1. Enhance communication skills , Effective role-playing requires clear and concise communication. As communication plays a very important role to perform a very good roleplay so first of all i will try to improve the communication among all the HWP officers for the better roleplay.

2. Develop empathy and emotional, I am trying to Enhance the empathy among the officers for the better understanding and as well for the better roleplay among all the officers, By doing so, you can engage in more realistic and impactful role-playing experiences.

3. As a leader i will try to supervise all my department by my own and also enhance all the officers to follow the chain of commands as chain of commands is very important , as a leader I will try give my much time to select the officers for the specify positions by this there is betterment in roleplay as well as its good for org .

I have been in SAHP from more than 7 terms and it was my first Legal organization in the city. I started from Cadet to UnderSheriff and in this time, I gained a lot of knowledge about SAHP. I was Undersheriff in SAHP from last 1 terms and in the absence of Leader I handled various events like Ghetto Patrol, Hostage situations, Store robbery's, etc.

2. SAHP is my second home, In the last few terms I make a good bond with my last sheriff's as well as with my SAHP mates. I spent most of my time standing at HQ and in most of the terms because of my good bond with last 4 sheriff's they taught me a lot about how to handle situations quickly I believed that I have the experience to handle sahp as a leader.

3. In the last few terms, I noticed that SAHP was facing some problems in the night shift + In some of the departments like IA and HR which was making SAHP dead so to make sahp active as it used to be before I will hire units of all the shifts.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

(1) I will host a promotion ceremony on every Sunday.
(2) Bonuses will be given to all the units after events.
(3) I will take a Suprise test of every HC so we can get to know who is eligible for the High Command rank.

I have worked within SAHP for some time and since then I have worked in every division I have worked through every rank of SAHP, I have guided people and now they have also become High commands and I had become the Chief of Internal Affairs and gained much more experience and have also implemented different systems into the org. I have experience in HC for quite a long time now and that is why I feel I would be a good leader to take place and to take on the challenge.



My purpose to be the leader of this organization is that I want to change some things that were not seen or taken into consideration for example letting people work through each and every rank and encouraging them to join a division of Recruitment Specialist and help in training other people and getting rewarded for that. Another purpose is that I have heard from many and even experienced favoritism in SAHP and I would like to change that in the aspect of giving promotions fairly and letting people enjoy every rank and uniform that they change.


I will achieve more people in the organization and more ways to improve roleplay and I want more people to be in more divisions to learn and experience something new. I will achieve a good bonus system of rewarding people in specific tasks they do and I would also do more patrols around the highways to ensure there are units all around Los Santos than just sitting at HQ. I will make new people reach their potential and use their skills in this organization to make them better people.




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I would improve roleplay in many ways for example using the /try /me and the /do commands that are very handy and actually improve roleplay.

- I would like to make a whole document of these commands so people don't have to type them in.

- Not only this but creating RP situations into good roleplay is also a big factor for example if you are in a hostage situation and you can't do a thing that can be done scriptly you can roleplay a bit.

- I want people to go Undercover and investigate and catch people that are wanted by the state and in a better RP way and would collaborate with other organizations to get this evidence and use it properly. I will also make documents of everything that has been done in the organization and this goes for every division and keep a track of everything from Ghetto patrols to training people.

- Within my tenure of experience within Grand RP in various servers playing it for over 1 year and being the 4-time leader in en3 known as a leader with passion and integrity within its work and coming up across my term in SAHP En3 completing it with a good era of RP and activity combined and within all that I've been in En2 in the times where I've been serving as current Minister of state in GOV and as Ex-Deputy Head of Spec Ops FIB and LSPD Assistant Chief and within all that exp I've known all the ins and outs of state and with the desire to lead such organization like SAHP and make it as good as it should be I look forward for the Sheriff position.

- Furthermore, I see SAHP as an org which should be looking after its Jurisdiction and making sure the safety of citizens in Paleto Bay is up the standard selling licenses and insurance for the citizens in their respective HQ etc and in recent times I've seen SAHP struggling to keep up with these things and a very low effort has been seen from the recent leader to make their term active and working as it should be and within my commitment to make this a better org and making it sure that it's running perfectly I will introduce more RP based ideas and stuff to make SAHP more ideal choice for citizens to join and make it fun to work org where more activity can be seen.

    2.1 I want to be leader of SAHP because I feel like I have a lot of LEO experience My experience ranges from LSPD to NG all orgs between I have been in. I have some experiences old and new experiences. I always wanted to be a leader so I would like to achieve this goal with SAHP. I will make sure I have peak numbers at all times of the city so we can be responding to all globals and locals and leading the outer city with our leadership skills. 2.2 I will have 4 departments in my org. S.W.A.T: SWAT Will lead events such as aircraft,Bank protection, Informant, Subs. They will also take care of Ghetto Patrols. They will lead all 3 ghetto patrol per week. HR: Will be incharge of the IA and FTD department combined. They will look over casefiles, do bodycam checks license checks and also do trainings. Training will be split into 3 parts 1st part of training: All the basics of giving fines,towing and arresting. 2nd part. 2nd part will be a event POV and an arrest POV 3rd part. A test of general LSPD knowledge to get ranked to rookie or patrol officer. Public relations. public relations will advertise the org and do CNN broadcasts while getting Juicy articles. They will also help out on our global IC events. Intelligence Bureau: Will do busts and collect evidences and report them to FIB for gang and family raids. 3.3 As I have seen in other orgs and LSPD mostly the HCs are corrupt and not showing full potential my goal will be to get the best of the best so that we dont get org warnings for simple reasons on which we shouldnt. I will make sure SAHP will always be on top!

Departments :

Undercover : With the undercover department , officers will be able to go on undercover patrols , bust drugs planting spots and go after wanted criminals all within jurisdiction , but most important of all they will be collecting evidences against criminal organisations.



Human resources : HR will deal with the hiring , interviewing , and training , HR officers and heads will be chosen carefully to ensure the spots are given to people experienced within the HR department



Internal Affairs :
I.A officers will ensure everything runs smoothly in the org which is crucial , they will do things such as occasional personal car searches on our officers , license checks , give and update logs , strike/fire/add officers to promotion list , and they will run bodycam checks as well as activity checks etc...


Special Weapons and Tactics :
SWAT will be the muscle of our organisation they will be out most crucial aspects in situations against criminal organisations , and they will ensure the right and most disciplined officers only will have access to heavy weaponry.



Parking Enforcement : Parking enforcement is a very underlooked department but is actually very important , the city is usually filled with abandoned cars thats why parking enforcement is here to ensure all cars in the city are parked legally , and are driving legally.


Extra thing for improving rp : Will introduce stricter interviews that will have more questions about server rules , and i will also be introducing and interview that will be given to officers who will be joining as high commands or promoted , if they fail the interview they wont be appointed as high commands regardless of previous experiences.

Please consider the application of a no bullshit leader that doesnt write stuff in application to no apply it when he gets leader , i would like to have the best term ever and apply everything i wrote here , so consider my application and if it gets accepted i assure u 120% that ill pass the interview.

Becoming the leader of the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) is important to me for a few simple reasons. Firstly, SAHP plays a big role in keeping our highways safe in San Andreas. I've spent a lot of time working in state organizations, like being Deputy Governor and Deputy Chief of Police. This experience has taught me a lot about the challenges that law enforcement faces. Leading SAHP would let me use what I've learned to make our highway patrol work better.


Secondly, I really care about serving the public. Being in charge of SAHP would let me make changes that help officers do their jobs better. 1. I have been in SAHP from more than 5-6 terms and it is my most memorable Lawful association in the city. I accepted that I have sufficient experience to lead SAHP as I was HOD of almost every division in SAHP. I began from Trainee To Cheif Commander, As well as I was having great bond with my last 2-3 sheriff's whom I worked with and took part of involvement from them about how to deal with a circumstances.

I also have been in all the organizations in the city, I also have been leader of gang 2 times so i know everything about how gangs will perform and how everything should be handled in the times of situations like Robberies and all, I mean to upgrade the abilities of our officials, guaranteeing they are completely ready for any circumstance they might experience. This department is going to patrol in the jurisdiction of Sahp and will make sure that our jurdiction is Safe and eveything is perfect.

Strike system :
  • 2 Verbals = 1 Strike: Two verbal warnings lead to one strike.
  • 1 Strike: Stops you from being eligible for promotion until revoked.
  • 2 Strikes: Suspended for 24 hours and demoted by one rank.
  • 3 Strikes: Fired from the organization.

1.Leading an organization requires individuals to develop a diverse set of skills, such as communication, decision making as quick as possible and problem solving. I want to make my roleplay much better and want much growth in my and other roleplay.

2.I have been in SAHP from 10 to 11 terms I started from Cadet to Chief commander I have learned a lot of thing in this terms and work hard and still learning new things about the org. So i think i have much better experience to handle SAHP well.

1:- Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)?

1:- When I come to this city, it's my first legal organization till now, and when i comed to this organization I started from cadet rank, and now I am chief commander I have given more then 9 terms of my life to SAHP . Everytime i have given my best, Some time if sheriff is not available in the city , Then I will take stand and try to solve every situation weather it is hostage situation or gheeto petrol or etc.

2:- I would ensure that no Low ranking officer overlooked or invisible by any of the High ranking officials. If any officer feel like that then he shouldn't be afraid or hesitant to reach a High Command.

3:- I'm dedicated to giving new comers a effective and good-quality training on time. To appreciate outstanding efforts, I want to introduce a bonus system. My idea is to give daily bonuses, making sure our team gets regular financial rewards to keep them motivated. I believe in consistently recognizing and rewarding hard work to make our workplace a motivating and appreciative space for everyone.

2:- Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization?

(1) Promotion ceremony on every Sunday.
(2) Bonuses will be given to all the units every Day
(3) I would also implement weekly meeting with all the High Command, So they can share their fair bit of opinion to be changed within their division.
(4) Suprise test of every HC so we can get to know who is eligible for the High Command rank.
