will raid B.M. on a regular basis to reduce criminal activities.

B) FIB will Collab with other organizations' detectives with coordination and will bring gang raids together, also our 24/7 undercover dept will collect the evidence and will even help other organizations with case files, evidence and some basic things to collect things against gangs.

C) Our undercover dept will also keep an eye on the beach market for any sale of any gov gear or prohibited like EMS masks, balaclavas, etc. I did this several times and I caught many suspects by ringing their number and giving them a fake deal.

2) I want to become FIB leader because i have a lot of experience in FIB i know how to start raids family and gangs what are the requirements and i know the server rules and im having fun playing RP while being in FIB i think FIB is the best police organization because all of the features the organization contains the option to change your ID multiple divisions the HQ the PDA options that are only available to FIB like searching for a criminals currant location the Players Nearby option which im probably not gonna use to prevent rule breaks I also have experience as a high command in FIB so i know how the organization works and how to do stuff i also want to become FIB leader as i want new people to the city to join the organization and we will teach them how to RP when i joined the server at first i joined FIB with no experience of any police organization from Jr Agent 1 in Zach Noor term i became head of department of FTO at Jackson Eclipse term i was in charge of teaching people how to RP in FIB i was making sure everybody is trained and ready to go and RP after Jackson got disbanded i left RP life and became a admin for about 4 months i became a state curator and was curator of SAHP and EMS i think with my knowledge of the server rules and previous experience in FIB i can be a great leader and complete 2 full terms.

3) My advices for improving RP in the organization are to make sure every person is trained and knows how to RP properly.
Also make sure they have experience in a police organization before joining like it already is i think this is good so they can join while they know how to do stuff already also it will make them be promoted faster since they know how to do stuff.
Check everybody logs and if they do a good work give promotions i think that if they will be promoted they will have more fun in the organization which will lead to them playing more RP and improving their RP.

1. I want to be leader because I believe I can provide a lot valuable information and skills that i have learned over the past 7 months.

2. I have been apart of every legal organization besides NG and SAHP, I was high command in LSPD for several months under multiple leaders, i was a Secret Service Agent for a few weeks, and then lately i have been in FIB working my way up the ranks.

3. I have adequate experience in how to run an agency. I believe with my many months of service and time put into legal organization's i could be a key asset as leader of FIB.

4. In my personal opinion i believe FIB should be held to the highest of standards, weather that be training, combat tactics, negotiation, crowd control, anything that FIB would deal with they should be the absolute best at it.

5. I want to create a community and agency that is humble, caring, and compassionate. While at the same time understanding when it is time to get everything under control and do their jobs correctly and thoroughly without any mistakes.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I believe communication amongst organizations is a really big part in how effect they are. Using department chat to communicate is a key asset, especially when relaying information from 1 high command to another as long as it is not something that is classified.

2. I would love to improve the communication and how legal organizations work together during store robberies (24/7 and gun stores). Doing so would help with the outcome of those situations.

3. I will make sure all of my agents have the correct training corresponding with their rank and tasks.

4. I will teach my agents how to properly RP, making sure they aren't forcing people into certain situations just so they always win the situation. All agents will be properly trained to do everything as perfectly as they can.

5. I want to implement various tests for agents to take before they can enter into the agency. I want to hire people that hold the same beliefs as I do. Our job is to protect all civilians in anyway possible.

6. I want to make sure all my agents are enjoying their jobs, while at the same time maintaining a good and steady pace on capturing criminals and stopping an any crimes that they possibly can. I want my agents to be able to talk their way through any situation if they ever come into it.

1) first of all, i wanna be leader of FIB because i have a lot of experience in this org as a high command in Undercover department in jack wolf term , been deputy director in nick rune term and deputy in neo pluxury term, i know how to handle every single situation and all kind of operations in FIB one by one, how to use all kind of commands and what should we do and what forbbiden in each event.

2-in FIB we should value the quality than quantity , because if you have only 15 or 20 untis experienced and clever in their work its better than having 50 people in city who's not taking their job seriously and dont know nothing about the organization and how its working.
3-the most important thing that i hate is favorism that makes me soo nervous , we should value and respect everyone in the organization by promoting them to the rank that they deserve not because its your friend you will rank him up everytime, because equality matter , if there is no communication and been approached to your agents the organizations will fall down that why every single organization they need an active leader, because if they saw the leader with them they will be more motivated , more active , and more strict in their jobs

In the begging, I started with being in LSPD for 15days just to understand how to arrest and how to RP it correctly then I joined FIB in Jack Wolf Term i started from rank Junior Agent and growed until I got Head of department of Black Ops I was the guy who planned how to attack in store robbery's and how to get one of the GANG's so instead of paying money we change hostage's then in second term of Jack wolf I got Deputy director and started to making Case files, with Nick Rune and with the time we ended jack wolf term with good power then I was waiting for Nick Rune to apply for FIB Director and I know that he will get it because he has such a good expanse in FIB, and once I joined FIB he gave me Deputy Director, but in same time I was an admin, so I had to leave FIB.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in an organization.

For starters, I would like to add more interactive roleplay for both criminals and Legals. I plan to add a negotiating phase before the completion of an arrest of medium to high value targets, offering viable information towards the capture of a higher value target or any information that could lead to a raid or seize of assets would result in a decrease of prison time. Furthermore, I would like to bring back the focus on tracking criminals that are wanted. I understand that some agents don't find it entertaining and choose to avoid tracking wanted suspects, but to motivate my agents I would add an incentive for certain value captures or after reaching a certain amount of captures. I would also like to increase the interaction with Civilians, as I feel like they don't get enough interaction between organizations. I would arrange events like Food drives, talent shows, ballroom dances, and many more events. Finally, I want all parties to understand that it is a game at the end of the day. Everyone is here to have fun, regardless of which side of the roleplay you are on. I ensure the relevant staff that myself and the agents that I will entrust to fulfill the duties will make sure that the roleplay will never be one-sided and our number one goal will be solely to benefit the roleplay for all parties rather than to just win the RP interaction.

I also have been NG General and i know what resposibilty's dose a leader have, from what I have done in NG i know how to deal with problems and how to deal with my Agents.And i did learn from my mistakes that i did in NG that a leader should have patients.
