1- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I started my RP journey with GrandRP and i've been in GrandRP for a long time. During this time i ve experienced different organizations(EN1) so i do believe im experienced more than most of the city. Long story short i ve seen multiple admins , different threads ( I've been spending my time in forums reviewing,not as an admin, different complaints , reactions ) etc. and i think its time to see background and understand the way of how other admins think and see the rules and the city.

2- What are your strengths?
Im smart,honest,quick learner,fair judger and confident with my knowledge however i do believe there are still lot to learn. I do believe i can control my emotions and make a fair call regardless of how i feel against the person that i will be reviewing the forum of (Mostly i would prefer to leave it to other admins). I dont make arbitrary calls, i believe calls need to be based on reasonable explanation and logic in accordance with server rules.

3- What are your weaknesses?
Perfectionist, i sometimes might ask too many questions to learn and to prevent doing anything wrong and it might be annoying so thats why i chose it to write here as weakness instead of strength.
Overthinker, i like thinking but thinking so much might lead to different and unwanted results then cause confusion.
Sensitive, despite some people i dont forget what people do and im not that type just forgives and moves on. And i dont really take personal jokes. I get angry over simple words but i dont show it straight away. Its like a ticking bomb, i just live it inside patiently and then all the sudden i just blow it out.

4- What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Im a justice based guy, i can show them how we should approach the situations. I have seen admins making different and/or wrong calls over a basic situation or are missing details when making calls. I cant give you evidence but im guessing higher ups would agree with me. I can show the team how should we treat people since they were all players in the beginning, being granted admin powers shouldnt make us malicious and protective to friends.
I like discussing things so im sure that will also contribute the team for better understanding and take appropriate action in the future.
Sometimes in game tickets and forums might get responded lately, at this point being active will contribute on this matter.

Yes and i do not have any business.

Not that i know of so far but i will make sure higher ups are informed when its about to happen or is expected to be happen.

GrandRP has high amount of Turkish players so it might be useful by your side to have one more Turkish admin.
If i am to be selected , i would prefer being a government curator than any other organization. I know how other organizations work but i believe i have better knowledge of government since i have experienced every single department except PR but i have also joined in their events.(EN1 experience, and as far as i saw its not that different here too).

I’ve really enjoyed my time in the RP-life, and it's been a great experience building stories and interacting with the community. However, I feel like becoming an admin would allow me to give back in a bigger way. I’ve learned a lot about how the server works and what makes a good RP environment. Being an admin isn’t just about enforcing rules; it’s about helping others have a smooth and enjoyable experience, resolving conflicts fairly, and making sure everyone can enjoy the game the way it's meant to be. I’m ready to take on more responsibility and help the community grow while still being part of the world I’ve come to love.

2. What are your strengths?

I’d say my strengths are good communication, problem-solving, and staying fair. I’m pretty good at staying calm, even when things get stressful, which helps a lot when dealing with disputes or tough situations. I know the server rules well and try to enforce them in a way that’s clear but also fair to everyone. I’m also approachable, so people feel comfortable coming to me with their issues, and I always do my best to help resolve them in a way that keeps things fun and fair for everyone. Plus, I’m really committed—when I take on something, I make sure to give it my best effort.

So i was having an eye problem so i was offline for some week or may be a month but know i am well and good as my medicine and everything is over so because of eye problem, I was not active, but now if I selected, I will do minimum 6 to 8 hours and more duty in admin team and I was recently banded for gr 3.2 but the guy also got banned for same as he was doing too much provoking and trying that I get anger and I should start but now my ban is also over

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I'm eager to step up to admin because Ive immersed myself in the city for quite some time now around 2.5 years every day I see new faces joining the game and many struggle with getting to grips with the mechanics and nuances I remember vividly when I was a fresh player facing those same challenges thats why I'm motivated to lend a hand and level the playing field for everyone my journey through the city has given me insight into the struggles newcomers face and I want to make their transition smoother
   
   My experience leading gangs in the gritty corners of the city has taught me the importance of mentorship and guidance Ive seen firsthand how effective leadership can transform a chaotic environment into a thriving community as an admin I aim to bring this same level of leadership to our city in terms of RP particularly in areas like the ghetto where new players often face the most challenges by providing suppory and guidance I believe we can create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all players regardless of their background or experience level together we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity to flourish in our vibrant roleplay community

   My strengths lie in my thoughtfulness, patience, empathy, and ability to understand others' feelings i have a capacity for deep listening and tend to react thoughtfully rather than impulsively my patience allows me to handle situations calmly and with care, especially when helping newcomers in the RP world my emotional awareness enables me to connect with others on a deeper level and respond to their needs effectively

   My weaknesses struggle to manage my emotions when they reach a boiling point while im generally patient there may be instances where my emotions overwhelm leading to difficulty in handling myself additionally im cautious in nature in trusting others might sometimes make it challenging to collaborate or delegate tasks effectively, as it takes time for me to build trust in others nevertheless once i trust someone i demonstrate a strong sense of conviction and confidence in my decisions

   My effective communication with my leading qualities problem solving skills and conflict resolutions being patient and responding accordingly

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

Ans. I have experience that in early morning and late night people get late reply on ticket as the admin are busy or hosting events so I want to become admin Assistant to help people who need help in ticket when admin are busy so as an assistant I can help then and I also help people in discord in private dms and if I will be admin assistant I can help them in ic also can I have gain experience in legal org as high command so I have experience many type of situation as well

I seen that many people get late reply in night time and early morning so I can play from 5:00 AM till 22:30 Server Time so it will help people to get ticket reply in late night and early morning as well and I can speak 3 Hindi Marathi English and I have experience of legal org and I have experienced many type of hostage and story robbery situation and I can also be available late night to help people and make their experience smooth as admin assistant

Ans. So basically I said in my previous application that I was having eye problem, so I was not active since a month but now I am totally fit and fine, so for now, I don’t have any active or like coming soon IRL issue

Ans. See I was banned for 7 days for gr 3.2 and I can’t able to play at that period of time but now I learn from my mistake and I want to say that I can be aavaible till late night I have seen that in late night only Mr Nik and Harry is available and they are senior admin so as an assistant I can help them and save the time as they are busy to do big works

I am here for 2 years so that I was living at EN 1 for long time I started 2 years ago from media family . I joined every legal and illegal organizations. I worked for every LEO's , EMS and LI too. I was part of unofficial family before and I started my own fam . I think I'm ready for admin team If you consider my age as Experience and Wise you can count on me because I have strenght mental and patient also have good decisions while in legal org. I am ready to leave RP life and I really want to join you. I am the oldest player IC and OOC too... Pls consider about me . I want to make something new!

   Since my starting of RP, I have spent maximum time in legal orgs because of that i have of experienced lot of rp. Because being in a legal orgs you get a chance to experience rp upto a very good level which sometimes gets boring.
