Giving up my RP Life on Grand Roleplay? Sure thing. This is not the Player I am and to be honest, I do roleplay, but it´s not an addiction for me, I prefer normal shooters and survival games. Roleplay is just a side thing for me.

1. I have been playing on this server for a long time now and I know how players work and I know how RP in this server works. This is a very common answer but yes I do wanna improve the RP experience in this server for not only the rich and the OGs of the server but also for new players. It should be fun for all of them regardless of their time in the server.
2. I'd say my strengths are that I am good at decision making, I am a quick learner and I'm pretty calm when it comes to explaining things or just normally talking to people.

Now, I feel like it is time for me to start giving back to the server by helping the server and its players. As an admin, I will be able to help players far more than just the forums or discord as I'll have access to help them in-game. I’ve been part of a beta testing team on another server. I have no experience in writing scripts, but I am pretty good when it comes to beta testing. Whenever I play a game/game mode, I like to test everything and venture into the depths of any game/script. As a beta tester, you usually have to test any new plugins/scripts before they are released to the live server. Meaning you’ll have to spend quite a while testing and making sure the new plugins/scripts are good to go and are out of bugs to avoid bugs and problems when released. Due to my major experience as a beta tester, I developed many attributes such as thinking out of the box and finding the roots of any problem so it can be fixed. Hopefully, if I get accepted into the admin team, I would be able to help and aid the developers by becoming part of the beta testing team. I have vast experience in holding administrative and helper/tester positions in many other roleplay and gaming communities as well as other games. I understand and know the rules by heart, and I believe I have most of the attributes of an ideal admin as I can easily work with others, I rarely have an attitude, and my English is fluent. I already have some past experience in working as staff for a RP server. So my main work and focus will be providing support to the players facing any sort of issue or errors or bugs and guiding them to necessary steps. Since past 2 year i have been RPing on various servers have done almost all types of RP's like Cop, EMS, PDM, Mechanic, Business Rp etc. During this time i came across various tasks on server wherein required a lot of backside work which the RPer being in the server don't know. Now i want put my experience in this side as well and contribute for benefit of the server from my side. Staff should be Trustable, Fair with his work, Perform the given task on time so other staff can carry forward the chain. Should not loose temper or gain advantage or misuse his power when given. Server's reputation is because of his staff! so a mistake from your side can lead to bad image of server. So i shall keep those points in mind and give my time and follow the rules.

I've been apart of Government USSS, FiB and Blood Street Gang. With that being said there's a constant disconnect between a lot of the rules, some unfairly judged and some that need a different perspective. Having no association to any group (family or friends), my unbiased position would be a huge addition. I want to really improve the roleplay experience for existing players and players coming in being that I've experienced both sides of the spectrum.
2. What are your strengths? Anything that involves actually listening to people and understanding their situation thoroughly. The number one thing players want in anything is to be heard and listened to while involved in a situation. Be it a thread report, admin sit in game or a personal request (something as small as: "where do I get a gun license" and so forth). Patience and open mindedness is what I lean on the most in stressful situations.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses? I struggle with relying on people to handle situations. I feel as if I can get a stronger grasp on a situation or a project but if it's in the hands of someone else who isn't more open minded then the idea might not get across the correct way.

I want to really improve the roleplay experience for existing players and players coming in being that I've experienced both sides of the spectrum.
2. What are your strengths? Anything that involves actually listening to people and understanding their situation thoroughly. The number one thing players want in anything is to be heard and listened to while involved in a situation. Be it a thread report, admin sit in game or a personal request (something as small as: "where do I get a gun license" and so forth). Patience and open mindedness is what I lean on the most in stressful situations.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses? I struggle with relying on people to handle situations. I feel as if I can get a stronger grasp on a situation or a project but if it's in the hands of someone else who isn't more open minded then the idea might not get across the correct way.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin? Yes, I've achieved everything I wanted in both legal and illegal aspects and I'm ready to move on.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Don't have one.

1. I used to work for other games like Garry's mod or SCP Secret Laboratory. On Garry's mod I worked as a SMOD (Senior Moderator) for there Star Wars Ice fuse RP server I was known as The Watcher. I learned how to be loyal to my community and I took on many responsibility's in my community such as administrator tools and powers that I had to have discipline in order to use. I learned many problem solving skills and I learned how to talk to people politely when dealing with tickets. When taking tickets I made sure to be fare to people asking for both sides of the story's and I would ask for video evidence or other forms of evidence. I had to look at logs a lot and learn how to read them. I had lots of ability's like banning, kicking, jailing and other tools ect. On the staff team we were taught that we had the final call over a situation and that would sometime make my job hard. Working on the staff team over at Ice fuse I learned that I'm not just helping the community or new player's or taking tickets ect. But its was also about helping your fellow staff team with questions they have. My hardest job at ice fuse was that I worked as a member in there cyber security team. For 4 years I took coding and Ethical hacking courses and classes through my school so I learned things such as Pen testing, Software Development, Coding and other forms of useful tools that I can use to get my computer to do things it shouldn't do. Now knowing these tools and how they work they are not made for Red Hat Hacking or made to be used for malicious purposes. Instead I learned how to understand them and use them to benefit my server. More or less I used the knowledge to defend against cheaters, hackers, or DOS/DDOS attacks that where used to harm our server and ruin the experience for everyone in our server. Most tools that hackers used were made with a software development tool that was made with Visual Studio called ( Windows Forms App . Net Framework ) the code that was used ran through a form of C# development. Now all of the hackers or most of them don't actually know how to code or hack through actual code or math equations that are solved through code. Instead they used a distributed panel that was made for them that already had the written code in which they bought, pirated or got for free from a distributor in which is illegal to have these tools in your possession. Now all the so called hackers had to do was use these panels to send a ping and receive a handshake from the server so they could gain access to the files of the server and inject scripts/mod menus into the server to gain unfair advantages in the server and that's not fully how it works but its a summed up version of it. So anyways the way to stop this is to tell the server to stop sending pings or service to the recipient that is hacking or ruining the said script/hack and then you'd tell the server to do that forever or a period of time and they wouldn't be able to gain access to the server. Now most servers already have this and its just a form of banning the person through a panel or in game console which for those who don't know what a console is its basically a in game command prompt that runs the whole server yet it doesn't its really hard to explain but you get the idea of it. On the other hand I would love to become a Admin/God on the server/city so I can strengthen and help out the community to make it a safer and more fun place for people to spend there free time. I am a Christian person and I promise that I will deal with and handle tickets/issues in a Christianly respectful manor. I promise that I will not abuse my tools but use them only for rightful and useful purposes in the server. As a admin I also promise that I wont just help out the community but I will help out my fellow staff members with questions or concerns that they also have in regards to the city. I'd love to get the opportunity to work on the staff team of Grand RP and be able to use my Administration knowledge to the best of my ability solving problems, talking to people, being honest, dealing with new players, taking tickets and helping out with server issues ect.

2. I am a coder and software developer with Visual Studio.
I am a Christian person and I do all of my work in a Christian manor.
I do not lie but only tell the truth because It will only do better for me.
I am a loyal and trustworthy person that loves and cares for everyone no matter the circumstance. I have a lot of knowledge on administration and what it takes to be apart of a staff team. I am fluent with English and talking to people I can also translate other languages for people.
I am willing to help out my fellow staff team/members with questions they have in regards to the server or staff team. I am really good with technology and working with computer solving issues that people need solved through the technology side of things.
I believe that I am capable of being apart of staff.
I am a calm person when talking to people and I don't disrespect or ignore/get mad at people I am also really patient.
And I am fully willing to do whatever it takes to make the server a more fun and peaceful place for people to spend there time on the server. I am also good with teamwork and I’m willing to do what it takes to make this server better for everyone.
3. I'm am only 14 so when taking tickets older people will try to out talk me and come up with nonsense to confuse me but most of the time I will figure it out if not I go to a higher up for assistance.
I also don't have much tolerance for minges, hackers, cheaters, exploiters, troller's or people that try to give me crap during a ticket so usually sense I have the finale call Ill just figure out a way to punish them or get them to quite what there doing or just cancel the ticket.
I am very busy during the week days so Monday through Friday with sports and things but I always squeeze in time to be in the city.
My last weakness that is the biggest one is that I'm straight forward with people if they are being stupid, rude or just a idiot I do not have a tolerance for it and I'm going to let them know which doesn’t happen often but that's about it.
