- First and by far most foremost I wanna start with my experience round the legal orgs being 5 times leader where I served once in this city and 4 times in city 3 which has given me the ability and the knowledge that is needed to run such org like FIB and with my skills and my ambitions as a leader running org like SAHP with only one verbal throughout the term and with very great activity and consistent during day and night proves my skills and abilities to handle and manage an org and in this scenario if given chance to lead org like FIB i believe i can turn this term into very professional and productive FIB like environment and with great activity along with regular raids to make sure FIB is doing what it was meant to do and for that I look forward for the position of Director of FIB.

- Having lot of tasks and goals which I plan to accomplish within the org if given chance to lead such like doing most raids and having best kinds of agents along with activity to make sure it feels like FIB for fellow role players, I will also make sure to have best cid team that is possible for org like FIB to have more frequent evidences allowing me as a leader to get the most of it and helping FIB reach its nee heights and I will also make sure to focus in HR as it plays a crucial role in any org and specially org like FIB where many things lay on hiring including quality of agent and here i will make sure to hire only such agents who is good knowing with rules and is fit for FIB while having prev exp as leo and to perform such actions and to accomplish those goals within FIB and make it a better place I look after the Director's position.

- I wish to improve role play and tactics along with professionalism within the org whislist having good numbers in events, I will also make sure to have no favourtism on going within the org as it destroys fair chance of all and destroys the fun of RP, I will especially look after my curators demand and how they want the org to be and I will follow their command and apply it on my org making sure they have no issues within the org and the way it runs and I believe FIB needs a leader who can handle and manage the responsibility of many agents and make sure everything is up and running and with my dedication and desire to make a good place for agents Im willing to take the responsibility of it if given a chance and will make sure to run FIB like it should and follow the curators demand and make FIB into its new standard giving it a new recognication for the criminals and make then fear it.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- First, if I got the leadership I will communicate with every employee for better communication skills, I would focus on everyone using proper radio codes and maintaining professionalism in org while on duty. I will keep an eye on everyone in my org especially. I will focus on my hr team so that everyone will get proper training so that they can enjoy their role play without hesitation. Also, I will improve the bonus system so that everyone gets paid for their hard work. I will give promotions to hardworking guys i will keep an eye on everyone in my org and help them if they have any problem.
- I will also conduct frequent trainings of scenarios and situations to make sure they dont mess up while its actually on going and by doing so it will allow my fellow agents to be better on Rping it on real situations and help the org retain its status.
- I will also make sure to follow the deamands of curator and their advice for the org and applying them and by such it may improve the RP level of FIB
- I will also make sure to conduct Bm raids and bust operation + gang raids to control citys crime rate and have stable city.

  • I am very experienced with legal organizations, I have been in GOV, FIB and LPSD. I played important role making case files total 5 terms in Assistant Director role

  • I am surrounded with friends who are with legal organization experience. Will form a team with them and i am sure i can do very successful terms with teamwork and positive atmosphere.

  • Last but not least FIB is meant to maintain Law and order from ground level weather it be busting drug deals , Gang raids or Handling crime rate, I am sure with all my experience and team work i can achieve it.

  • In my leadership, I will give weekly tasks to each department. If they complete all of their tasks they will get a promotion also I will be sure every single agent is active in their occupation. I believe encouragement is first step to make someone success

  • Will strengthen Human Resource Department will specially take care of new agents. They will give good training to them and with this training agents will be successful in the situations.

First of all, I wanna be a leader of FIB cause I have a lot of experience from many terms with different leaders and I was a high command in all terms. I know the rules and laws in the city and I want to make the organization better and I wanna make sure they avoid getting Warnings and verbs.

Secondly, I have a lot of connections with good people in the city who I have worked with in my terms in both FIB and LSPD who are loyal and do not do rulebreaks. They know the laws and the rules in the city and I trust them. I will also make sure my deputies are active players.

Also and not last, I am going to make sure that the HR are giving good training to officers so they don't make mistakes and that they know the law and that they are getting good training in it.

I will also make sure when giving Interviews we only take people who have experience in either NG, SAHP or LSPD or GOV before they can join FIB and have to be in the city for 8 years.

And last I am gonna make sure that the departments are Active and that they do their weekly tasks including making their Rankup list so we can make a Promotion ceremony. I know from my experience that people will be more actif and more on duty, so I can reward them with personal Bonus and a rank up.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Introducing a new training system that not only focuses on FIB protocols but also incorporates city rules as well. This initiative aims to minimize rule breaks and ensure agents have a solid understanding of both FIB and city regulations.

- Enhancing the role-playing experience in the city is a priority for us at FIB. As the leader, I'm committed to creating a dynamic and enjoyable environment for all players.
It's important to keep our agents informed about ICr and OOC changes. By doing so, we can facilitate smoother and more immersive role-playing experiences, maintaining a clean and engaging environment for everyone.

i.I've seen the chaos and fights that can run rampant in this city.It’s clear to me that the city needs someone who can bring a fresh perspective and solid strategy to the FIB.I’ve got the experience, the connections which is
needed much to run this honourable organization.

ii.One of my top priorities will be to boost team morale and build a agressive unit which will help and lead in special operations.

-> i. Improve communication and coordination among team members through regular training sessions and debriefs by our HR and fellow highcommands.

ii. I will strengthen the connections between different departments within the FIB and other law enforcement agencies,as well ass will try to organize meetings,special missions and operations with all other Law enforcement agencies.

iii. I will setup a Internal Affair team which will make sure there's no org weapon stealing going on and will also make sure that each agent is working properly and filling out logs time to time.

Internal Affairs:Internal Affairs is a department of FIB which investigates misconduct of professionalism and corruption going on inside the organization.They check every agents logs ,licenses and evidence provided and punish those who did misconduct on duty.


Spec Op:Spec Op is team which gets unit ready for special ops and leads special op like Ghetto Patrol,Gang Raid,Blackmarket raid,catching wanted criminals and taking out hostages safe out of the situations.


Undercover:The work of this department is to try to get as much as evidence possible agents can and make casefile against gangs or criminals to issue arrest warrant.


Human Resource: Human Resource department's work is to hire new agents in FIB and conduct academy traaining to all new agents.


DEA drug Enforcement Administration's work is to enforce drug laws and stop drug trafficking and distribution between the civilians.


Public Relation: Public Relations can create and distribute promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and social media posts (in-character) that promote FIB activities, achievements and events as well as they can arrange interview of leader and deputy leader with LI.

- I have a great deal of experience in leadership within legal organizations, having served as a leader five times. I was a leader once in en2 city and four times in another en3, providing me with the necessary knowledge and skills to run an organization like FIB. My experience as a leader in the SAHP, where I maintained consistent activity throughout the day and night with minimal verbal warnings, demonstrates my ability to effectively manage an organization. - I will prioritize improving communication skills among all employees, ensuring proper use of radio codes, and maintaining professionalism on duty. Special attention will be given to providing thorough training for the HR team to eliminate any hesitations in their role play. Additionally, the bonus system will be revamped to fairly reward hard work, and promotions will be granted to diligent employees.

- Regular training sessions will be conducted to prepare agents for various scenarios, ultimately elevating the organization's status. Advice from the curator will be sought and implemented to enhance our role-playing experience.

- Furthermore, I will spearhead BM raids, bust operations, and gang raids to effectively lower the city's crime rate and establish a safer, more stable environment.

(i) I want to become a FIB leader because I have lots of experience in legal orgs.I have spent so much time in legal orgs like SAHP/LSPD/GOV/FIB. I have been Assistant Director in 2 successful terms, I have been chief commander in SAHP as well, and being in legal org I have also learned about Case files and other important stuff that a leader should know about.

(ii) I want to be a leader in the FIB because I see many people using their powers in a wrong way and showing favour to their Family and friends. In my term I will make sure that I don't do any power abuse, and will try to help my juniors to learn basic rules and laws.

(iii) Knowing that getting leadership of FIB is a huge responsibility but still i want to become the Leader of FIB because i know i can handle situations even at my lowest and will try to make the term successful.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation.

(i) For an organisation to work properly communication is the main thing. I will try to set up a day in a week so that I can take suggestions from my fellow Agents for improving and making my term successful.

(ii) Since we are responsible for protecting the city from crime it is important to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city.

(iii) As FIB Director I will try to make a department for undercover in which other legal orgs can also participate and share evidence with us. It will make the role play more fun.

(iv) To Maintain better Role Play i will make sure to train my Agents for basic rules and laws and twice a week i will go with them for shooting practice so that the atmosphere will be good and my bond with other Agents will be strong.

(v) Being in legal orgs i have seen many times new as well as old residents of the city doing mistakes breaking rules i will make sure that in my term no such mistake will take place, all the agents we hire we will take proper interview and then we will hire them( only if they knows)

Yes, it seems INSANE that I even decided to throw this up on here, but you know what? Not everyone has all the answers, and I'm sure we all know that experience doesn't always portray actual skill.

My only experience is as a Supervisor within the LSPD, and I've given it only gas. I daresay my rise through this organization was meteoric, and I want to apply what I've learned here and try something new elsewhere.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

A. Straight up, FIB was my intended goal for coming back to the city. I took a two-year sabbatical from the city due to my OOC life, and now with more time free, I want to come back and experience the LEO organizations, and try to improve things with the help of others, anyway I can.

B. I consider myself to be an alright LEO, definitely with room to improve, but I pride myself on my administration skills. Paperwork, spreadsheets, Duty Logs, and documents, I can do it all. There will be neither cent nor bullet misplaced, no Agent will ever not know what to do, how to do it, or where to find it, regardless of what "it" may be, either rules, events, procedures, or anything else, while it is under my care. These skills help me everywhere, and I think it's time to share what I know to improve the FIB, and perhaps learn more while I'm at it.

C. Being on the night shift most times, it annoys me how much gangs can get away with, as well as how boring it can be. I want to try and improve that part of the organization, perhaps a change in how Night Shift officers operate, what they can/can't do at certain times (city rules notwithstanding), and perhaps extra incentives for being in the city at that time

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. NO MORE NEPOTISM, NO MORE FAVOURITISM

An issue that I've noticed, not necessarily within the FIB only, is that nepotism hires cause a ton of friction between them and everyone else. I intend to make sure that regardless of who you are or where you came from, you're going to go through the process like everyone else. I don't need a bunch of clowns running a circus. And if you believe that this inconveniences yourself because you think its beneath you, or you know better, or what of it, then you aren't the right person for what I need to make this org better.

2. MANDATORY MARKSMANSHIP CLASSES

That's right! You read that correctly. I lost count how many times I've watched LEOs get their (and my own) goddamn asses kicked because they (and me) can't hit the broadside of a barn. That's why this term, I intend to include a training regimen, guided by what will soon-to-be Los Santo's newest expert marksmen/women

3. BETTER ADMINISTRATION

Going along with my previous shameless boasting, I want to see what's what regarding FIB documents, and see what might need fixing. I'm always for "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but here's a quote that I like:

“Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” — John C. Maxwell

I get it, people don't like to be pushed and prodded, to be told to do more work, but I think its high time we changed that. The point of this improvement, is not to build a house of cards, something to be blown down by the end of my term and forgotten, but to build a garden, a new administration, something that will outlive me, even if I'm not there to help.

4. BETTER ORG COORDINATION WITH OTHERS

Honestly, I know the point of the organizations is to naturally have their own little "bubble" of things to do, to keep from stepping on each other's toes. But sometimes that leads to situations where each side gets stonewalled within their own little space, meaning there can be little to do except perhaps hang around doing nothing.

I want to improve that however possible, once I learn the procedures and methods of the FIB.

5. BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW

We are supposed to be Federal Agents, it doesn't look good if we make mistakes. Naturally, everyone is human, and to be blunt, sh*t happens. But I aim to mitigate that happening however possible.

All FIB High Command will be subject to becoming students of the Department of Education, and attending 2 Classes a week minimum

Too often, the failings of an org lie with its leaders. They are supposed to be held to a higher standard, and I intend to make sure of that.

6. EVERYTHING ELSE...

As you know, my experience might be limited, but my potential is not, and I think with the right guidance, the right folks to help me crew the ship, I can make sure the FIB is and stays a well oiled, efficient machine.

  • I have been part of FIB from the past 8 terms and have a very good experience in the org. I have worked with many leaders during my time in these terms and learned a lot from them. Not just the leaders, but I have a good relationship with my colleagues as well. I have helped many new officers who joined the org and they have grown and had a good time in the org. I was the deputy in the last term and handled GP, Gang Raid, Under Cover Operations all alone at times.

  • I would now like to take the leadership position to implement my learnings and make sure that FIB is the best organization and make sure that the people of Los Santos is free from Crime and Drugs.

  • I want to lead FIB not just because it is my choice, I want to lead for my units that were under me during my previous terms. I was a young sapling which grew by the support I got from my friends which are/were previous deputies or leaders of FIB or some who have gone higher and became admins and especially the ones who encouraged me to apply.

3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

  • I will make sure that all my officers, from rank 1 till my deputies, all are well aware of the rules of the org and state. This ensures that there is no scope for committing mistakes which will affect the reputation of the organization.

  • I will put my best officers in charge to train my staff on how to deal with situations, so that there is very good roleplay during hostage situation or store robberies.

  • I will reward my officers with a very good bonus system and timely promotions. This will keep them motivated and give their best to the role and the org.

  • One more thing that I will do is to maintain proper communication with all the other organizations and keep them informed about any updates related to the org and any operations that we are conducting.

I want to lead the FIB because I spent too much times at FIB as HC at en 1 so It counts for past experience I know It s from another city but experience is experience so that I know server rules That must be same server rules but different however I learnt every server rules while spending at this city.I want to lead FIB because I wanna do some changes from FIB like rank names rules or IC event..

I believe I become Best Leader Ever in FIB because of I am currently working at LSPD so that It gives me so much experience daily You can see me while working if you want so that I know what i am doing... As the Leader of FIB We will join SUBS , Bank Robbery , Attending ATM robbery and other stuff for increasing RP level .

I have been with Grand RP for more than 2.5 long years, always in state organizations, and in this period, I have worked hard to develop my role-playing skills and gain experience. I'm sure my experience and skills that were obtained in state organizations help me lead the FIB as a director. The FIB is a very important Law Enforcement agency; it is very important for a director to be as professional and knowledgeable. I possess the efficient skills necessary to handle and lead FIB in the right direction.

Being the Director of the FIB has always been my dream. Given a chance, I will try to run my term as effectively and activist as possible. I'd like to make sure we have a complete raid season. I'd like for us to be doing regular black-market raids, gang raids, and small events for the citizens.

3. During my term, I plan to hire the best Human Resource Curator and HOD who will provide the best training to new agents. I will try to make the city free from corruption and I will appoint the best deputies to lead the organization in my absence. It improves the fib's efficiency and helps to keep it corrupt-free.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.
In my term, I ensure equity and fairness in all our procedures. Impartiality will be an absolute policy, with no single case of nepotism to be tolerated at all. Everybody will be selected based on experience and performance during interviews. What it means is that everybody gets an equal opportunity to prove themselves and their potential, and the decisions regarding ranking and positioning should be strictly merit-based. I have tried to create a transparent and meritocratic environment where all are valued and judged on their abilities and the contribution they can make.

2. I'll give heavy bonuses to the agents of the federal investigation bureau. We will do a promotion ceremony every week. That will raise the potential of agents to work harder and harder for the organization.

I will do the small IC events for the citizens of Los Santos. these activities, FIB will be able to engage directly with the citizens and encourage them for joining the FIB

4. I will try to do my best to make the connection with other organizations as realistic as possible. It will enhance the RP amongst the organization.

I'll hire the best undercover and 00 agents that will collect the evidences against the gangs. It will help us to complete the raid season.

00 Agents:
This department will collect evidence against the Gangs and Families. This rank will only given to the peoples who are extremely experienced. This department can only be lead by 00 Handler, Director and Deputy Director.

Human Resource: This department will hire the peoples in FIB, give trainings to them and do state waves for hiring.

Internal Affairs: IA is the most responsible department. It will look into the corruption between the agents, will check the logs and activities of the agents and issue the strikes

Under Cover: The agents in this department will collect evidence and do work as a undercover. The high command of under cover review the evidence the evidence.

Public Relation: This department will conduct IC events for the citizens and will try to make the good relation with them.

Black Ops: This department will do special operation. Eg: Ghetto Patrol, Finding the cannabis, etc....

(i) I love gathering experiences. Specially from legal organizations. And FIB is treasure of knowledge. So that's the first reason of for applying.

(ii) FIB is the organization where er can get the highest level of RP also we I want to become the most famous leader.

(iii) I love the main work of FIB. That is Investigation. This is the third reason of applying.

(iv) I spent 2 terms in FIB as ASD. Now I want take experience of Leadership of FIB. This thew fourth reason of applying.

3). My advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

As an Experienced guy I can give a lot of experience to my organization as a leader. My Advices to FIB if I become Director are :

(i) I want to become a FIB leader because I have lots of experience in legal orgs.I have spent so much time in legal orgs like SAHP/LSPD/GOV/FIB. I have been Assistant Director in 2 successful terms, I have been chief commander in SAHP as well, and being in legal org I have also learned about Case files and other important stuff that a leader should know about.

(ii) I want to be a leader in the FIB because I see many people using their powers in a wrong way and showing favour to their Family and friends. In my term I will make sure that I don't do any power abuse, and will try to help my juniors to learn basic rules and laws.

(iii) Knowing that getting leadership of FIB is a huge responsibility but still i want to become the Leader of FIB because i know i can handle situations even at my lowest and will try to make the term successful.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation.

(i) For an organisation to work properly communication is the main thing. I will try to set up a day in a week so that I can take suggestions from my fellow Agents for improving and making my term successful.

(ii) Since we are responsible for protecting the city from crime it is important to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city.

(iii) As FIB Director I will try to make a department for undercover in which other legal orgs can also participate and share evidence with us. It will make the role play more fun.

(iv) To Maintain better Role Play i will make sure to train my Agents for basic rules and laws and twice a week i will go with them for shooting practice so that the atmosphere will be good and my bond with other Agents will be strong.

(v) Being in legal orgs i have seen many times new as well as old residents of the city doing mistakes breaking rules i will make sure that in my term no such mistake will take place, all the agents we hire we will take proper interview and then we will hire them( only if they knows)

I will therefore arrange weekly meetings with all of my agents and other organizations to maintain Fib, and I will utilize my authority as a leader to ensure that none of my agents act arrogantly. I've seen other leaders act in this way, but instead of doing that, I would talk to new and lower-level employees of Fib about how senior management treats them, and I would do the same with other firms. I would question newly assigned or lower level units about my agents' actions.

2.advanced training: as nearly all of agents of fib have past experience in other organization so i will give them more advanced training that will cover there tiny mistake to big mistake i will give them basic knowledge about legislation and i will have test to ensure that they know everything i will make sure to remind them to keep there emotion in check

3. bonding : i seen that fib agents also have more internal conflict due to work so i will have lot of other activity for team bonding and teamwork exercise i will have lot speech to give them more motivation and moral support i will make sure no employee is overworked

3. IA: This department will handle internal affairs, such as reviewing employee logs and handling internal disputes and misunderstandings. It will also assign agents and ensure that the organization is operating without any internal issues. In the event of an emergency, IA can recruit someone.
4. OO- One of the most crucial departments of the FIB is this one, which is capable of going undercover into ghettos with the sole purpose of gathering evidence against gangs and creating case file
