1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I have been playing on other GrandRP Serverrs since December 2022, so i know a lot of the functions of grandrp etc.
I haven't been on EN02 for long of course, I still managed to get a lot of IC things etc., and I would love to get a chance.
I want to become an Admin because I want to help all the players on the server and I want to be a part of GrandRP for a long time, and since I speak english fluently and since I've been playing on the GrandRP EN02 now I thought why shouldn't I apply for admin, even If I'm new to En02, I know pretty much eveything about GrandRP and the Rules of the server.

Another reason why I want to become Admin is because I hate people who break the rules, I want to punsih the rulebreaking people and I want to make the GrandRP community better, because I think we are all playing on a great Project, but there are players who just want to ruin the gamefun of other players.

I also want to become an Admin because as I already mentioned before, I love the GrandRP Server and I really want to support the Admin team.

If y'all can't accept the application because of my level and ID, I'd really hope to still get a chance to proof myself.

1. i can speak very many languages fluently, I think taht's a strenghts because there is many people on the server who cannot speak English that well.
2. I can communicate very well, I dont get loud and i stay respectful and I can calm people.

- I have been in the city for more than 6 months and I have enjoyed roleplaying during this time. I've been in gangs, I've been in legal orgs, and I think now it is time for me to help others in the city. - I really would like to become an admin assistant I feel the admins are under a lot of stress having to answer all the tickets and end up getting a lot of questions when they mainly need to focus on the (“fail rp, fear rp, guy not putting hands up”) I will aim to answer and help many tickets a day and will dedicate myself to this role I want to help others out in the city that may be new/curious/need help with some questions. It is very hard for admins to be able to respond to this and also teleport to scenarios in time when they are constantly stuck in the cycle of tickets. As an admin assistant I will target helping all the questions and share my general knowledge of the city with others to improve RP and satisfaction from the people. Admins are always criticised because they don't get to places faster and I believe with more people as assistants they can respond to active scenarios faster. Im very mature and can can deal with heated situations and remain cool under stress etc.

-I was born in the UK so I have excellent English. So I can understand everyone. I know Turkish perfectly and I feel lucky because there are a lot of Turks on this server.

-I can show people the same love i don't look down on anyone i'm a very strict person about rules i never like to break the rules i managed 5 times server on Fivem we managed all of them positively as a result of the struggle my management team and management team disintegrated so i closed my server and came to grand rp it's been 4 months 4 I've been a grand rp player for months

- I have gained experience a lot experience as i have played more than half a year in EN3 city and now continuing my journey in EN2. I have seen many admins helping each and every guy whoever needs help and now i wanna be that guy who wanna help the new comers in the city and stop the rule breakers
