First of all, I would be the perfect choice for leader, because I had a lot of experience in organizations, especially in legal organizations like LSPD, SAHP and FIB. I have been deputy for 4 times now.

Secondly, I want to become a leader of a police organization because they require team work like nothing else. Most importantly I have a great team right behind me and I have to insure that they have a place to stay and work together . I will also make sure they do not have fights with each other and will be together in this journey.

Lastly, I want to make sure FIB has all of its issues fix and has stable departments.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Police RP in its core has to be realistic otherwise there is no purpose for it to exist.

First of all, I here by present a better preset of FIB Rankings and Departments as it is quite important that they stay realistic and at the same time Ranks and department that works.

There is the Mobile Task Force department tasked with being the most experienced form of FIB eliminating all crime and arresting the most wanted criminals of the city and generally carrying out heavy operations against all form of crime.

There is the HRT Department making sure new officers are being recruited and dealing with internal affairs in a way they are a mix of the old FTO and IA Departments, But they are more up to date and can insure all officers have been trained and there is no corruption within the PD.

There is the DEA department they are tasked with locating and destroying illegal substances and they are organizing the Drog Busts with other organizations.

UCA is The Under Cover Agents department they are tasked with filling up the evidence roster about all of the criminal organizations while being undercover and they are organizing the Busts with other organizations. It is also quite important that these units keep a low profile.

The main reason I want to be leader of the FIB is because of my knowledge of legal orgs. I have been Chief of LSPD and have also been in FIB and was Deputy Head Of Secret Service in government. I want to make the city of los santos the safest it could possibly be and would do anything in my power to make sure it is.
- Another reason I want to be the leader of the org is because I feel like I have great leadership skills already being higher ups in legal and illegal organizations. I also really liked when I was in the FIB since it was a lot of fun and probably the most fun I had through out the time I was in the server.
- I feel like I can bring FIB like how I did with the LSPD. Shortly after I got leadership of LSPD I had the whole high command ready and we all put in a lot of work to fix LSPD and now its doing great with a great leader.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
- What I would do to make sure the rp is better within the org is make sure everyone turns on there bodycam in the beginning of the shift and post the bodycam logs in the discord.
- I would make sure when they are cuffing and processing a criminal they would have to submit a log with bodycam proof of everything that happened so we could see them correctly rply cuff and jail someone.
- I would also implant a system where anyone high command would have to go out with any agent under supervising ranks and make sure they do everything properly and good.
- When they are being interviewed they would have a ic and ooc interview to make sure they know all the rules thoroughly and can actually rp properly.
- I would also have it so that once every 2 weeks regardless of rank you will have to do a department wide training meaning the whole of FIB would have to come together and do training to make sure everyone is caught up and knows all the rules well.

  1. It takes guts and dedication to assume the leadership of FIB, and I'm willing to lend my assistance to make the organization successful. Since joining Grand RP, I've held numerous High Command positions and participated in a variety of orgs, where I've learned how an org should be run. With all the skills I've developed and learned while playing, I feel prepared to take on this challenge and put an end to the city's long-tolerated high crime rates. I've visited FIB a few times and have seen it rule the city as the greatest legal organization. I want to continue to assist them in ruling the city for months to come.




  2. In order to guarantee that the organization abides by server regulations and bounds and helps maintain a well-respected name on the ORG, FIB will be a zero tolerance organization, meaning any allegations against officers and senior commanders will be swiftly investigated by my Internal Affairs department. I, together with the curators, will not accept any corruption and will take prompt action to prevent Gang officials from obtaining LEO equipment. To ensure that everyone is abiding by the organization's standards, the internal affairs department will conduct sporadic weekly checks with all officials, including HC and Directors. To preserve a positive work atmosphere, favouritism will not be accepted and everyone will be treated equally.

i Have a Quite good experience in FIB in EN2 as I was HOD OF HR in the FIB EN2 in two terms and i think The FIB needs to get more powerful and the People must be fear of that That's the main goal

Secondly, I have good leadership Skills and I don't even think about the partiality Because I will treat Everyone the Same i dont want such differences arose in FIB like favouritism and stuff i saw many one are doing this kind of favouritsm i dont want to get it happen done if i get the LEADER

Lastly, as an FIB agent I main aim to make the Hostage safe in the situation and another is aim is to get the criminals as i saw many people only want the criminals not the hostage i want to focus on that

First advice is to make the HR team stable because as it is the important Department in FIB and i want to make the new people to get trained and to make them to get their experience in FIB

Second advice is to make the UNDER COVER UC department to make much stronger because i Saw many people to join FIB only because of Under cover i want to teach the people how to go under cover and how to collect evidences in ghetto and how to confistcate and tips and tricks to get the people who are selling illegal guns and leo armors etc

Last thing is to make new type of log which enable us to get note of everything what they have done and many stuff And to make new rank new dress codes etc

First
: I want to be leader of FIB because I have worked in State Orgs in my whole carrier only I know how we can run an Organisation perfectly because I am not biased like others who will let their friends go away with shit, I will get justice in Every Department of LSPD as well as I have worked in LSPD for 1 Term and it was perfect, in my opinion people will only join your organisation and they will only respect you when you respect them and be nice to them However I have seen a lot of leaders who just don’t do anything after becoming leader but for me I am ready to go with my units in Petroling to make them Cheer Up and serious, I am a military guy and yes I take discipline as well as feelings seriously that’s why I think I am capable of becoming a leader of FIB,To be very honest I have literally gave commands to High Ranks in other organisations so I think I am Capable!

Also to mention when I was in FIB (Vladimir’s Term) I got to know a lot of everything how the organisation work and how the organisation does not, How you have to handle the situation between your Agents and also between other organisations. I was Praised so much in my past about the experience I have in FIB in the emails.

Second: People from a long time who are working in FIB just only thinks we are normal Agents who are just to do normal operations but you can do alot-alot of things in FIB. FIB have whole city to do stuff and they can be working out in whole city where as the most crime committed are in Highway. FIB Can lead any operation if they want as they are the Toppest Organisation after Government + I promise to do the 25 Raid Task too as I already.

Have friendship with the last term FIB Agents who will do very good next term also. I will take all my ex soldiers back in city so they can before agents and help out the city now who used the help out all organisations and country back then!

Third: As I have been working in State Organisations from last few months and I have learned alot from so many people specially Daryll Scott, Nik Payne, Sandy Hellfire, Judy Cushman, Kevin Lamar and so many which I can’t even mention, where they teached me a lot literally a lot about being a LEO where I started my carrier was in government when I was doing no RP but now people know me because of my better RP or they hate me for other reason. when I was in Vladimir term he teached me alot about everything like Laws, state rule , etc even people in city who are in state organisations doesn’t know we can arrest people for committing crimes like punching for no reason, not showing passport and so on. There are so many penal codes which people doesn’t know in city all they can do is Illegal Firearms and murder of a Leo but trust me there is a lot of Charges which you guys ignore!

So many people Ignore RP so many times and then they just bark on CC about 1v1 or they do OOC insult but I will try to get people who will do better in RP only, I will get a good HR Team who will teach everyone how to be a Good Agent.I also will help out everyone who join the organisation with Laws.






3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Organisation people should be professional while being on duty, they should know how to tackle anyone + the State Rules and yes I am gonna ensure all agents are going aloud with the rules of the city. good roleplay scenarios with gangs of the city and even with state organisations. I have been an HR in every org so I am gonna ensure that too that everyone who is new comer in city or new comer in LSPD to get along with everything in his training!


Department’s:

HR (Human Resources): The Most Important Department which is gonna help out new people in city or new people in FIB to get trained by Human Resources ASAP be a who will wait so much to get trained and go petrolling and do operations. They are gonna hire the best people in the organisation!

Human Resources are calm and good officers who can train new comers in FIB to put their best for their organisation as well as RolePlay.







IA (Internal Affairs): One of the most hardworking Department which is gonna help out new people in city to learn the basic rules and also will help out them to do their logs on daily basis.

Internal Affairs are strict and careful officers who can give strikes to people who do mistakes weather its a HighCommand or not.







UC (Undercover): intelligent officers who and go investigatation about other officers and criminals so everything is balanced in city.

Undercover are also gonna help the Whole FIB out by going in ghetto and getting evidences on a gang or black market so FIB can complete their raid target + before the FIB can get tue signatures or the AG so we can accomplish the raid ASAP!







Spec Ops : BEST OF THE BEST Agents with Shooting Skills and Special Abilities of tacking the situation before it get messy are Spec Ops.

They are the one who will lead our GPs.

1) One of my top prioritys is to create a team of highly expeirenced group of high command and to create a workplace with high activity levels and high ammounts of proffesionalism on and off duty, my team will be able to assist the public and maintain safety within the state aswel as having a grip on making sure that crime rates are being lowered in the state. Being Director of the FIB will enable me guide the organisation to making the right decisions and the right way to act and being profesional

1)
I have an a lot of experience in FIB. I started From junior agent 1 and day by day i get more experience and promotion and finally I get HC position Supervisor of HR. Now I Know which things is good for FIB and Which things is Bad for FIB.
2) I believe FIB has the most potential within all organizations to provide positive roleplay to the remainder of the server this is because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is viewed as the backbone of the other legal organizations and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential. As I previously stated I believe I am a viable candidate for completing these tasks and ensuring that all organizations succeed.
3) I have a team of amazing and experienced people that would assist me to lead FIB and we would be able to lead the organization into the correct direction and make it a powerful organization.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Answer:

I believe that FIB should be the best organization and most powerful, therefore I will set meetings with FIB every week to see what we could do to improve and I will make sure that no problems are made. I will also take hostage situations and store robberies and every type of criminal activity extremely serious and make sure that good RP happens and nobody breaks any rules. I will make sure that every agent is always on task and isn’t trolling within FIB jurisdiction. Another advice would be to make sure every rp situation remains realistic. I would also enforce a strict OOC test for every member that would like to apply to join. I would prioritize heavy situations such as Hostage situations / store robberies and make a specific team that would be in charge of leading these situations every time and make sure they are trained well.

I. I've been in FIB across around 3 different terms, holding positions ranging from low ranks to high command of FIB. I have the knowledge and the experience to efficiently lead the organization and mitigate the issues the org is facing lately.

II. I have a team of experienced individuals behind my back, people who are known for achieving one of the best if not the best results in the history of en2. I already have my high command roster planned out, including deputies, heads of departments, and chiefs of staff. I will not have trouble getting numbers in my term, and the experienced high command team will help me ensure that the org is running at its maximum capacity 24/7.

III. I want to use the opportunity of being the leader of FIB to create multiple new RP scenarios and make FIB more fun for the people who join the org than ever before. Conducting different special operations all the time, ensuring people are not bored when no events are taking place for LEOs.

IIII. =) (i) Firstly, I I have enough experience in FIB so I can manage the leadership of FIB.

As we all know FIB is known for hiring best and experienced agents so that we can clear all the crime from city.

(iii) Thirdly, As I have spent maximum time in Legal orgs so I saw so much favoritism and all so I just want to remove all these things from FIB because it is known to be the highest organization after GOV and these types of things are making FIB down in front of other legal orgs. 3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

=) (i) Firstly if I will get the director of FIB, I will make my roster ASAP so that after freeze I can hire agents which can go and protect city from crimes.

(ii) Then, after this I will make sure that my HR department is ready asap so that we can hire more and more agents in fib to make fib fully working.

(iii) After this I will make sure that my OO department and Spec op department will get ready so that we can collect evidences for gang raid.

(iv) I will make sure my UC agents will go in ghetto and beach side to do busts and arrest the criminals.

(v) I will make sure my DEA department will start working soon so that we can stop the cannabis plantation all around the city.

2.1 Leadership: There's been some amazing leadership for the first term to this last one but i think i can go above and beyond and be the best leader FIB has ever seen i know who i want for certain positions already i have everything mapped out.

2.2 Family: this last term i was in made me love FIB so much I think of everyone from that last term as family and i want to continue that tradition of an FIB family.

2.3 Discipline: I plan on implementing a lot of discipline but I also want people to be able to have fun while be smart about it i don't want people breaking rules and getting kicked out of the org for stupid reasons.

3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.

3.3 Corruption: I've seen plenty of corruption in FIB last term I had a bad experience with corruption so i plan of trying to limit is a much as possible.

-> I have always tried and worked as an LEO ( Law Enforcement Officer ), I have past experience in other State Organization like LSPD, NG, GOV, SAHP etc. I joined the LSPD and worked for 6x terms and secured the rank of Assistant Cheif of Police and make successful terms. I love the job of LSPD and worked hard with full potential and punctuation. LSPD has access to stop crimes in highways and I think this is the organization who responds emergency calls quickly in city because of its prime Location. I literally enjoyed my every moment in LSPD.

-> I want to be given the opportunity to lead this organization because I know I have the natural leadership ability required to do so, I am also a great judge of character and I will staff and supervise every department with the right people, I will make it my personal mission to eliminate corruption within the FIB as well as all other legal orgs it is my belief that no one is above the law.

-> I want to be leader of FIB because this is the strongest org in the city and is able too respond too any Emergency situation that is brought too the city, If I am leader i will make sure the Activity is high so we have numbers conquering these emergencies really quick and handling them the right way. -> I want to keep FIB units mobile. I want them patrolling the city and the sandy shores area I want them to crack down on air smugglers at the sandy airfield and I want them to assist SAHP and LSPD when they struggle with numbers and to coordinate weekly with the other orgs to root out corruption in every LEO.

-> I will have a strong HR team to train the new agents this will make sure they understand all of the correct procedures and RP behind every situation. As the new head of the FIB, my top priority is to boost the IA department's role and provide them with everything they need to create a workplace that's all about being open and doing things the right way.

-> I would like to have interaction between all the agents in the organization as if the agents have coordination between them for this we will be regular meetings and interactive session by which everyone will be able to know each other because that the most important thing in an organization.

I am excited to apply for the leadership position at FIB. I hold deep respect for the organization's exceptional work on the server. I have been fortunate enough to serve in FIB for three terms and have held a high command position in each one. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience serving as a deputy in NG three times, LSPD once, and SAHP once, and have held high command positions in almost all of these organizations.

My goal is to make a successful, enjoyable term for people who want to have a good time and try themselves out as an agent. I am fortunate to have an incredible team working with me, and it is my responsibility to provide them with a supportive and collaborative environment. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

At its core, Police RP must be realistic, otherwise, it serves no purpose.


I would like to introduce an improved set of FIB rankings and departments. It is crucial that these remain both realistic and functional.

There is the Mobile Task Force department tasked with being the most experienced form of FIB eliminating all crime and arresting the most wanted criminals of the city and generally carrying out heavy operations against all form of crime.

There is the HRT Department making sure new officers are being recruited and dealing with internal affairs in a way they are a mix of the old FTO and IA Departments, But they are more up to date and can insure all officers have been trained and there is no corruption within the PD.

There is the DEA department they are tasked with locating and destroying illegal substances and they are organizing the Drog Busts with other organizations.

UCA is The Under Cover Agents department they are tasked with filling up the evidence roster about all of the criminal organizations while being undercover and they are organizing the Busts with other organizations. It is also quite important that these units keep a low profile.

=) First of all, I started my career in FIB a long time ago as a field agent then I became the DEA (Drugs Enforcement Agent) and I did so many cannabis busts and also detained so many drug dealers then I became the DHOD of UC (Under Cover) and I did soo many busts with dea agents and OO agents and also I brought so many evidences so that FIB can raid gangs. After this I became the HOD of DEA and worked a lot as I was given so many duties to catch drug dealers and check for cannabis and all these things. Then I became the OO handler and worked a lot to handle my OO agents to get so much evidence from all events. So, I believe I carry all the knowledge to be a director of FIB.


=) Secondly, I believe FIB has the most potential within all organizations to provide positive roleplay because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is viewed as the backbone of the other legal organizations and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential.


=) At last, I believe I have all the knowledge to lead FIB with good rules and regulations and I will make sure that my FIB term will be best. I will make sure that my all departments and all agents will work properly. I will make sure everyone is treated fairly and has a fair chance to get the rank that they deserve, and no one is being biased in my organization.




3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in an organization.


=) First, I would implement bonuses for people who get evidence and get it valid so that we can use it for a case file. Second, I would make undercover be more active and be doing busts every couple of days or so. Why I want to do this is because I want there to be more roleplay between us and criminal organizations. Third, I would like to increase that people start tracking criminals more so that we can get them off the street.



=) I will also arrange weekly meetings with all HC to see how they are operating. Good HR/IA will be there to Keep peace among the employees. Making sure all players read the rules giving advice to all employees to make sure that they know what there doing. Making sure Undercover is used ONLY for its purpose. New agents will be trained and should develops based to his or her personality. They will be tested, trained and promoted based to their strength and ability. I will set bonuses also for all agents either junior or HC for different different works also will give agent of the week to honor the agents who worked really hard that week.

1.) I see myself as a suitable candidate for head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation because I have a lot of RP experience and therefore can significantly improve the RP experience of my employees, but also other players. I also want to ensure that the crime rate in the city remains as low as possible and that everyone gets their fair sentence for their crimes, as I saw how it was in another country. Furthermore, I want my organization to be taken seriously and have a good reputation. What makes me perfect as a person for the role of leader is that I can be taken seriously and respected. I also know how to deal with people and I can judge other people well. It's easy to talk to me because, first, I listen carefully, and second, I have a good choice of words. Besides, I always have a bright mind and I know what I'm doing, especially in stressful situations, you notice that quality of mine very much. I'm also a person whose order and strategy are very important. I already have a finished concept for most things, like. radio and, first of all, the service rulebook and the order of the championship.

2.) FBI agents should be top negotiators. I feel that in the past, negotiations have failed due to lack of ability and appropriate training. Under my command, NEVER AGENTS will be able to negotiate with a criminal organization unless they are properly trained, tested and verified as loyal to the state. This will reduce the number of agents who favor criminals during negotiations, with which they have had contact in the past.

3.) FIB agents should be tasked with blanketing the city with secret agents, properly collecting information about families and organisations, and then carrying out appropriate successful raids on those families and organisations. This has been a problem in the past because there is no real coordination between state organisations. Under my command, there will be a connection to any state organization that will train and run the SWAT department for anyone who can help raids when enough information is collected to conduct a raid.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

The FBI taught me a lot about RolePlay in our town. Sometimes the problem is interacting with citizens that any foreign state, citizen or suspect fails properly RP. The solution to this problem is not always a penalty for a person who does not use the appropriate RP, but perhaps an institution or the continuation of the correct example. If our civil servants are held to MUCH higher standards than normal citizens, or suspects, then the city as a whole will "over time" improve their RP ability. It is not always right to report the person you interact with because it failed in RP, instead continue or improve your RP so that others can see how it should be done. Under my command, ALL FIB agents will abide by an extremely high RP standard and if they fail and continue to do so, serious measures will be taken on my part.

2.My organisation should primarily fight crime and ensure that the state does not become the so-called 'Gambo State'. In addition, my employees need to be competent and understand role-playing well so that my organization can be taken seriously and have a good reputation. Structured order, so everyone has the opportunity to progress and keep everything fair, I mean no one's having fun if you've already done the job for 2 months, but you still don't have a high ranking even though you're trying and doing your job cleanly. I noticed that in other countries it is mostly about sympathy or too much about it. I would also like to ensure that my organisation has a good relationship with other government organisations in order to create a nicer role-playing experience, because cooperation is important.
