1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I have been playing on other GrandRP Serverrs since December 2022, so i know a lot of the functions of grandrp etc.
I haven't been on EN02 for long of course, I still managed to get a lot of IC things etc., and I would love to get a chance.
I want to become an Admin because I want to help all the players on the server and I want to be a part of GrandRP for a long time, and since I speak english fluently and since I've been playing on the GrandRP EN02 now I thought why shouldn't I apply for admin, even If I'm new to En02, I know pretty much eveything about GrandRP and the Rules of the server.
Another reason why I want to become Admin is because I hate people who break the rules, I want to punsih the rulebreaking people and I want to make the GrandRP community better, because I think we are all playing on a great Project, but there are players who just want to ruin the gamefun of other players.
I also want to become an Admin because as I already mentioned before, I love the GrandRP Server and I really want to support the Admin team.
If y'all can't accept the application because of my level and ID, I'd really hope to still get a chance to proof myself.
2. What are your strengths?
1. i can speak very many languages fluently, I think taht's a strenghts because there is many people on the server who cannot speak English that well.
2. I can communicate very well, I dont get loud and i stay respectful and I can calm people.
3. I have strong attentian to detail, I can tell if people are lying based on how they talk, I can analyse POVs very well and so on.
4. I have very good problem solving abilities

1. I do not have that much experience in being a Server Administrator in GTA
2. I sometimes can't deal with high pressure situations
3. Teamwork is one of my greatest weaknesses

- When I first arrived in the city, it was a completely new experience I encountered many positive aspects and also made some errors along the way. As the saying goes, we learn from our mistakes, and I definitely gained a lot of knowledge being involved in both legal and illegal organizations taught me a great deal about the city. I enjoy helping new players and strive to guide them to understand the rules, so they can avoid the same pitfalls I encountered. This way everyone can have a better role-playing experience.

1. Why do you want to become an admin?
- I have been in the city for more than 6 months and I have enjoyed roleplaying during this time. I've been in gangs, I've been in legal orgs, and I think now it is time for me to help others in the city. I want to help the people to improve their RP, and make sure they are enjoying themselves while playing on the server.
- I think im gonna be permant here . because I treat everyone fairly and I don't think I will make mistakes because I know the rules. That's why I believe that I will get along well with everyone and ensure justice.
- I love this server very much, I love the management staff and so on, they are all very good people, I want to be authorized and help.
-There are many reasons I would like to become Admin or Admin Assistant to help assist this great server or even to take stress off other admins back.
- I want to make sure that the new peoples get the proper and correct information about the rules and the server and i want to clear all the questions to peoples about grand RP and want to help the peoples regarding their questions and i want to clear questions popping in the minds of new and old members.
- I really would like to become an admin assistant I feel the admins are under a lot of stress having to answer all the tickets and end up getting a lot of questions when they mainly need to focus on the (“fail rp, fear rp, guy not putting hands up”) I will aim to answer and help many tickets a day and will dedicate myself to this role I want to help others out in the city that may be new/curious/need help with some questions. It is very hard for admins to be able to respond to this and also teleport to scenarios in time when they are constantly stuck in the cycle of tickets. As an admin assistant I will target helping all the questions and share my general knowledge of the city with others to improve RP and satisfaction from the people. Admins are always criticised because they don't get to places faster and I believe with more people as assistants they can respond to active scenarios faster. Im very mature and can can deal with heated situations and remain cool under stress etc.
2. What are your strengths?
-I was born in the UK so I have excellent English. So I can understand everyone. I know Turkish perfectly and I feel lucky because there are a lot of Turks on this server.
-I can show people the same love i don't look down on anyone i'm a very strict person about rules i never like to break the rules i managed 5 times server on Fivem we managed all of them positively as a result of the struggle my management team and management team disintegrated so i closed my server and came to grand rp it's been 4 months 4 I've been a grand rp player for months

I have scrutinized that various people do mistakes while doing RP because, they are unaware from the rules and most of them are new people from my vast amount of experience from En3 and En2 so i will help them to make a better RP in future. I want to be an admin cause I have been in city for years and because of that I have a lot of experience to share and teach to the others to and most important i want to gave a chance of play fun and following the rules like I did,I want to make peoples happy.

I had seen maanytime that when we call a GOD/admin they really help people to solve the issue and also help them within no time, so that's why I want to serve my gaming hour by helping people

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life ?
I have been a part of this project for more then 18 months. I have scrutinized that various people do mistakes while doing RP because, they are unaware from the rules and most of them are new people from my vast amount of experience from En3 and En2 so i will help them to make a better RP in future. I'm really excited to become an admin at Grand Roleplay! I make sure I wont make disappoint to my admin team and will give my 100%.
And I am ready to leave rp life and willing to be an admin.
2. What are your strengths ?
- I am a friendly person.
- Quick learner and quick understated.
- Great communication skills.
- I am a honest person, I don't like those people who does favoritism, and I tell everyone mistakes on face even though if he is my friend.
- I have good time management skills.

- "I sometimes have trouble controlling my anger. That means I can get really upset in certain situations."
