Day 1 that I joined the server I wanted to be a part of Bloods, I was in there for around 2 months and I worked my way up in ranks to Underboss in a matter of two weeks. Currently I'm an underboss in Families and I have been a high command in every single gang I have been in. I was also a leader of Vagos for the full 2 months and I think the gang that I was leading had a lot of success for the entirety of the term and we have proven that even tho in the past Vagos was probably considered the worst gang with the worst history we made it on top.
I don't think I need to write on how I would lead a gang as I have lead before, I know I have the leadership skills to lead a gang to success, especially when it comes to a gang that was my first gang ever and the only gang I truly liked ever since the beggining of the server, so with as much success I had in Vagos, I think the success that I can bring Bloods to will be doubled just because of the drive and motivation for the color red.
I really dislike the fact that gangs have been getting disbanded left and right, with only two of latest gangs passing actual terms, I think the decision on picking a leader for a gang should be a decision that is not taken lightly and not decided by someone having a nice paragraph of words, rather than someone who is known for leading and having previous experience and drive to lead a gang because a lot of latest leaders have gotten lost in leadership in their first weeks.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Personally, the current state of RolePlay in illegal organizations is fine where it's at, the only thing that I would enforce or at least try to enforce is more interactions between legal and illegal organizations (not counting gunstores).
Gunstores/store robberies have a loophole of forcing legal orgs to exit the circle ICly which I think shouldn't be allowed in any way, as I can see that being the problem for less interaction of legals and illegals.
Make Ghetto KOS only at certain times (maybe night time 20:00-04:00).

(i). I have been in the city for a long time and I have experience of almost all legal or illegal organizations (leaving out a few) but illegals have always been my strength and priority I am surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen and I have learnt a lot from them. I have seen people struggling to run a gang and I have seen gangs getting disbanded because the leader was not performing well but I will try to give my best to run this gang. I think I have many great leadership skills and I can implement them as a leader.

(ii). I want to take the RP experience of a gang to the next level. I am planning to do all gang events like Battleship, Fort Zancudo, clandestine, store robberies and ill make sure that Bloods will participate in all these types of gang events. Clandestine is one of my favourite events but sadly almost every gang camp for the parachute in that event and is kinda boring but ill make sure Bloods is showing up to every event and also takes part in other events to promote RP. My main motive is to make a better experience for everybody and store robberies is one of the events where I can help with that, gangs are already very low RP and with legal orgs trying to win every store robbery there is, it isn't fun at all but I will try my best to make all events fun and with serious RP.
(iii). Also I have seen every level of RP in the organization and I have been in unofficial families and I have seen many great leaders do all gang events. I know all the strategies in all gang events also I want basically to be a little strict with members because I want them to try for their best. After all, no one is perfect and the improvement can't explain they can be only shown and if I will be the leader u will be able to see the improvement. I feel like if any of the gang members want to ask any question they should not hesitate and open up to any gang member about their query and trust me as a leader I will not let anyone down.

I am living in this city for 4-5 months and I saw many gang members doing fail RP, robbing people without enough gang members, shooting outside ghetto etc. I will make sure that the person, who is joining Bloods, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warnings and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.

2. Since the day I joined around 4 months ago Bloods was the only gang I wanted to join, and I want to bring back that feeling of being proud to be a blood, as the recent bloods could of been great with the people they had only with a different leadership and motivation. And after being in several successful gangs where I was HC, I want to make a full circle around back to the roots and lead the gang that I and many of people have great OG memories.

And after being a high command in several gangs, I have a vision and infrastructure which will help me, as lots of previous leaders failed as they tried leading everything by themselves, which is neither good or healthy having. Having good deputies and high command is the most important key to becoming a successful gang, as you need many good role models to become a good player yourself which I want to give the opportunity to the players of the city.

As you could probably see by my activity on forums, I believe that following the rules by everyone just improves everyone’s gameplay, as long as they don’t use them to destroy rp which some people do and I do not condone. I believe telling people to follow rules is not enough and meetings where you go through rules is very important to keep the gang rule break free. A lot of leaders know the rules, but dont teach the members what they are, they just demand that they should know, and some people just forget some rules or they change which should be informed by the high command. I don’t want to just lead a gang, I want to make a influence on how gangs are run.

3. The role-play in ghetto is minimal due to it being a kill on sight on zone which it has its benefits. But I believe that the role-play during hostage situation or some events could be greatly increased from both sides, as thats where the best and most enjoyable role-play are made. Also, I believe doing every event including submarine it just makes the game-play more enjoyable for everyone, as everyone likes a good fair shootout if its necessary.

2.i have worked under 5 leaders i have been a part of ems for almost 5 months
I have the experience of almost every rank in the organisation,I have seen ems having a lot of shortage of staff from 23:00-4:00, I want to solve the shortage of staff completely by open recruitment once or twice a week.
I have seen a lot of people who deserves a good rank working hard day and night,are not treated problem.i will change the whole way of promotion,promoting the most deserving rank to HC
Changing the way of training ,as I have myself experienced,the way the FTOs are training right now , I feel that is somehow a boring way,we should make that as a playful, entertaining and enjoyable.
I have seen the FTOs are not training properly also,to solve that I will make sure that the ones who have all the experience how ems works, should train the newbies so that they can come to know what they have to do how to maintain a High level of rp and what they have to do in 10-10 situations.
In between of all this i can say i have been through all ups and downs so now i want to try something that the other leaders have missed out to do.
I've been in this city since June and I've seen several iterations of this organization from the single hospital in Pillbox, to the now 3 hospitals across the map. It will be important to have a leader that can lead large groups of people, effectively. I believe that I have the ability to lead and grow this organization to the necessary size to fill all three locations around the clock. The challenge of leading a large 24/7 organization is interesting to me.
There is a great opportunity to include EMS in several city events simply by coordinating with other legal organizations. I have the relationships around the city to start these conversations immediately. implementing EMS into scheduled events will give MORE people a reason to join and give us a chance to grow. Giving events a new twist.
3.In the old EMS that I know and love, we all had a very familiar relationship with one another, I wish to make this happen again. So if once a week the staff who can make it can come do events with one another, this way we can get to know each other more and relax and enjoy each other's time.
We could organise small small events with the other organisations also.
Being an Medical Officer, I have engaged in lots of RP scenarios, with multiple organizations, including NG recruitment, providing medical help to farmers, and quarry workers, and Sheriff's department up in Paleto who do not have access to medical help easily. Moreover, I would also improve RP among medics through interacting with other organizations and arranging medical units right after global calls, tending to injured after 10-99 robberies, gunfights raids.

I really hope you consider my application as my number one priority in this city is to see EMS succeed, I love this organisation with all of my part and I know the vital role it plays within the city. General reasons for wanting the position

Since my first time playing an RP server on a different game to GTA back in 2009 I have always been drawn to different types of RP experiences, over this time I have had the opportunity to play many characters, both in serious and non-serious environments, both as a leader and as a member within a team. I have had a first hand experience in the EMS to understand what really works, what needs improvement and while I will admit that there are others with more experience inside of the EMS I hope that my formal and professional way of thinking will be a key factor to securing a tenure as EMS leader.


My approach to improvement

When it comes to finding specific faults within EMS currently I prefer to look at what can be improved or done differently rather than to make outright statements that certain roles or individuals are not doing as they should. My hope is that within my tenure I can streamline certain aspects of supervisory roles and ensure that EMS are able to have as many meaningful RP interactions as possible on the server. I will go over some of the ideas I have in the next section.


Understanding the requirements to be a leader

I would be lying if I said that choosing to submit this application was an easy decision, I expect to have to be on more, active in hours I would not normally, and have to deal with difficult and complicated decisions and scenarios, however after some contemplation this is something I am willing to endure for what will be a fantastic experience. I come into this with no prejudices or bias to any particular person, any supervisory team changes under my watch will be done based on who I think will best meet the needs and expertise of any particular role, essentially I have no ulterior motive to have specific people moved to specific positions.



3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Standby Areas

At the moment the only consistent way to properly service the Sandy and Paleto areas are through ARD (Air Ambulance). It makes sense that from an RP standpoint the ARD team is limited to a select few people (as having the entirety of MD flying helicopters would be out of place). Instead I would propose that we look at the level of calls that come in from each area and look at having a groups of people in certain areas when going on calls. In it's current state most people bleed out if these 3500+ m calls are accepted by a road vehicle.

An example of this would work would be having people go "10-5" into a small number of set locations, with most being in the city but placing a small number of units up north. In a scenario that there is only a small number of units on calls, city locations will take priority.


RP based vehicle speeds

At the moment vehicle performance lacks the correct attributes from an RP perspective and a promotion perspective. Firstly from an RP perspective as it stands the quickest vehicle to get around in is the Ambulance (or some of them anyway) reaching speeds of over 300, these have poor handling, poor brakes and mixed with being the required vehicle for trainee's is a recipe for unintentional vehicle collisions. The Vapid and the Buffalo should each be a step up in speed and desirability for EMS workers. Not only is this important from an RP consideration but having worthwhile things to work towards from a promotion stand point will improve EMS retention of it's employee's.


Training improvements

I would like to present the option for training to be improved from an RP standpoint, as it stands a good bulk of the training happens in the changing room at Pillbox. I propose that training be more IC focused located in some form of meeting room or area suitable for training. Furthermore I would like to see more in-depth training on 10-10 scenarios and dealing with gang orientated situations.


Rota and Vehicle logging

EMS currently has a system of logging worked hours, and vehicle status on Discord. From what I can see this is then manually entered into a location from discord, I would like to assist and streamline this process to make it more efficient, giving HC more time to RP with employee, state and civilian characters. To do this I suggest that logging be moved to forms (either MS or Google Docs depending on the current tracking sheet) this allowing the hours to be automatically logged through forms by employee's themselves (and can still be checked for accuracy). For vehicles, with a bit of spreadsheet wizardry it can also show real-time figures of what vehicles are in-use or returned.

When I first joined the city around 5 months ago, my immediate instinct was to join the Bloods. I started off as a complete beginner in the server, with barely knowing any rules, to becoming a high-ranking blood member in about a month. After my experience in Bloods, my team and I joined Families, Vagos and as of now, Marabunta. In all those organizations I was high command, was leading events regularly and did my best to do my part in helping those gangs reach success within the city. Becoming the leader of Bloods would be an honor, and all the skills I’ve developed, and leadership tactics that I have improved, would be put to use in the gang which is closest to home and which marks the beginning of my experience in the city. My team and I have always met success in each organization or leadership position we have been given, and I can guarantee the continuation of this trend if given the opportunity.

I strictly believe in following all the rules of the city, and everyone having a fair shot in each situation. I have never broken any rules in my 5 months in this city, never received a punishment, and considering I have been in environments where rules are broken most of the time, I am quite proud of this achievement. I will have a 0-toleration policy with my gang members breaking rules, and I think the key in this, and what most people miss, is the people who you recruit. I plan to have a fixed recruitment plan, to do a thorough profiling of everyone who wants to join the gang. It is better to have 100 members who are informed and are rule abiding players, rather than having 200 members of which some don’t even have an idea about the rules of the city.

Lastly, I find it extremely important to have the appropriate high command and team to reach success. I love organization and structure within a hierarchy or a functioning institution, in this case a gang, but for that to be possible each member of the high command and even the lower ranks, need to be the appropriate people, in order to reach an appropriate outcome. I have the people and resources to make this happen, and as can be seen before, the same high command who dominated the streets with Vagos, will be dominating the streets with Bloods, which for most people in my team, is the first gang which gave them criminal experience in the city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Throughout all these months, I noticed that true RP is rich in legal organizations of the city, however gangs lack it tremendously. I would advise gangs to create more RP situations in-between each other, for instance two different gangs making a monetary deal or protection deal and creating more lore within the city that way. Although alliances exist already, what I am advising is a bit more complex and deeper than that, if gangs play with full on RP, even some situations which end up on forums and aren’t rule breaks, could be dealt in an RP scenario (If a situation is a rule break it should go on forums of course). There is always tension between gangs and gang leaders, but I think that tension could become a healthy competition if gangs are willing to practice more RP, instead of having conflicts with each other OOC and having forum wars.

For the first 2 months of my time in EMS everything was near perfect. When I flew in the city I would get excited to start working because it was actually fun and shortage of staff was unheard of, we had more of a too much staff problem. But lately EMS has been feeling like a real job and there is no more fun or sense of belonging. I am not the only one feeling this, everyone from High command to trainee. Every week there is a new problem and it just feels like we are putting out a fires left and right. I want to make EMS proud and great again. Many of the people who worked their asses off for EMS left because they just felt like it was useless. I almost left as well but I had a tiny bit of faith left in me. If no one is gonna make EMS functional, fun and exciting again then I will do it myself. We need to fix the shortage of staff problem, we need to invest more into trainees and spread awareness about what we are trying to achieve in EMS. I am very serious when I say that the EMS is at its worst since I have joined it. It needs to be dealt with quickly and seriously, time is not on our side. Whomever becomes Head of EMS will have to make very important and risky decisions, if they do not strikes will not suffice but a disbandment will. EMS is balancing on a very thin needle. I am willing to make the sacrifices and effort to make grave and important changes.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization. Right now we should put all our efforts and energy and focus on remodeling EMS and getting it functional again. For improving RP as I said I would invest heavily in training because most of unprofessionalism in EMS comes from Trainees. I would also HEAVILY invest in better recruitment. Since the shortage of staff problem I have seen minor efforts and changes to fix it. We need to promote EMS better and do recruitments properly.

2.i have worked under 5 leaders i have been a part of ems for almost 5 months
I have the experience of almost every rank in the organisation,I have seen ems having a lot of shortage of staff from 23:00-4:00, I want to solve the shortage of staff completely by open recruitment once a week.
I have seen a lot of people who deserves a good rank working hard day and night,are not treated problem.i will change the whole way of promotion,promoting the most deserving rank to HC
Changing the way of training ,as I have myself experienced,the way the FTOs are training right now , I feel that is somehow a boring way,we should make that as a playful, entertaining and enjoyable.
I have seen the FTOs are not training properly also,to solve that I will make sure that the ones who have all the experience how ems works, should train the newbies so that they can come to know what they have to do especially in 10-10 situations
In between of all this i can say i have been through all ups and downs so now i want to try something that the other leaders have missed out to do.
I've been in this city since June and I've seen several iterations of this organization from the single hospital in Pillbox, to the now 3 hospitals across the map. It will be important to have a leader that can lead large groups of people, effectively. I believe that I have the ability to lead and grow this organization to the necessary size to fill all three locations around the clock. The challenge of leading a large 24/7 organization is interesting to me.
There is a great opportunity to include EMS in several city events simply by coordinating with other legal organizations. I have the relationships around the city to start these conversations immediately. implementing EMS into scheduled events will give MORE people a reason to join and give us a chance to grow. Giving events a new twist.
3.In the old EMS that I know and love, we all had a very familiar relationship with one another, I wish to make this happen again. So if once a week the staff who can make it can come do events with one another, this way we can get to know each other more and relax and enjoy each other's time.
We could organise small small events with the other organisations also.
Being an Medical Officer, I have engaged in lots of RP scenarios, with multiple organizations, including NG recruitment, providing medical help to farmers, and quarry workers, and Sheriff's department up in Paleto who do not have access to medical help easily. Moreover, I would also improve RP among medics through interacting with other organizations and arranging medical units right after global calls, tending to injured after 10-99 robberies, gunfights raids.

I really hope you consider my application as my number one priority in this city is to see EMS succeed, I love this organisation with all of my part and I know the vital role it plays within the city. I really believe that I have what it takes to lead the many dedicated heroes of this city. If I get interviewed I have many great other ideas that I hope you will take the time to listen to.

2.One reason I would like to be leader of this ligal organisation is I believe I could be a great leader. This is because I do great rp and I know how to run a ems.. i work ems before soo i know every ems rules rp. I have great knowledge on the ems life and good knowledge in state organisations which I can use greatly to my advantage. I know how the server runs and I know what to do and what not to do. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I want to make sure people are trained and make a difference. Make sure people are having fun and keep people entertained and having a good time. I also will host events every couple of days to make sure people can have a good time. I also, will make a difference and make people know how to roleplay correctly. Also, I hope to bring Andre Eclipse back into the department if I get it. I also, want to help with getting people in the night to make sure we can help the community. I want to also help with making more training. To have more chances for people to try out anything they want to do. I will make sure we also have a lab tech who is doing their job and making us medkits. So that we are always in stock. I will make sure everyone is following all the legislation. I also will make different stages of lab techs so that they have a ranking system to go through. I will make bonuses for lab techs so that they have something to work forward to, this is because they get bored easily. Also, to make high command be on in different timezones so that there is always someone on who can recall cars or answer a department chat. I will also, make exams be a google forum when they take it and when they pass it then they get promoted out of the trainee. I want people to know that we are there for you. I will also make sure high command isn't just a friend group and people who actually work for it and high command which is active. I want to make sure High Command is there for when people are doing their job and help the lower ranking people get ranked up. 2.I've worked for this organization spanning over a period of about 3-4 months and have been around for several leaders, I have seen what works and what doesn't and the struggles of maintaining staff on a nightly period, and that's what my main solely focus will be on as soon as I am implemented as leader ensuring we not only have day staff but a good range of night staff too, The main challenge I will face will be to cover all the lobbies and the calls during the night, but I believe my experience will make it possible. I have faced the same issue before, and we improved the coverage during the night So I am very confident to take on that challenge. I believe with the experience I have had a high ranks such as Division Chief & Deputy Chief in this organization And also the experience I have picked up in working in high command in other organizations such as Government & DOC and other orgs I believe I have learned new ideas and strategies that work best to ensure EMS remains on top

3.I would start by ensuring everything is trained properly for Medical RP and not just spamming Z in the lobby, being in EMS is about not only having fun but you are living your life as a doctor nurse etc, so telling someone you are fixing there bones adding bandages to there open wounds good fun RP for everyone involved, I will also do recruitment drives late at night to ensure we have a good range of staff for the evening and night shift. I will also be taking a look at the current staff members and high command that have carried this hospital in the evenings and ensuring there role is sustained or bettered through there consistency. Also I would like to add the side of where we go out and do regular health checks on different organizations, Such as the DOC to ensure prisoners are healthy and safe despite the environment they are in
