2. - I want to be leader of LSPD because :-
2.1 - LSPD was my first org which i joined in city. It is the org which shaped me today. As it was my first org i have a special attachment to it .

2.2 As been ex-Lspd captain and current chief of fto in SAHP I know what are the problems in LSPD and how to improve them and change the reputation of LSPD.

2.3 I have a quiet good experience of PD (police Department) in different cities and in los Santos.(total experience -3.5years) hence I am sure my experience will be beneficial as I know how things work.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


3.1- Concept or liability and asset - according to my observation there are always a few officers which are liability (officer with less training, incomplete knowledge and unprofessional behaviour) . I have special technique to convert the liability to asset by carving their potential by specialized handcrafted training for every particular officer, due to which rules will not be broken this rp experience will be increased

3.2- Independent HR department - a hr department is the breath of any org though in the past terms it has been observed that it was not independent and this showed discrimination and favouritism. I will make a independent hr department which will directly report to me having specialized powers. Hr dept will handle internal problems, Complaint with motive to make dept a better place and hence due independent existence it will remove discrimination which will lead to justice hence officer will enjoy the rp experience.

3.3- Creating and refining SOPs - I will update and refine the SOPs as old and inefficient sops was the major problem in LSPD . A new post will be created which will given the task of refining and assisting officer with the same. Good SOPs will make the rp experience more better.

Roleplay !! Thanks to Grand rp including the amazing developer team , we are provided with many variations of roleplay functions that help us and the players to have a great and fun experience playing your characters but the question is, are you willing to use and utilize them properly to make a good example to others and actually have clean and smooth scenes without rule breaking ? that’s what i will try to achieve with the help of great people like you and members that I served with

Arresting procedures: For this RP situation i will make sure the members of LSPD follow the proper arresting procedure from the moment of approaching a crime scene until the end of it which can eventually finish with multiple results like courtroom cases or the suspect being freed or whatever the scene leads to ( its roleplay and you must handle the consequences you get into ) with that being said my point is handling and passing these situations without rules getting broken like: mixing - metagaming - power gaming - non RP driving while escorting suspect..etc )

Communication: Its absolutely no good for everyone if there’s a lack of communication between members of the organization especially the leader, every single person that is considered a certified member of LSPD should have a fair chance of talking and having a good relationship with the high-command team and of course the leader too…

Because first of all I have so many Legal Organization experience in other city . (LSPD , NG) for like 4 or 5 months.

► I chose LSPD because I think Police Officers have the most important job in the city so they must be trained 10/10 . I saw some officers don't know the key things about LSPD . I want to train them to become best police officers all over the world. I don't like yelling someone . In my opinion being kind to everyone and staying calm at all times are the two of the most important qualities a leader should have.

► Second important thing about LSPD is being organized and communication. Police officers need to be in contact with other LEOs. Better communication always brings a good result. Internal Affairs will strenghten inner and outer departmental communication. They are heart of the LSPD. After that everyone will see what is the LSPD's true potential.

► Third thing is the numbers. If 1 pollice officer can make a difference 30 , 40 ,50 of them can make the Los Santos a better place. We need to attract people to LSPD . Because they are thinking that being a LEO is boring. Giving bonuses to some officers who did a great job or giving him/her a promotion will be the reason they can join LSPD and work with us but I don't want chaos in LSPD like " You get a promotion why didn't I get any" . I will do my best to make everyone happy.

► LSPD Academy for Cadets ◄

I will establish a LSPD academy to ensure that our policemen are truly professional and skilled.With numerous guides, I will support the cadets. When cadets pass the training and exam they will be ready for field training. They will learn everything quick because they will watch the best FTOs to be a perfect officer later. After cadets prove themselves to trainers they can start serving for city.

► Team Work◄

I will make some orientation season for officers to work more comfortably with each other. In this way, they get to know their teammates better and they can predict how each other will behave in certain situations.SWAT division is a perfect example for that. In time officers definitely make good friendships and with good friendships it will bring a good team spirit.

- For my whole journey on this server most time i spent in LSPD org. I've learned so much about leadership and how to treat people. I want to make LSPD equal for everyone.

- Im a very experienced player, i know almost everything about LSPD/SAHP/FIB, i know how to deal with problems and make a good terms with every org.

- With this Leadership i will be able to make this org equal for everyone (explanation). I saw when people were getting very high ranks without experience just through connections. I wont allow to do that. I will promote people only for their Hard Work and experience they got, not via connections, because i don't really care if you know some people on the server. Lets stay realistic in LSPD, connections won't give you a shit.

- First i want to integrate with all my Employees to boost our morales. These times its hard to be a good Officer because of Gangs and their Hostage Situations. For past 2-3 months it was a horror, everyday someone got kidnapped, i want to fix it and make LSPD more professional.

- Second i want to integrate with other orgs to be on good terms with them. I don't want to have a beef with any Org, cuz as State Orgs we should help each other.

- I want to make a longer trainings for every officer there, it will increase their experience very high and that will allow for more professionalism in our ORG.

- I will create some good activites, because mostly officers are staying at HQ and doing nothing. I will make some events etc for Officers to have fun.

►I want to be in the LSPD because throughout some of my journey here on this server I have been in a gang but one day I decided that life wasn't for me after and LSPD officer arrested me at a store robbery and told me about the LSPD and I couldn't join at the time so I joined the NG instead but now that I see these applications are open I want to join the LSPD because of my passion for it and my past experiences.►

►Another reason I want to be in the LSPD is because I have met a lot of people from it like the ex-leader Vincent Vega and I know they are all very nice and calm people and I want to be the leader of an org that has calm and collected people►

►Another reason I want to be in the LSPD is because I have seen a lot of LSPD officers who break the rule and are just untrained and don't know what to do and that ruins the roleplay experience for everyone. So I want to join the LSPD to change all of that and make roleplay fun for everyone.►

►Being a Major in National Guard I have talked to a lot of LSPD officers and have seen that most of them are not trained well and you can't run an org when you have people who don't know the rules in it so to not have that happen I will interview and hire FTO officers myself who I think are fit for the job and I will also test every new recruit after they have received their training..►

►In the past fellow legal orgs are always arguing about little stuff and because of that all orgs are in a bad relationship and you can't have a successful org if you are not close to other orgs so I plan to get closer to them and develop a good relation ship with them. ►

►Having experience in this field I know that sometimes most leaders or higher ups don't listen to your suggestions so I will do my best to listen to the suggestions of all ranks and actually do the suggestions I can .►

►Being in this field for a long time I know that sometimes you get bored on duty because there is nothing to do. So as the new leader I will implement new activities and more stuff to do for officers.►

i. LSPD is one of the most important department to control the criminal activity in the city. I have been in LSPD for 2 terms serving the state and learning about the state myself and I Think I am ready to become the leader of LSPD and bring some good changes.

ii. As I have been in LSPD for too long now I have seen many backsteps of LSPD which in my opinion should not be in such a big organization.I have seen Favourism and Discrimination
between the male citizens and female citizens. This is so disguised in my opinion.

iii. LSPD is a kind of organization where the new members who arrive in the city want to get a good experience of legal organization. The first organization in everyone's mind when thinking to serve the state is my organization LSPD. Each and every citizen and officer will be treated with respect. iv. I have some pre-selected officers who are well experience and well mature to understand the problems of the state and the organizations. The new upcoming officers will not be just tought how to do the cop things but also to respect the citizens and follow all kind of instructions given. My Advices to improve RolePlay level in organizations are:

i. All officers will be getting a quickest strike if they dont follow a proper RolePlay even after knowing about the RP.

LSPD was the first organization which helped me when I first came into the city and got robbed and that day I had decided to become a LSPD officer and I got the opportunity to serve the citizens of Los Santos and now people want to see me as a leader of Los Santos Police Department.

As per the Gov. the citizens have been increased in the Los Santos its a grate thing but increased in citizens brought increased crime rate of Los Santos too so in past few weeks we are able to see a lot of stores, innocent citizens, citizen's vehicles. If we don't take a step now the day will be soon whare citizens will be scared to come out of thare house and I would not let that day come so if I get a chance I will love to join LSPD as the Chief and get to my work.

Los Santos Police Department is the department whare citizens give complain about and some time thay meet with cop which talk to the citizens in a rude way that is not acceptable so I would take full care of it and try not to get such complain as i tould before LSPD was the first org whare I got help I what to make it the best I know I can't do it alone for that I will welcome all the citizens who lived in over 7 years in this city by taking a small test which will be conducted by my professional FTO's and be trained by them and I will give my employees bonus up on thare work . If thay are able to fulfill thare wishes thay wont go for any illegal activities.
