I have called SAHP my home for the past 2 terms and since that time I have been passionate about making the city safer. I feel that the amount of time that I have put into learning and also making sure that I am helping my fellow officers keep San Andreas Highway Patrol the greatest organization.

I want to uphold the values of San Andreas and make the highways safer than they have ever been. I want to keep the values that Brian Shepherd has helped instill in the previous term and build on them. I don’t want citizens being scared to go onto the highway and think if they will get robbed.

I have previously worked in SAHP in Five-M, Now in Grand RP. I have been roleplaying since early 2021. There is so much potential in SAHP, I want to bridge the divide with all Legal Organizations because the one true way to stop crime is to all work together for a better San Andreas

3: Your Advice for improving Roleplay Level in Organization.

I would create a more in-depth Training program where I would personally work with the FTO division where we could make a more successful training program. By doing this the organization will get fewer rule breaks which will result in better RP. We would build a training system where all members of the FTO Division will get quizzed and graded every week.

I would Implement weekly organization exams to make sure all of my officers know the rules of Grand RP and make sure they will protect and serve San Andreas Highway Patrol with Respect and vigilance. They would be graded from 1-5. If they miss rules they will be taught and overseen personally by me to make sure that they are always upholding the Values of SAHP.

In the last term, we had very low night shift members, I have always been part of the night shift. There is so much RP during the night shift that SAHP misses out on because of the lower member count. I would improve this by making sure I am always in the city for the night shift and actively recruiting for the night shift so we all keep the city safe during the night time hours.

I would like to get all of SAHP more experience and more opportunities to grow throughout Law Enforcement. I would make sure to Talk to FIB and LSPD leaders to make sure that we all work together to help grow our officers and agents and keep the greatness of being a Law enforcement Officer, the highest honor.

After serving as High Command in numerous organisations, I feel it is time to take charge of one and make it a complete success. All the knowledge I have collected about the laws and the dark side will help me allocate documents, files, applications, and a lot more complex structures!

I have a deep understanding of how I could administer and improve departments like Internal Affairs (IA), Human Resources (HR), and Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T. ), thanks to my prior experience as HOD.

In addition to working, I would like to create a fantastic organization with all of the organizations and simply develop an economy; this would be feasible given that I am friendly with almost everyone.

Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization?

1) I hold myself and my high command of the special division to a very high standard when it comes to training within the F.T.O Department.

2) I would like to change some established departments and/or ranks during my time here. For instance, I would add more departments, such as "Public Affairs" or a similar department. I have a ton of ideas for this subject and still have enough to learn.

3) While SAHP often patrols highways, I'd like to incorporate more specialised training, similar to S.W.A.T. and AF, by combining the training of each division to produce a well-trained office and perhaps future leaders.

4) Establishing positive relationships with other companies, particularly LSPD, is something I'd like to do. Everyone always says they'll modify something in their applications, but nothing ever changes. Separate training academies, such as the Police Academy and Military Academy, are another benefit of collaboration. I will consult with other organization heads and deputies to arrange training sessions at specific times and locations, such as a military base.

5) I am very inclusive, so everyone will have the opportunity to experience new things that my term will offer. Every rank will take part in trying everything, even if they have to step outside of their comfort zone to do so.

6) I really believe that my intelligence can manage the departments to their highest potential.

As I just stated, I'll do everything in my power to maximize this organization's potential and change its reputation from "Pigs" to one of great fun and kindness.

IA and HR are in charge of holding trainees and younger officers accountable for any rule violations, as they frequently assess the organization's internal and external strength!

Training Division:
The FTO will be in charge of the driving, shooting, and fundamental officer training required to have a fantastic term.

Patrolling Division:
The Patrolling Division is one of the most visible parts of the police. It must be very professional because the High Command will be inspecting it because it is very visible to the public.

Special Weapons and Tactics:
S.W.A.T. will be our "A Team," and when reinforcements are required, everything will go perfectly because they are highly trained and should be available around-the-clock to respond to hostage situations and retail robberies.

Detective/Investigation Department:

- The first thing I want to say is that I was born, raised, cooked and aged in SAHP. This is my home. My achievements, which I cannot mention here, can be found in my bio. I have dedicated a lifetime to this department. I was 5 years old when I joined for the first time. I am now 78 years old in total. And I still continue to work for this wonderful department and fight until my last breath. My 73 years of experience, which I have gained from the deepest of its culture, makes me one of the most ideal people for this position. I've been here on the best days and the worst days of this department.

- As I mentioned in my biography, I served a total of 9 Sheriffs and 13 terms. I have personally witnessed the mistakes made at that times. I was assigned to correct these errors or I provided one-on-one support to the officers in charge. I have all the necessary documentation that has come as a result of my experience and duties that I have gained over the years. I am grateful to this department for giving me the opportunity to have such a wealth of knowledge, which has been passed down by nearly 1000 different officers and managers from 13 different terms.

- I take my courage to be elected leader for SAHP from the nearly all officers i meet in SAHP. I have no hesitation in making this application today because of the leadership qualities I have shown over time and the appreciation I have received in return. The departments I have led are Highway Patrol, SWAT, Recuritment and Training Department and lastly Chief's Room as a Chief Commander. During my leadership of all of them, I can look to the future with hope because I have solved old problems, created new systems from scratch, and been able to get approval for these systems I created.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- The first of my 3 projects that I see as the most valuable is education. As a civil servant who remained a cadet for almost a month because there was no turn of training and learned the profession on the streets and passed the exam without being trained, I am aware of the importance of a regular and uninterrupted professional education. We will immediately implement the 5-step education system that I have prepared due to the role I have assumed during my past career and that encourages interdepartmental cooperation. Thanks to this system, they can train fully qualified troppers in only 2 days, while they can complete their advanced training and join a sub-department on the 3rd day, according to their desires and abilities. The system is aware of the importance of both theoretical knowledge and field experience and has been designed with a fun method. It has been tried on all officers I have trained so far and minor roughnesses have been removed. If I didn't say it was almost a great system, I would be unfair to the officers whose ideas I got, and the system I spent my weeks on.

- The second most important one of my projects, in my opinion, is Merit. Nearly every sheriff willingly or unwillingly hired family members, friends, people with interests, or helped or hindered those with insufficient experience or even lack of education in reaching high ranks. In my time, even a normal citizen passing by on the street should be able to feel the education, professionalism and warm-hearted work ethic, which is the right of his/her rank, when they looks at an officer. All my aim is to achieve this honorable purpose. No unfair rank assignments will be made under any circumstances. If necessary, I will do more than one job until those people get trained and catch up. In summary, when you see a major, you will feel its experience and education.

- And in my opinion, the last of my 3 most important projects is love and respect. As someone from the SAHP culture, being the traffic cop of the north should never be enough for a department like SAHP. SAHP need to be a home to the most elite units of the city. A strong SAHP fully competent in its field is my last project. We will be remembered with love and respect in the hearts of our citizens. We will serve our city, which will work for this, until our last breath. Death is our wedding day. Until that day, we will destroy the bad police perception in the hearts of our citizens, just as we have cleaned the streets of the city.

A) I have a long history with Grand Theft Auto Roleplay, I first joined a GTA SA:MP Roleplay community where I spent several years within the varying factions and specifically law enforcement ones, this means that I have a long history with how LEO Factions have changed in terms of leadership, the addition of Voice Chats in GTA V RP, changes in Law and so on. This deep-set history with Grand Theft Auto Roleplay in general will be of tremendous benefit when it comes to leadership and how it should be conducted properly and will allow me to impart my knowledge to the other leadership members.
B)Alongside my history with GTA RP, I also have a clear leadership plan in place for very simple, yet effective changes to how applications, training, and certification can work within the Organization that will be effectively written, edited, and changed as needed. Present leadership tactics are effective and work yet a slight change here or there will be incredibly beneficial to how the Organization is perceived by the general populace.
C) I'm a very mature person IRL, I'm 18 and I have done Leadership in Collage for several Weeks which has given me a great ability at over-coming language barriers, conflict resolution, patience and time-keeping skills which are all in my eyes, crucial in both my real work, and potential work as leader of the SAHP. In my personal opinion I feel like sometimes language barriers between varying members can create conflict, misinformation and in the most extreme cases can lead to newer members potentially breaking server rules which I believe is an issue I personally can address given the chance.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I tend to lose my original point somewhat over text, but I shall go into greater detail should I be interviewed for the opportunity but I would initially review the current leadership that is in place, whom I know as I was working at the SAHP up until disbandment and take on-board any suggestions they may have. I would also review all training materials and guides and edit/update them so that they are clear, concise and to the point. I would introduce in the form of applications a section reviewing whether or not the applicant understands all present server rules and be slightly stricter on the need for good, effective English skills. I feel during my time at SAHP and extensive history with GTA RP will help me improve the overall roleplay quality level in the org by establishing and building upon the current structure and way of working and improving it.

2 Understanding what you can and cannot do eg ooc rules and ic rules that way theres no disruption in rp

3 Always try keep it rp this is a roleplay server so there is no point in always calling gods keep it in game for immersion but if you immersion is completely broke and its that big of a deal then sure otherwise there is no point in wasting a gods time as they will tell you to go to the forms


4 Always obide by chain of command this will keep everyone calm in check and moving swiftly will increase the whole real life feeling to the sahp.

- I First joined SAHP when I was 10 Years old where I served under Mathew Jane where i first learned how the life of an LEO worked Pulling people over, Processing ECT. It was this training from SAHP which helped me to grow within this city and helped me climb the ranks within other org, I then moved on going back to NG and carrying my experience from SAHP to NG, I then re-joined SAHP under Brian Shepard's term to help him out during martial law this was where my interest for SAHP grew I saw the potential in SAHP and i knew this was my place, After Brian's term I looked to other LEO Positions such as FIB, LSPD but neither of them felt the same as SAHP, I re-joined SAHP with Frank Columbo where i worked and became Colonel / Captain of TACT and this is what really grew my love for SAHP and I would love to lead it to victory and grow myself and the org together.

- I would make sure that every person holds the badge no matter of your prior experience takes a test to make sure our officers are well trained and know how to conduct there self, I would also improve the quality training given out by officer so I know that I there everyone in trained in the correct manor

I have called SAHP my home for the past 3 terms and since that time I have been passionate about making the city safer. I feel that the amount of time that I have put into learning and also making sure that I am helping my fellow officers keep San Andreas Highway Patrol the greatest organization.

I want to uphold the values of San Andreas and make the highways safer than they have ever been. I want to keep the values that Brian Shepherd has helped instill in the previous term and build on them. I don’t want citizens being scared to go onto the highway and think if they will get robbed. We together are one family

I have previously worked in SAHP in Five-M, Now in Grand RP. I have been roleplaying since early 2021. There is so much potential in SAHP, I want to bridge the divide with all Legal Organizations because the one true way to stop crime is to all work together for a better San Andreas

I want to make SAHP more comfortable for newer citizens to come and join the organization so we can keep molding and growing incredibly gifted LEOs. 3: Your Advice for improving Roleplay Level in Organization.

I would create a more in-depth Training program where I would personally work with the FTO division where we could make a more successful training program. By doing this the organization will get fewer rule breaks which will result in better RP. We would build a training system where all members of the FTO Division will get quizzed and graded every week.

I would Implement weekly organization exams to make sure all of my officers know the rules of Grand RP and make sure they will protect and serve San Andreas Highway Patrol with Respect and vigilance. They would be graded from 1-5. If they miss rules they will be taught and overseen personally by me to make sure that they are always upholding the Values of SAHP.

In the last term, we had very low night shift members, I have always been part of the night shift. There is so much RP during the night shift that SAHP misses out on because of the lower member count. I would improve this by making sure I am always in the city for the night shift and actively recruiting for the night shift so we all keep the city safe during the night time hours.

SAHP is more then just a law enforcement agency, We are a family and we all are changing San Andreas for the better. Everytime SAHP puts in there uniform they are proud and honored to be supporting there city and making it a safer place for all citizens.

I would like to get all of SAHP more experience and more opportunities to grow throughout Law Enforcement. i. Changing the Recruitment System of SAHP:
I was in SAHP for two terms. In each term I have seen that there are very less officers present at night as a result the crimes which are happening at night and the criminals responsible for these crime didn't get arrested and the other officers at night didn't get the backup there. So I want to recruit officers for both day and night simultaneously.

ii. Recruit more FTO's for both the shifts:
In my last two terms I have seen that there was a shortage of FTO's in both the shifts, as a result the trainees are not getting their training and they stays in their rank for 1 months. And specially at night no FTO are present to train the trainees those who are from night shift. As a result there was a shortage of trooper at night. So I want to recruit more FTO for both the shifts.

iii. Making more phases of exam:
In past terms, I have seen that some of the officers those who are senior trooper and above. They didn't got the training for driving cars and shooting. As a result they cannot drive any car properly and the officers became late to reach the crime seen and also they were unable to shoot the criminals. So I want to make 2 more additional training of driving and shooting.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:

i. There should be more strict rule of leaving the RP situations. Some of the officers leave the RP when they got caught by gang members. So this things should be stopped by making more strict rules.

ii. When there is a global and the other departments are calling for help, in SAHP even if they have enough units to respond some of the officers refuse to respond it. So it should be stopped and if they didn't respond, they have to give valid reason for not responding and if they fail to give they will get a warning.

iii. The third most important, I have seen that some high commands willingly or unwillingly hired family members, friends, people with interests, or helped or hindered those with insufficient experience or even lack of education in reaching high ranks. So this will be stopped by me in SAHP I will not allow anyone to hire any inexperienced people.
