  1. I want to pay tribute to the job of LEO. When I came to this city, I was kinda lost, but then I got an opportunity to work as a LEO(SAHP) which gave me a chance to showcase my skills and talent. Because of which I am living a joyful life today. As a leader of LSPD, it will help me to showcase my tribute to all LEO’s and LEO’s who lost their life on duty.
  2. LSPD plays a very important role in stopping criminal activities and eradicating crime and I want to play a big role in this arc. I also want to carry the will of fire passed down by my previous leaders (Fernando,Yip,John) and put all my knowledge and experience in one place.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation.

  1. I want to introduce the training sessions with other organisation,
    Example, Drills and Tactic training with National Guard, Patrol session with SAHP, Making case file and conducting special operation with FIB, and Basic Medical skill training with EMS and many more.
  2. Then conducting seminars and sessions for LSPD officers. Inviting people from different organisations as a Chief guest and conducting lectures and sessions, like inviting people from the Division of Justice for a quick session on laws and regulations.
  3. Then organising Promotion ceremonies for LSPD and Veteran ceremonies.

I don't want my officers to regret being a part of this organisation and learn a lot of stuff while serving the city.

(1)Hello everyone, I’ve been working with lspd for a long time now, approximately 3 months now, .Im honored to serve this Organization as a ,I was the mainly the incharge of the DETECTIVE and it was a great success as we showed a huge number of active members, My key qualities that makes me different from others are responsible, consistent, and accountable. These qualities help people feel comfortable in approaching their leader for a variety of reasons and encourage trust in his decisions' gathered a lot of experience for the past months now and I exactly know how to deal with stuff when it get hards,LSPD not only needs a good leader but also a team which full-fills the needs of the organization and I'm ready to provide that.

We already have a good legal contract system and well managed structure, What I will implement is like more detective agent work with fib, and lspd will be working together, fib being the higher authority, they will be taking charge of undercover bursts.



As a leader Ill make sure to maintain peace and harmony between all the other legal orgs.



Undercover patrolling: Undercover patrolling will be a massive success to eliminate random firing and criminal activity.

1. I want to become the leader of this organization (LSPD) because I have a lot of experience in Legal Organization LSPD,SAHP,FIB,USS as well as in illegal organizations Vagos,Families,Bloods,Ballas and I was a high command in all the orgs except FIB recently I am Captain Of Swat in LSPD and I have a lot experience in all the organizations for 7 months (In EN-1) so I know all the tactics and strategies of all the orgs specially gangs and I can ensure the safety of my employees and I believe I can be a great fit for the leader and I can help out the server by making it better and by the knowledge I have it can be a good place with the right people leading it and I can use that to help me out during my leadership time.


2. The second Reason That I would like to become the leader of LSPD is because I have experience from many servers like Grand RP servers for a while I was there since day 1 and gathered experience from both servers and now I have a lot of knowledge. I am willing to show others how the server works. Since I have the experience needed I will do RP's make sure everyone in my department is involved in good RP's and I will do Robberies Hostage situations teach them how to use the radio properly and do training interviews and everything else. Like applications, I will do hostage situations to make sure everyone in my department is having fun and enjoying it. There are many roleplay advice I want to implement if I get the chance of becoming the leader of an organization.

Simulation exercise:

In this each division will simulate the process of events according to there functioning so that new people who joins get the idea of what to do when they are under that situation

Inter organization meeting and collaboration :

This will create a good environment with every organization member and fellowship will increase with idea sharing many new ideas and work around will be generated

I have good leadership skills. and i worked at lspd before lspd was shut down and i was in a high role although i wasn't a leader .when there weren't top roles i was leading and i would put everyone in the organization nicely in order

2. I'm strict about RP, I would never want to risk my organization getting a strike. If anyone breaks the rules, I take action.

3. I wanna create and fun and professional environment. My org will be sooo fun and we will have some good RP interactions between SAHP and FIB

I will improve the drone usage to RP it out using /me "taking drone out of trunk, and launching it' and the /do action to where it launches.
I will improve issuing tickets RP with having to look for the serial number of the car using /me and /do too find out who the car belongs too rather then just flexing G on it and looking on at car info. I want to improve this type of stuff.
I also want to improve the proper undercover work within the Division ill create in LSPD.

(1) I would like to be Leader of LSPD Because, I have been in legal organizations ever since I began playing the server over a year ago now, Therefore I have a lot of previous experience in organizations such as LSPD and other legal orgs such as FIB, SAHP.

(2) I have always wanted to be a leader of a legal organization such as LSPD, I have a lot of previous experience as high command within legal organizations, I have seen a fair share of leaders and have learned a list of things to do, And a list of things not to do as a leader.

(3) I think it could be beneficial to be leader of an organization like LSPD, For the community, I do think that I could serve The Organization, The community, Justice between being a good leader, Having a good team of officers by each others sides, And protection within the community, For the community to feel safer within their city.

(1) To start off, I would begin finding a good team of officers that work together and not against each other, I think it is extremely important to have a team that works together and that get along with one another, To maintain a safe and welcoming work environment.


(2) I would like to receive feedback from the community and other members alike, And also take feedback from other organizations, I think it is important to make sure that if an officer behaving out of conduct should be punished, I don't think it is good to let things like that go, I would like to make sure that my team is well maintained, And that nobody is doing anything that they shouldn't be doing.

(3) I would make sure that everyone in the organization is active and attending to events, ammo runs, anything that they are needed for, And to make sure that we have the most active and well behaving officers that we possibly can have. I think it is extremely important to have everyone in your organization that is online to be doing something beneficial toward the organization and not only toward themselves.

Why do i want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I Strongly believe the LSPD can be one of the most interesting Orgs in the City, unfortunately it has been underutilized in my Opinion.
I would focus on creating strong Pillars in the Org, Strong and active FTO's, reliable and competent Leadership as well as covering all of the important Time zones.

I was able to Learn a lot from strong Leaders of SAHP in the past like Yip and Sonny as well as the Leadership and Rules/ Law aspect from the Governor Poppy Lasombra wich will give me a great Foundation to work on avoidable mistakes coming from Officers, mainly in the Arresting Procedure.

I want to go back to where the general Public are actively looking to seek help from the LSPD. Get the Reputation back on Track and fit the "Serve and Protect" rather than "Bully and Arrest"

One of the things i would like to focus on is the Proper training for every New Officer, as well as on Promotions into Leadership Positions. Give each Department a clear purpose. Past problems out of Experience have been Bodycam Evidence or flaws in the arresting Procedure. These basics need to be perfected.

A trustworthy Internal Affairs Division is a very Important Tool not only to monitor the Officers and hold them Accountable in less serious instances but should also work together actively with the Department of Justice in more Serious Cases within the Org.

I want to change the way we process Suspects whenever a Lawyer has been Requested, as the Law states, the Agency should use the closest interior possible to hold the Suspect to wait for the Lawyer. For example, if the Arrest has been made in the city, a lawyer has been requested instantly the detention should take place in the PD or Capitol ground, where the interior allows for great RP Scenarios.

I also would like to work together more often with the Life Invader and do Press Conferences in high Profile Cold Cases, as well as work on a possibility to implement a series of "Cops" with a LI employee to ride along with a certain Unit or attend a certain event to have exposure, transparency and work on a fun Documentary with multiple episodes.

Those are the Main things i would like to work on, along with a few more Ideas that i would like to talk about in a possible Interview.

1 i want to be leader of this organization because
i was an EX major in LSPD, so I know a lot about it. I've been in PD for five terms, so I know what I'm doing. I think this will help a lot because one of the terms I've been in was really unfair, but if I get one of these terms, I'll make it really fair and for other people to feel confident in what they're doing for the city.


2 So if I am elected, I want to make the city a better place by bringing in some of the best officers in the LSPD. By top officers, I mean anyone who is truly confident in what they're doing as a police officer and anyone who would genuinely stick to the job and commit to it.


3 Another reason is to make it just like a nice place to be at, so what I mean is that it's like a humble place where you can come chill and save the city from all crime. At the end of the day, you'll be treated with the utmost respect you'll ever receive in any organisation.

For my suggestion on raising the roleplay level in the organisation, I believe that all of the officers that I will hire will be trained at the highest level of roleplay for a better experience in the city, as well as players.

2. Leader of LSPD, Reasoning I have been in LSPD since the start of English 1, and I know how things run, and I am willing to take LSPD to the top. Reason 2, I have been Deputy Chief of LSPD 3-4 Times so I believe I have the experience to lead LSPD , but never have had the time for a Leadership and now that I do, I am fully committed. Reason 3, I noticed not too many ORGS are active with patrols, and as leader I am willing to do Office (OOC) work within and for the Organization, and IC work to make the Organization as good as possible.
3. I noticed a lot since the start of Server 2, not many cops are doing there actual work, I will make sure there is Cops Patrolling throughout the City, and I will make sure LSPD is attending Submarines, Aircraft, Bank Robbery, and ETC. I will have SWAT Teams organized VERY well, for these events, and the Captain of SWAT will be super experienced in leading these teams, I will have a captain of Patrol assigning patrol routes for these Officers, I will also have Captain of FTO (Field Training Officers) to insure that my Officers are doing there TOP work and duties. I have a Captain of IA (Internal Affairs) that deals with the Complaints made on these officers. I will have lieutenants for all of these Departments. There will also be a Major who over looks all of these departments. I also have the Ranks pretty much planned.

I want to become a leader of LSPD because LSPD contributes the most when we talk about "to protect and to serve". It plays the most important role in the city. LSPD has a very different role to contribute to, which is to take care of the Los Santos. Like-Encounter all the treriost, Respond to all the locals/globals/10-10 ASAP to assist all orgs with the most powerful commandos and the most honourable police officers who are capable of handling any situation with their years of experience and years of practice.
The image that I have put down below would be the real example of what I am trying to explain. I want to make it more realistic with some other tactics and tricks.

I want to connect the most important thing to LSPD. Any guesses? With its Department of Justice (aka DOJ), I have seen some past issues with LSPD and DOJ, which doesn't make sense, because we all state orgs are supposed to be connected through some internal regulations and should be best friends in between, and with the help of DOJ, we can connect all the state orgs in between
LSPD is the only organisation that can provide the maximum amount of justice to all citizens by just serving without corruption, and I'm the specialist in finding the corruption and removing it from officers to make them legit towards their serving.
Example- Marabunta is wining all the parts of the state of San Andreas because they have the power and equality in between and we state orgs can't do anything "coz we have to fight with other state orgs." (sarcasm)

Stereotype image for lspd officers-seriously, this is the most irritating thing at present time. We all know if any lspd officer makes a mistake, then we all start pointing fingers. Shabah (NG leader): no one can point at his soldiers because we all know that if we do, we have to face Shabah. Shabah has a lot of experience and he knows most of the rules, so no one can point at him. I have a lot of experience and I will be able to maintain that thing for my officer. If the leader is strict, then no one can point out his org members (this is a fact). I promise I will take care of my organisation just like my irl family and I will also take action if my officer does anything (Internal Affairs).


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Respecting our curators and complying with their needs

Curators are very exp and I want my org to run at a road like a melting butter sliding on the surface, that would be only possible with the assistance of curators and the great knowledge base of the leader. Curators really work hard for us and they are very deserving for the the best things we could give them as much. If they are expecting or demanding something from leader then I would never step back and I would like to be my curator's fav.
Professionalism between the org

If there would be no professionalism then no one would like to stay in the org, there are some various steps to full fil those needs. Like- no free promotions from hc, open for new suggestions, ready to adapt new steps/features, anti-corruption team, etc. Chief of staff would be the head of Internal Affairs so that no other hc would be able to be the part of unprofessionalism manner. If high command thinks that there is someone who should be promoted then the hc could request a promotion and deputy/leader would approve it.

Field Training Dept
There are 80% chances of any state organisation getting a verbal for hiring someone with a criminal background. It is very common. The advice/sol is very simple, just give accept into org function to dhod or above like fib. The second thing is that we would assign HR specialists to some trained officers, and if they performed well, they would be promoted and given a bonus directly from the COS/deputy/leader. I will introduce a bravery medal system in which FTO could give this medal to someone on email (discord) and I will try to get the maximum number of people to LSPD email so they can also appreciate the medalist publicly, which would definitely force others to do work and get this medal (mission passed | respect +).

Some rank changes/RP cmd imp

I'm really obsessed because LSPD has this major rank and captain rank, which is kinda odd. When we hear major, our minds immediately think of a soldier with hundreds of medal badges on his shirt, which is fine somewhere but not entirely fine for LSPD. I've seen that the police dept always has a hod rank irl, so my advice is to re-name some ranks to make LSPD's RP more reflective and realistic.
I have seen that some state org members are really confused. They don't know how to break the truck and what tool it requires. It's very simple. Take a crowbar from the org car (just a rp cmd) and do/try to break open the trunk using the crowbar. We have so many things to break open the trunk, not only 1. Like-using a gun and shooting at the trunk's central locking system to break it. All these things are of the RP mind set, which I do have. ;)

Good communication skills/way of interacting

I have been in this city for months and I have seen every type of person and how to interact with them. It's so important in hostage negotiations and I have seen so many types of gang members trying to get as much as they can from demands. If they are friendly, then we have to be like that. If they are hard to understand, then we need to make some tactic plans to clap them off after giving them money for the hostage. Money doesn't matter for the hostage's life. We can earn all the amount again by fining all the gang members at DOC. This can only happen if the organisation has good communication skills and a good way of interacting.

Also, it will make my org look more professional in front of every org, whether it is a gang or state org. I will take all the responsibilities for my org. I will never step back, but if I do, I will request the curators to remove me on the spot with a ban for as long as they want to give me.

these days lots of high commands do FEVOURITISM to stop this issue I am going to make internal affairs if an IA sees any high command doing FEVOURITISM so I am going to give him/her an instant strike

1. Ever since the city started, I have seen LSPD constantly changing leaders and finding it very difficult to select the right fit. With this in mind, I would like to be the leader of LSPD, given that I have led SAHP before and run the organization for 2 terms which I like to believe were very successful. That said, my leadership qualities are well proven in this city and hence, I would like to use those qualities in taking up this new challenge and give my best to make LSPD a very successful legal org.

2. I want to take up the leadership not for the sake of being a leader of an org, but to help LSPD get to the top.

3. As a former leader, I understand the responsibilities that come with the leadership and that it might be a little stressful at times and I am ready to take up those challenges.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Before implementing new things, I would like to make sure that my organization succeeds in doing the basics perfectly. I would not want to overwhelm myself or my fellow co-workers by introducing new things before developing a strong base. A strong base is ever so important for an employee of a legal organisation.

Obeying server rules will be a must for all of my employees. Failure to obey these rules will lead to severe punishments.

All the trainees will have to take a quiz consisting of IC rules as well as server rules in order to make sure they can be trusted when unsupervised.

Favouritism will not be tolerated in the org and each and every member will be treated equally.

Lastly, I would make sure that each and every employee feels heard and that they do not go unnoticed. Anyone can come up with excellent ideas that might help the org and helping the org out in that aspect will be appreciated and rewarded.

Why do i want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I Strongly believe the LSPD can be one of the most interesting Orgs in the City, unfortunately it has been underutilized in my Opinion.
I would focus on creating strong Pillars in the Org, Strong and active FTO's, reliable and competent Leadership as well as covering all of the important Time zones.

I was able to Learn a lot from strong Leaders of SAHP in the past like Yip and Sonny as well as the Leadership and Rules/ Law aspect from the Governor Poppy Lasombra wich will give me a great Foundation to work on avoidable mistakes coming from Officers, mainly in the Arresting Procedure.

I want to go back to where the general Public are actively looking to seek help from the LSPD. Get the Reputation back on Track and fit the "Serve and Protect" rather than "Bully and Arrest"

One of the things i would like to focus on is the Proper training for every New Officer, as well as on Promotions into Leadership Positions. Give each Department a clear purpose. Past problems out of Experience have been Bodycam Evidence or flaws in the arresting Procedure. These basics need to be perfected.

A trustworthy Internal Affairs Division is a very Important Tool not only to monitor the Officers and hold them Accountable in less serious instances but should also work together actively with the Department of Justice in more Serious Cases within the Org.

I want to change the way we process Suspects whenever a Lawyer has been Requested, as the Law states, the Agency should use the closest interior possible to hold the Suspect to wait for the Lawyer. For example, if the Arrest has been made in the city, a lawyer has been requested instantly the detention should take place in the PD or Capitol ground, where the interior allows for great RP Scenarios.

I also would like to work together more often with the Life Invader and do Press Conferences in high Profile Cold Cases, as well as work on a possibility to implement a series of "Cops" with a LI employee to ride along with a certain Unit or attend a certain event to have exposure, transparency and work on a fun Documentary with multiple episodes.

Those are the Main things i would like to work on, along with a few more Ideas that i would like to talk about in a possible Interview.

(a). First of all when I came in the city I joined I was wondering about being a LEO officer and it was mt dream in IRL to become a LEO , But for Legal Orgs we should have to be 5 years at that time so I worked hard keep on grinding to be atleast 6 years for the interview. After I had been 6 years old then I went in SAHP open recruitment and It was my First legal org , when I joined it it was a dream come true and happiness in me was overloaded. I did my duty with very much hard work there . I then joined Gov as USS and then finally LSPD .



(b). In En1 I First joined LSPD in Tyrell Johnson's term and I saw that the org is full of toxicity and the officers which are at good ranks are misusing their powers and scolding and abusing there juniors for their own mistakes and the communication was also not very good. I saw guys stealing weapons from the warehouse which is extremely prohibited and high commands asking for bribes and they even don't know the rules . I saw very less amount of Ghetto raids. And the communication with other orgs was also not good. There were many HCs asking for bribe for promotions . The RP was not good at all in there .

(c). I want to become the leader of the LSPD because I have a very long experience of 20+ years and in these years I have joined all the legal orgs as well as illegal orgs and experienced HCs in both so I know tactics of both the legal orgs and illegal orgs and by this I can protect and ensure the safety of my officers from illegal orgs , I have experience of EN#2 also In John Marshall's term and in there I was Major Of Swat. I am very humble and kind to everyone and never be rude to even a rookie and about my humbleness my comrades knows about that , My level of doing proper RP is very Better. I never spread toxicity and on the forums if you search my ID you can only find 2 threads against me of VDM and Fear RP those were also then when I was new to the city. By this I prove that I never do a mistake in doing proper RP.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization

(a). I will make many different Divisions in LSPD for different things and I have many good plans for this.

(b). I will myself insure and never let other officers of mine as well as me myself any RP rule break like mixing which I have seen in many where from the legal and illegal both sides mostly in A hostage situation or a gun store/store robbery.

(c). I will create a very fun situation with my future plans if I get the org like by doing collaboration with FIB And making a good understanding and bonding with other legal organizations.

(d). I will never spread toxicity and never let others spread toxicity in my Org . I will make a complaint forum for that if someone's inside spread toxicity or misuses his rank powers.

(e). I will be the most active legal org and will do many Ghetto raids on the regular bases . So it will be fun for both legal and illegal sides.

(f) At the I will make the LSPD on top and best legal organization.

2. - I want to be leader of LSPD because :-
2.1 - LSPD was my first org which i joined in city. It is the org which shaped me today. As it was my first org i have a special attachment to it .

2.2 As been ex-Lspd captain and current chief of fto in SAHP I know what are the problems in LSPD and how to improve them and change the reputation of LSPD.

2.3 I have a quiet good experience of PD (police Department) in different cities and in los Santos.(total experience -3.5years) hence I am sure my experience will be beneficial as I know how things work.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


3.1- Concept or liability and asset - according to my observation there are always a few officers which are liability (officer with less training, incomplete knowledge and unprofessional behaviour) . I have special technique to convert the liability to asset by carving their potential by specialized handcrafted training for every particular officer, due to which rules will not be broken this rp experience will be increased

3.2- Independent HR department - a hr department is the breath of any org though in the past terms it has been observed that it was not independent and this showed discrimination and favouritism. I will make a independent hr department which will directly report to me having specialized powers. Hr dept will handle internal problems, Complaint with motive to make dept a better place and hence due independent existence it will remove discrimination which will lead to justice hence officer will enjoy the rp experience.

3.3- Creating and refining SOPs - I will update and refine the SOPs as old and inefficient sops was the major problem in LSPD . A new post will be created which will given the task of refining and assisting officer with the same. Good SOPs will make the rp experience more better.
