1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Ans. I am playing on this server for more than a year and now I want to become an admin because I always want to climb up the ladder of success in my life and when I started playing on this server I play like a loose bull but after being punished several times I get to know that what is right and what is wrong. I know if not me, someone else will come and join admin team but I know one thing about me is that I love this game and when you love something then you can give your 100% to make that thing better at any cost. I know we have some issues in EN 2 and I want to help in fixing them instead of taking advantage of them.

   Ans. I am a calm person, I love the way in which a court works and that way is to take decision on the basis of proofs, I don't take any decision too quickly because I believe that haste is the devil's work and another skill I have is that I can make people believe in me almost everyone who ever had a talk with me thinks that I am a sensible person.

   Ans. I have stage fear, I can talk to anyone in person but not be able to say something in front of thousands and yes I am still trying to overcome it.

1. I want to become an admin for these reasons.
-I want to help maintain good RP within the server IC situations and even to an extent OOC situations.
-Dish out punishments to citizens of the city who are breaking the high standard server rules.
-I would like to help people who are new to the city with basic stuff to guide them through the city and help then with their new beginning to the wonderful city.
-Even as a citizen I've helped administrators with OOC stuff.
-I've been a deputy in 4 different organisations and they've all succeeded very well for example. I was deputy for 2 months in Lance Thrusts Bloods term and we made amazing RP and I lead majority of RP scenarios (which means I'm capable of being able to RP). I was also deputy for 1 month in Yoki Dreams Bloods term in this we was the first gang ever in GRP history to become a terrorist org. I was also deputy in Ballas where I did turf for them and helped post turfs which shows that I'm capable of being a crime admin and helping with turf. My desired admin role would be becoming a crime admin as I know every rule and specifically the turf and ghetto rules.

-My time frame is completely flexible, I'm on for a long time in the day at times where some administrators aren't available.
-Due to me being in the British army I have a lot of discipline and dedication, this helps because I can be disciplinary to citizens of the city breaking rules.
-I like to think of myself as firm but fair, I can be very firm at times and put my foot down in situations, however I class myself as fair.
-I believe in CDRILS, courage, discipline, respect for others, integrity, loyalty and selfless commitment I've always stuck to this and believe its the best way to handle situations as everything is more clear.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans.The thing is it's been almost a year of been a part of one of the best RP project of all time. From starting i've been always a Law Enforcement Officer i gained most experience in legal orgs as an highcommand,I think the time has come to finally say goodbye to RP Life and join the Admin Team most of the time i saw that people doing so many major rulebreaks which sometimes makes me really sad by seeing that they are ruining the roleplay of other peoples just for there own satisfaction, Im gonna try my best to make the RP life better and reduce the rulebreaks.

Ans. Im a quick learner and i have a really good on ground situation understanding capability

Ans. Im a bit Short-Tempered which can be fixed also.

   ANS : (i) Having well knowledge about the roleplay by being in this RP since a long time has inspired me to become an administrator and provide help and knowledge to the new people who are actually new and trying to understand the rules.
   
   (ii) My aim and only mark for becoming an admin is to improve the understanding and make the roleplay more easier any knowledgeable for each and every person facing problem regarding their issue.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I have been playing GrandRP for quite some time and have had a very good experience. I've had a lot of fun and joined many organizations, and I've gained a lot of experience from all of them. Now, I want to become an admin and help new players who face issues while playing the RP, as well as assist the old players with their problems. I want to gain experience as an admin and help the other admins as well. That's why I believe the time has come for me to become an admin and transition away from just playing RP.
