1. Experience: I have been in many legal orgs and gangs when i was in city 1. I had achieved High command ranks in legal orgs such as LSPD, FIB, SAHP and NG. In terms of gang i have achieved ranks of 13 in marabunta and families in my city 1 journey. After getting pretty much experience of all legal orgs and gangs I decided to apply for a leadership of an gang because there is too much hassle in legal orgs and I would Like to be an leader of an gang because its a post where you can enjoy doing illegal activities and chill with gang members, whereas in legal orgs you have to be serious every time.

2. Events: Attending events in orgs always have been my favorite part wether it be legal orgs or gangs, but the thing is that some members of gang are scared to attend events like clands, submarine and etc as they feel that if they will break a rule they will get punished and i will not let that happen, also there are lack of members in events, i will make sure each gang member is well educated about rules.

3. Training : the thing I have noticed in gangs is there is no specific training regarding gang rules, ghetto rules and event rules, because of that some members break rule without knowing and get punished, so my plan is to create an rank to help the new members and tell them basic rules and regulation of the gang, ghetto and events.

A> I have been a deputy in gangs multiple times which adds up to my hefty experience of facing numerous and different kinds of situations. Being experienced as a deputy leader many times, I have harnessed my abilities and am ready to take head on any challenge and confront and given situation regardless of how tense the circumstances given would be.

I have been a deputy in gangs over four times in total ( en3: 2 X vagos, 3 X ballas, en another project : 1X ballas, 1 X bloods. and have experience of being Deputy) which makes me capable of leading others in a right manner which will help my members stay focused throughout the term as a term cannot function without and experienced leader.

2. Visions Regarding the Organisation
B> There are many leader who just focus on turfs and ignore the main objective of the entire project, which is roleplay. I am willed and visioned to create a term where the criminal rp of the game is promoted and people experience realistic criminal side of the world. I plan on prioritising rp and work so relentlessly doing multiple stores , a gun store daily and most importantly do multiple hostage sits a day as I see it has become very neglected even though it’s the best form of criminal roleplay. C> Most gangs loose numbers after a week or two after starting but I promise to main a consistent high number of members throughout the term by handing out regular high bonuses, keeping the members indulged by regular events, dominating the ghetto and constantly keeping the highest graffiti profit by keeping a specific graffiti team. I have several connections with numerous families who will join the org in my term and help me create the best gang term in en palm ! With the highest roleplay and best activity!

1.- I want to be Leader of bloods because in the past I have seen and realised that not many gangs push for good rp within other organisations and civilians. I want to change that and push the more roleplay in grand rp. I am from the UK and I think that everyone should have a place to go to. I do not discriminate. I want to be leader mainly to make roleplay within other people and make sure everyone has a good time. I already have a very solid turf team ready to go and I know they know what they are doing and I believe we can take over turfs with the team I have. I have been in a legal organisation for a couple terms and I understand LEOS and how it can be boring sometimes in certain scenarios and I will try my hardest to make sure everyone is having a good time no matter if your the lowest rank or the highest.

2.- I vow that as a leader I will choose smart deputy's and make sure that every event is being attended with as many people as possible. I will make sure to follow all the leader rules and push bloods to its full potential in grand. I am very well known in the city and I think I could make the gang as fun as possible for everyone involved. ~1~ Will attend all events and push roleplay in these events to make a fun atmosphere
~2~ I will not discriminate no matter what race/gender or beliefs and it will not be tolerated in my gang.

I would ensure every gang member of mine knows the rules and i would make sure they know what there doing. I would not be accepting under level 5 and if any gang member is caught braking a rule they will be blacklisted immediately.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
I've noticed that many gangs focus too much on creating "win-win" situations for themselves, often at the expense of high-quality roleplay. For example, in scenarios like store robberies, it’s common for gangs to just send a few members inside while the rest hide on rooftops, only to avoid meaningful interaction with law enforcement (LEOs). When LEOs arrive, some gangs give minimal roleplay, just issuing warnings before jumping straight into combat. While this may not technically break the rules, I believe it takes away from the core of the roleplay experience.
If I become the leader of the Blood Street Gang, I would change this mindset by prioritizing engaging and dynamic roleplay interactions, not just gunplay. I want to create more immersive police chases, improve communication during hostage exchanges, and ensure that both sides—criminals and LEOs—are given the chance to roleplay their characters fully. By fostering an environment where tactical thinking, negotiation, and realistic action are valued over a simple "win" outcome, I believe the overall RP experience will become more exciting and rewarding for everyone involved.

Additionally, I want to change the common ego-driven mentality within gangs, where members often seek high ranks to show off or flex on others. In my organization, I would emphasize that ranks don’t define a player’s worth; instead, dedication to high-quality roleplay and respect for server rules are what truly matter. I’d encourage members to see themselves as part of a single unit where everyone, regardless of rank, is valued equally. Ranks are meant for organization, not for ego. I’d set an example by actively participating alongside members and ensuring that each person understands that ranks will come naturally to those who respect the RP environment.
By focusing on quality roleplay and mutual respect, we can build an organization where every member feels important, understands the value of roleplay, and engages with the server community in a positive, rule-compliant way.

- I was a Ex Bloods Leader on this project, I really liked that and I think that being the leader of the organization will not be a problem for me, Likewise, the organization would participate in all events intended for it as an informant and vehicle theft in order to create more chaos for state organizations. And because of my maturity, I think I can do this.

- I think that my organization will have a lot of members, but of course everyone will have to know the rules in order to join the organization so that the RP level is at a high level.

- Since I think that my organization will be the most numerous on the server, we will work with a large number of hostages, gs, etc. because I believe that if we do a lot of actions, I will always have a lot of people in the organization.

- When I am not there, there will be one of my HC (trusted people) who will make sure that my members, during the day when I am not there, do not break the rules and that they are active in the ghetto and do actions with them.

- I will not tolerate any violation, server rules must be respected and apply to all gang members.

=> I came to los Santos 13 years ago with my family to live a good life as my dad was the underground mafia in different city there were many threats to our life.
But still the corrupted gov helps my dad biggest enemy to kill my dad soon my dad was sent to life imprisonment and my mom was killed and was leaving in a city where there's no justice no peace but then I join ballas gang to make connections and to get my dad out of the prison the members of ballas were like my brothers from different mother's but soon I got the news that my dad was killed by the leos and thats where my real criminal life begans.....then finnally I came into the most dangerous gang The Bloods Street Gang!!

-I want to become the leader of this organisation because I think I have experienced most of the gang rp now and it's time for me to go a step ahead by that I mean now it's time to become a leader I have been in gang for 2-3 terms as a ud and I think I do deserve a leadership I have also been in gang for a long time in en3 I have gained my most of the experience regarding gangs from there but now I have learned about gangs of en2 there role and how they work different from en3.

-I would say I want to become a leader to make a active gang which should be active in both gang related work and Leo's interaction there is no gang in the city who does activity and play for fun nowadays all of them wants to just want to complete a term as a leader I will give my best to make the rp good and also it will be fun for the players who will be in my gang.

-I want to become a leader of bloods street gang specifically because I think bloods is the best gang available for doing criminal activities it's nearest to the city and also have 2-3 locations nearby for hostage situation so it's always on radar of Leos. Bloods have a really nice colour for gang which indicates blood as in there name so it gives a good feel being in a gang like that there hq is also really unique it's a open hq from all sides also included parking and it's does have a garden to the cars of the gangs are also attractive.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

-I would like to advice that Everyone should play the rp with fun rather the calling admin in every situation they should always be in rp and should never break there character for both leos and gangsters and most the time the players takes insults personal and always try to target a person or a organization for this I would suggest that every player should play the game as rp and enjoy it always same comes for gangs some of the gang members does cl when they get arrested or gets in trouble which always ruins the rp I know Leo's have a slight advantage but the gangs should also be in there character and do roleplay.

-I would like to suggest that in interaction with Leo's we should try to make it more realistic like using /me, /try and /do which are also a part of rp and always do good negotiations with due respect to each other

-i would also advice to the members of an organization that they should always support the newbies because by not giving them chance or insulting them ruins there rp experience and always takes the organization down I would also suggest that a leader of an organization should never do faviouratism and always give chance to everyone rather then giving higher ranks to there friends who don't know much or are not capable of being at that rank.
