   The core reason I want to become an admin is that it has been a very long time since I have been associated with Grand Roleplay as a player, and I have always enjoyed my time here. I have learned a lot of skills during my time in the city whether it is management or leadership working in different organizations. It has been almost 7-8 months since I've been here and have explored a lot and learned as well from my mistakes now I feel that it's my time to do something for the project and new players.

   Good Management Skills ( I feel like being an admin is very important in how you manage players and the issues faced by them)
   
   Patience and Professionalism (I am generally very patient dealing with issues and normal assignments and I like being professional because I feel like when you are in a position your actions and the way you address issues speak not only about you but your whole team.
   
   Language and Availability ( At this point I am investing most of my time towards the Grand Roleplay Project so I feel like I would be able to foster my position well. Secondly, I can converse in 3 different languages.
   
   Adaptive Capacity and Respect for the Hierarchy ( Being an admin you need to be quicker than normal while learning the policies. I am a very quick learner and I adapt things very fast and always respect the policies which are set by the top. Second I believe in respect, not only for your seniors but for your subordinates as well, and should always have a sense of responsibility towards your task.

   I take things a little emotionally sometimes but I am trying my best to improve this habit of mine as I believe when you are chosen as an admin your only job is to provide justice and assist players accordingly as per the set rules.

1. I want to become an admin for these reasons.
-I want to help maintain good RP within the server IC situations and even to an extent OOC situations.
-Dish out punishments to citizens of the city who are breaking the high standard server rules.
-I would like to help people who are new to the city with basic stuff to guide them through the city and help then with their new beginning to the wonderful city.
-Even as a citizen I've helped administrators with OOC stuff.
-I've been a deputy in 4 different organisations and they've all succeeded very well for example. I was deputy for 2 months in Lance Thrusts Bloods term and we made amazing RP and I lead majority of RP scenarios (which means I'm capable of being able to RP). I was also deputy for 1 month in Yoki Dreams Bloods term in this we was the first gang ever in GRP history to become a terrorist org. I was also deputy in Ballas where I did turf for them and helped post turfs which shows that I'm capable of being a crime admin and helping with turf. My desired admin role would be becoming a crime admin as I know every rule and specifically the turf and ghetto rules.

-My time frame is completely flexible, I'm on for a long time in the day at times where some administrators aren't available.
-Due to me being in the British army I have a lot of discipline and dedication, this helps because I can be disciplinary to citizens of the city breaking rules.
-I like to think of myself as firm but fair, I can be very firm at times and put my foot down in situations, however I class myself as fair.
-I believe in CDRILS, courage, discipline, respect for others, integrity, loyalty and selfless commitment I've always stuck to this and believe its the best way to handle situations as everything is more clear.

   Ans: I have gained enough experience to be an admin, I have helped alot of people especially newbies and I like to help them but there are limits for me to help people while living the RP life and I wanna surpass that limit by being an admin and help people to the fullest. I've been playing Grand RP since 2022, and I recently received a Trophies, "You have been with us for 2 years!" I have played on the EN01, EN02, and EN03 in these years and i know every aspect of GRP. I believe I am now capable enough to help new players, as I feel I’ve explored everything the game has to offer. I have been part of various legal orgs and got exposure to many rules. I have spent a lot of time in the city and got very few punishments and did the some mistake like deceiving admin and other things unknowingly I thought that which mistake done by me and I am suffering from that mistakes that doesn't happen again with new comers Now a days, many new members are coming to the city. I feel that they are committing many mistakes due to lack of knowledge of city rules. This is making their experience bad . I would like to become a wizard and put my best efforts to correct people who are committing mistakes unknowingly and ensure proper RP is done in every situation. Educate the new members in the city and teach them rules. At the same time, punish those who are breaking the rules intentionally and ruining RP in the city.
