2. I would suggest that all groups engage in greater role-playing. I have seen firsthand that no gang ever attempts to target NG's ammunition run or encashment. In order to host events where law enforcement officers are a strong pillar, I would like to maintain cordial relations with the other group leaders. When I first came into the city my first org was Marabunta and from then till now I am in love with this org and this is not only about the org, I am also in love with gangs, criminal activities and gangs events. If I get the term I am planning to do is to do 2-3minimum OOC events a day, which will give a great impression on our gang members and also a fear into the heart of citizens and leos that Marabunta is not dead but controls the city. If I get the term then my goal is to make the org strict, not in that way but like not giving Under-Deputy's to every single guy who appears because this will devalue the ranks and org can get multiple warns because of this. My third goal is to achieve 100% turf in a single term like Shabah did in his Ballas term, I can achieve this by putting a lot of effort in making the turf team with the highest skilled players. 1. The gang should be doing ghetto clapping once a day because it will help players get the real RolePlay experience of gang.
2. The ranking system of a gang should be fair and healthy which means that not demoting someone on some personal issues and giving ranks to those who know what they are doing.
3. Leader should have a good interaction with its gang members because its the leader which they follow if they break any rules a Leader should guide them.

I admire the RP backstory of Marabunta Grande as a gang in GTA too. My final reasoning for wanting to be the leader of Marabunta Grande is the experiences that can be made if I am appointed the first leader of MG, as I said previously I want to create an environment where everyone can have fun and enjoy their time online in Grand. (1)To be honest, the reason why I want to be a leader is because I feel like with my previous experience with both legal and illegal,
i dont like to make drama and all these things to put something complex things in events nooo i'll make it more powerful and real without any kind of drama.

(2) Everytime there will be interview whenever someone wants to join we will not take noobs that are not following OGs commands all these things and i'll do the events regurlarly

(3) Things that i will focue theyre s on as a leader that i will make teams to do different things like Turfs and Sprays to ensure everyone that contributes to the gang feels like getting rewarded for their work. Even for Store Robberies etc etc, i will award my men bonuses to feel more inclined and oinvolved in a gang

(4) Getting people to value their life would improve everything. It would change how events were approached, how store robberies go how life in the ghetto is dangerous. There would be a lot more strategy at events it wouldn't just be running in circle and shooting.

1. I have been in this city for a long time and I have gotten experiences from pretty much every organization (leaving out a couple), I have seen how gangs work , I am surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen and I have learnt a lot from them . I have weighed the pros and cons for leading a gang and I've seen that a lot of good gangs get disbanded over the most stupid reasons and I wanna be better than those leaders. I know for a fact that if I get a shot , I will not disappoint.

I have also broken some rules which i learned after getting punished now i think iam capable that i can get the people to know all the rules of proper roleplaying and i would be keeping a special team or old and experienced people from gangs who are there for a long time to help them and guide them how the gangs work and will be implementing a system where people who break rules will get strike and if they get 3/3 strikes they are fired from the organisation and every week 1 strike will be reduced same system as the warnings given by the god (I Would Like To Thank The Gods For This idea) and as usual some of the leaders are so scared of disbanding that they wont even leave hq but i will not be like that i will make all the ghetto fun and my dream

Since the day I joined the city I always wanted to lead Marabunta, and I always wanted to show my origination as the most organized Gang, and also I want the players to enjoy playing under the name of Marabunta Ganag.

I have good skills as leader ship, I don't want to file the right leader chose the right position for each gang member and I have good
vision of getting to know the right people in the right place at the right time, especially the recruiting employee, as he is the main factor in building the organization by testing people well because they are not doing a disruptive role play.

: For more than 19 months I have been playing in the city, I have seen that this game thrives there. I was SubLeader in multiple gangs and illegal families and I think I have enough knowledge to lead a gang. Gang life is the preferred lifestyle in this city due to events like hostage taking, shoplifting, spraying, coordination etc. I think I have such a strong understanding of what effective leadership entails because I've been in almost every city gang and legal organization. Previously, I served as a SubLeader in multiple bands and I think I have quite a bit of knowledge. I have the knowledge to help The Families understand what leaders do. concentrating on a unified group to conquer the ghetto employing lawns, sprays, events, etc.
- I am active, I want to lead an organization because I think I am really capable. I have a lot of experience in leading organizations because I was high-ranked in every one I was in.. I know how to arrange people and how to lead them! Several times I was in the Ballas organization and several times I was high-ranking in it, as well as in other criminal organizations. The biggest reason why I want to take the organization is that the Marabunta are one of the most special criminal organizations when it comes.
-I am aware of what it means to have a gang. We will have one of the best gangs in Marabunta due to our activity, PR and competent leadership. -Participate in the maximum number of events, comply with the established rules of server as an illegal org and minimize org member errors as much as possible.

-I intend to comply as much as possible with the rules of the server, keeping the org as far away from punishment as possible.

Seek to help new people in the city, explaining how to act in the city and as a gang.

a. Skill School: I will try my best to set up some training sessions to get everyone's shooting on next level. Teaching folks how to handle different situations and make their characters shine will make our RP top-notch.
b. Party Planning: We need to spice things up with regular events. Whether it's meetings or turf battles, we gotta keep the action going. fun events mean more chances for everyone to dive into the RP and make it pop

1. I believe I am well-suited to lead the marabunta due to my extensive understanding of gang dynamics and my experience in various gang environments. Leadership roles often require individuals to develop and refine various skills, such as communication which are crucial for addressing the diverse range of issues that can arise within a gang setting. I am deeply committed to steering the marabunta towards positive transformation.

I have friends that was leaders of gang organizations on En3 server , they are all playing here and they will get high command if i get leader of marabunta , and i also have friends that will come to this server when they hear that i got leader. They will be here for events , for turfs , same as me. I would get 100% turfs and territories organization.


3. There will be specific ranks for things that members will do, graffiti team, turf team, cland team etc.my goal is to make people see how real gang organization look like , and to win season. 1. I will make sure i give my best to increase RP By keeping criminal sit active and fun for legal orgs as well.

2. We will do events (Submarine,Store Rob, hostage situations...)

3. Recruiting process that ensures all members understand the rules, especially server rules, to prevent unnecessary disbandment of organization. In my leadership those who breach rules will be placed under our disciplinary system which can lead to demotions and a further blacklist.
