B) I saw many members in other gang not happy because of bad bonus system and little bit of internal conflict and favouritism. So if i be leader of families I will make this things not happen in my gang also I will provide them with excellent bonus system so they more involve in gang event and contribute their most of the time making the gang active, secondly i will keep IC events with prize pool so they also enjoy during the term I will create a good atmosphere in Gang so they never forget the best memories with families

C) I wanted to be leader of the Families, because other gang used to seem not powerful against LEO, but in my term I will ensure that we counter FZ ,Store Robbery and most importantly we counter the Gang Raid and also we do daily store robbery to make criminal activity to the max in city.

- I will maintain a good level of RP during store robberies, and I will make sure to do no Toxicity and keep fair promotion to ensure no Partiality, also i will take interview of people before inviting them in gang to make sure that there is no possibility of mass rule break

- Making experienced HC who has experienced of both legal orgs and illegal orgs so he think in both the way and make a way out from the problem and i will make sure that he not do any toxicity or misuse of powers to the lower ranks

-To engage in more realistic role-playing, I'll use the /try /me /do commands. For example, /me checks the cash after receiving money from a hostage or puts it in my left pocket; it also smashes the bodycam, steals the police' radios, disconnects their PDA so they can't contact anyone else, etc. I'll do everything in my power to improve RP in many ways.

-High hiring standards: only candidates who are conversant with all of the city's regulations will be accepted; inexperienced individuals will be rejected and directed to the appropriate rule sets for a second chance if they show dedication and conviction.

(i.) I want to become leader of this specific organization because whenever I gone to families Headquarters I saw most of the time this organization is disband in mid term I don't know why but I will complete my whole term and will not make the organization to be disband in mid term.
(ii.) I also want to become leader of this gang to improve families gang experience not as it is the most weak gang in city I have taken lots of people opinion saying families gang is not Powerful like other gang because they do not do lot of events.

(iii.) I also wants to be leader for new players most of the organization ask for minimum 5-6 or 7 age to join their gang and that's why new players have to grind most as the most fun is in the organizations only. I will make sure to take as much as new players I can and I will give them training on everyday basis so that the gang also don't get disband or warnings and they do not break rules and make most powerful gang in city and because of age/level limit organizations have less players and that's why when they go for events when very less players are online they loss the event but I will take new players so we will have most players so we can win almost all events and can do events anytime and have no worries of players.

The experience I have gain while being a member of gang I knew that for every events leader high command calls but after we come they takes too much time like 1 hour 2 hour to do start that event and tell everyone to stay online don't go offline and dont do anything just be at HQ I don't like that thing the player who play 1-2 or 3 hour only their 1-2 hour gets waste in just waiting and gets bored after then they have to forcefully have to go offline because they can play 1-2 hour only and in waiting it's getting over and leader say just 5 min more 10 minutes more but like this they take it to 1-2 hours and players times get wasted so I will not do like that I will inform people at this time come online we will do events and then if I call quicker I will give them freedom whatever you want to do, do it go out of HQ if you want to attend event when we call come and instantly we will go for events that's way players time will save and they don't get irritated or bored.

3. I can improve roleplay experience by making High command which are friendly the people who will be shouting abusing or showing toxicity I will not promote them or kick them so the players don't have to be in toxicity and players can freely enjoy the organization and the RP and I will not give pressure to anyone that they have to attend event or we will demote kick you as I said there will be no toxicity that's why so that players are very far so they can't attend or they have any work whatever the situation is but we will not force them

As I saw in all the gangs there are lot of cars in gang but many of cars are for higher rank and because of that if someone wants to attend event he gets little late to come HQ he don't get cars or if he gets he cannot drive it because of low rank so I will make sure to most of the cars are for lower rank and there will few cars only for high rank and I will make sure that higher rank players use the cars which are for higher rank only so for lower rank players have car on HQ and higher rank don't take cars which are alloted to lower rank and they get cars because if high rank member use car which are alloted to lower rank the cars alloted to higher ranks will be getting waste and lower rank players will also not able to get cars on HQ

- I Have Spent Over One And A Half Year Playing Grand RP I Played EN3 First Then Came EN2 And Started Playing From 3 Months, I Have Experience All The RP Situations Which Are Possible To Do In The Gangs Like FZ Raids, Gun-store Robberies, Hostage Situations , Store Robberies And All Other Events.
I Have Carefully Noticed All Of Then And Learned Very Well That How To Manage Them.
- I Have Been In The Position Of Deputy And Under Deputy In Many Gangs And So I Know Really Well That How To Manage All The Members In The Gang

- In My Organisation Everybody Who Joins Will Be Guided That How The Algorithm Works In The Gangs And No Toxicity Will Be Happening In Case Someone Does Toxicity He Will Be Warned From The High Commands And If The Toxicity Cant Be Tolerated It Will Lead To Blacklist From The Gang To Him.

- I Will Also Make Sure That No FL In Radio And RP Chat Will Happen In Case If Someone Does That I Will Report To The Admins At The Same Time And Will Make Sure He Get Punished For That.

- I have seen families gang is not active for last few weeks. I want to become the leader of the families gang to give it a life again like before.

- I have been high command of many other gangs and have good leadership skills and I know about all the events like Store robbery , FZ Raid, etc. I have also been high command of an unofficial family so I believe that I can manage a gang.

- I have been in LEOS for a while so I know how it works so i can use this knowledge as an advantage.

- I know the server Rules properly so that i will make negligible mistakes and make my gang member get to know all the rules so that they will not make any mistakes.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay Level in organisation.

- Usually new players join gangs to enjoy and have experience of a gangster but most of them don't have idea about server rules and gang rules which results in warn to the gang. So I'll make sure that players who have basic knowledge about server rules will be in the gang.

- Asking a bit tough questions in the gang interview will result in a good member base in the gang.

- I will make sure that no player will join the gang if he just started the RP life, One must be atleast 6 years old to join the gang.

- I will make sure that every gang member are friendly with each other and have no toxicity among themselfs.

- Having a good management results in a successful term , i will make sure to have a experienced management team.

2.1> Visions Regarding The Org: I have big plans regarding Families Gang, If I get the term, I can ensure I would be able to lead the most active Families term in the history of en2. I will run after increasing RP as much as I can and make sure I set an example for upcoming leaders. With my past experience as an individual and vast knowledge of rules, I can ensure there would be no rulebreaks done what so ever and I will surely complete the term with no org punishment. I will educate my close peers to not commit any rulebreaks as well and this will help me complete a term where all people closely follow rp without commiting a rulebreak with friendly enviroment.

2.2> I am deputy of TOP G ( Biggest Unoff Family In en2) and I have contacts with more experienced people, with these people, my experienced deputies and close experienced friends I would be able to lead an active term which stays active throughout the term.
