-The reason i want to be a leader is i have a good experience in legal orgs. As i worked in many legal orgs as SAHP FIB LSPD and NG so i want to make city the city safest and feel free to enjoy thier life.

-Another reason to be a leader is of this org is that i feel i have a good leadership skills because i have spent my good time in legal or as a high command . I also love to work as leader of LSPD i have made so many plans to how can me and my team will give protection to the city.

-The last reason i would tell that i am available 8 to 12 hours in city so i would be able to know the problems of citizen so i can help them and i will try my best to make our city clean and safe from criminals I want to teach officers of the org to be respectful, helpful, and to be a hardworker to do their job, which is to protect citizens. I want the citizens of Los Santos to feel secure in their surroundings.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- First thing i will do is to make sure the officers who are working with me has a knowledge of Role PLay so the dont break the Role Play.

- Providing tasks to higherups on daily basis to maintain and proper activity within the organization.

- I will try to make a good relationship with all the legal orgs so we can help each other.

- Including promotions to hardworking and deserving employees for organization and providing them well good bonuses for maintaining good work and hard-working atmosphere among the organization.

2.1 I started my legal organizations career with SAHP around 6-7 months ago, then after that i joined LSPD as my second organization where i spent 2 consecutive terms, which enabled me to learn so much from my High Commands. I always loved the way my High Command's treated everyone and way of explaining everything. Since then, i saw the dream to become a leader of an organization one day and guide everyone. So, I am here to grab this opportunity and become the leader.


2.2 Working multiple terms as an High Command of Los Santos Police Department, i have developed decent leadership skillset which is mandatory and necessary to manage a organization, because you have to guide everyone as a leader what to do and not to. That's why i think i am fully capable for becoming the Chief Of Police.


2.3 In the previous term, I have worked starting few weeks as the Deputy Chief of Police and rest of the term as the Advisory Board of all Department. Working as the Deputy Chief of Police for two terms(Relay & Rust), I guided so many people on how to behave and work properly in LSPD. I have gained the experience of managing a state organization from the second highest level also. Because of that, i know what it takes and demands from a person to manage an organization, that is why i believe that i can take up this responsibility as the Chief Of Police.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

3.1 Guiding the foundation of the Organization : I believe that Lower Commands of any Organization work as same as the foundation of a building, if that part is strong, then nothing can harm the higher part. That's why i will give maximum priority to their trainings and their minor to minor doubts so that they perform well in roleplay and do not make any mistakes.

3.2 Surprise test for the High Commands : The high commands are very valuable asset to a state organization because they are the one who guide the lower commands and new joinees, they are the one who take interview and perform hiring and conduct training sessions. So, to perform all these tasks, firstly its mandatory to have that much knowledge so that they can guide anyone. That's why i will conduct surprise tests for the high commands randomly.

3.3 Conducting Revision Sessions for the New Officers : In my experience as a patrol officer, many of my partner officers were not able to understand things in their training properly, and they were feeling very hesitated to ask for re-training. So, I will instruct my HR Department to conduct Revision Training Session, in which just give a quick refreshment of all the things and basics, So that they can learn that stuff in which they are having doubts.

2.1 As LSPD was the first org which i ever joined, that's why i have got the chance to observe this organization very closely, this is why i think that i am fit to become the leader of LSPD.

2.2 In the past few terms of LSPD. I have been working there in the capacity of a high command and i have led department in every term in a very decent manner , that cause me to develop excellent leadership skill and team leading qualities due to this dedication for work towards LSPD i got the chance to become deputy chief of police in the previous term , alongside that i have experience of all law enforcement agencies as of now i am working as a Assistant director in FIB. That's why i think this is the perfect time for me to become a leader of a law enforcement organization.

2.3 As i said above, I have lot of experience in legal organizations. Because of that i found some mistakes and loopholes. That's why i have an urge inside me to change the way of leading any legal organization. so, By becoming the chief of police i want to correct all those mistakes which are made in the functioning of any legal organization. This is also one of the reason why i want to become the leader of LSPD

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Introducing daily meeting sessions:
As i have experience several terms in LSPD now, and that too at a leading level, i have found that, after starting of any term, the organization becomes inactive as the employees don't find any interactive medium and that's why they get bored very soon, to tackle that i will introduce daily meeting sessions that will act as a platform to interact with everyone and solve any doubts !!

3.2 Standard of LSPD training:
I have observed that because of some minor carelessness of the trainer or interviewer the employee who has newly joined LSPD at the beginner rank starts making mistakes which causes them to suffer from disciplinary action against them. So, i will try to increase the standard of training and interviews of LSPD employees, so that they get the best training from LSPD which will help them not only in LSPD but wherever they go.

3.3 Conducting Regular Police Academy Classes:
For improving the roleplay level in any organization, the employees of that organization must have proper knowledge about all city and server rules, and i think the Police Academy is a great medium to tackle all these things. We will provide best knowledge to our officers through a best quality Police Academy Instructor so that everyone can learn in maximum capacity out of it.

3.4 Relationship with other orgs
Since we are responsible for protecting the city from crime it is important to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city.

--> I have been in all legal organizations for many terms and learned from my higher-ups about the legislation and basically, how to lead a whole organization, I have a good amount of experience by now. I would like to step forward and take leadership of LSPD, which has led to my confidence and knowledge increasing the roleplay between state and crime organizations.

--> Since the crime in city has increased a lot. Innocent people are being robbed and looted. I don’t want my city to be in a such situation. It should be a place where law and order should come first and help the citizens. That is when I have decided to take a leadership position and use my experience and power to do my best in cleaning the city and making our beloved city of Los Santos a crime free to the maximum extent possible.

--> I plan to set up a dedicated Parking Enforcement and Towing division with volunteers focused on towing and issuing parking fines. This will allow our officers to concentrate on key tasks such as ATM robberies, emergency calls, arrests, and handling larger incidents. I also aim to introduce a ride-along program and a police training academy to bring in a new generation of officers and volunteers. This setup lets officers focus on essential duties, while volunteers manage parking enforcement, improving overall efficiency within the department. I have many good relations in the city and I can get the best and experienced officers on the ground. This will make sure the organization is operating at its best and at the same time less crime in the city.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in an organization.


--> To start off, I would begin finding a good team of officers that work together and not against each other, I think it is extremely important to have a team that works together and that get along with one another, To maintain a safe and welcoming work environment.

--> I would make sure that everyone in the organization is active and attending to events, ammo runs, anything that they are needed for, And to make sure that we have the most active and well behaving officers that we possibly can have. I think it is extremely important to have everyone in your organization that is online to be doing something beneficial toward the organization and not only toward themselves.

--> I would like to do a meeting with my org members every week which will be a promotion ceremony as well, where we will take suggestions from the members of the organization, give promotions to hard workers and implement their recommendations in the organization if they are good and I think that would make the organization good and also all members will be satisfied. and also I would like to give out bonuses and make an Officer of the Week kind of system which will encourage officers to be more active and perfect.

--> My final way to improve RP is that I won't be afraid to try new things, We will test new RP methods if it shows to be a success, I will continue with it, if it doesn't, it will be fazed out, I will do everything I possibly can as a leader to make sure we never get misread in a toxic manner. We will work with all the other organizations not against them and they will know that. This way I will ensure that LSPD completes its purpose.

Human Resource (HR) :- The main goal of this department will be on hiring and training of the new recruits, so that they are ready for any kind of situations.

Internal Affairs (IA) :- This department will work on all internal affairs of the organization by doing regular IA check ups and identifying corruption in the organization.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) :- This department will be specialized in close and long range combats which will help them in all kinds of globals and SWAT will always lead the special operations held by our organizations.

Traffic Enforcement Unit (TUE) :- This department main focus will be on regular patrolling around the city to make sure there is no active crimes and also make sure their is no parking violation if their is then they will tow and issue that vehicle a fine.

Detective Bureau (DB) :- This department will have those officers who have detective skills and can easily gather evidence of any kind of criminal activities without revealing their true identity.

My objective has always been to put together a team of individuals that work together and carry out their duties as a unit. I'll do my best to inspire them and improve the team every day. We will work with other state organizations as a LSPD organization to eradicate criminal activity in the State of Los Santos.

About the ranks and respect: I mean to emphasize that I will make sure that everyone is treated fairly and with the respect they deserve because I have observed in many organizations that many High Commands treat the lower levels with disdain. Promotion ceremonies will be held every week, and officers who put in extra effort will be granted bonuses. Our (IA) Department will supply the list of the most active and diligent officers.

I believe I can provide my organization and its members a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge. Any internal or external difficulties could be handled by me, and they would all be resolved through meetings and candid conversations where everyone could voice their opinions. I know how to balance the two worlds to make fantastic roleplay because I have experience with both state and criminal actions. Maintaining a radio connection is crucial for conveying critical information, therefore I'll concentrate on prioritizing effective communication. We will be able to collaborate better and work more professionally as a result.

2.1 I have had experience in many legal organizations and all of them turned out very well and I quickly rose through the ranks, doing my best in all organizations. LSPD was my first police officer andI have worked at LSPD more than 8 times and served as HOD there 5 times. I was also a Lieutenant. I was a General (29), Deputy Director (28) in FIB many times and Commander in Chief (28) in SAHP. Many people inspired me. In the LSPD leadership, especially 101 Hasbelkader Federal and his deputy 102 Ozgur Pluxury were my biggest inspirations. I also worked in the FIB field and learned a lot especially from Ignota Divinus, Mehbub Rich and Thomas. I got along well with my bosses in almost all organizations I worked and they all taught me good things.


2.2 I have many acquaintances in law organizations and if I win, I have a team that will stay with me forever. 2.3Finally, during my time at LSPD, I developed myself in the best possible way and I think I have the knowledge for this leadership. I worked with many leaders and they all gave me a different perspective and this helped me develop. I developed myself a lot in LSPD and I think I will do this leadership in the best possible way. Also, LSPD was my introduction to legal organizations, I started out knowing nothing and now I am very experienced and I have endless confidence in myself.


3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.


•I will establish the Detective Department in the best possible way and assign an experienced person to meet with the FIB and help them with evidence.

•I want to establish the best SWAT department ever established. I will assign one of the people I trust the most to head the SWAT department and I aim to establish the best SWAT department in history.

•We will provide the best training to all our officers. I will teach them how to act in ghetto patrols and how to react to bad situations. At the same time, I will give all my officers their rights.

•I will make the LSPD the most active Organization on the server and I will do everything in my power to achieve this. I will support the new citizens and •I will maintain the best possible order in the city and try to create a safe area in the city.

•Anyone who breaks the rules will be treated the same, everyone will pay the penalty for what they did.

•I will make the Internal Affairs (IA) department very efficient, it will be an institution for the order and discipline of this institution and

•I will train the Human Resources department to hire a large number of new employees and try to do it in the best possible way

•I will deal with all my departments one by one and seek solutions for the slightest request or complaint.

•Finally, if I am elected, I can assure you that there will be no crime in the city, I will come before you with an experienced and noble staff

I have been in this city for over 6 months and since then I was in LEO field completely, I started my career as a cop, and I seek to change several stuffs. I feel the central police is underperforming for the past few days and several changes are to be made. In the past few terms, I have noticed in a surge in ATM robberies and low activity in LSPD, which are a good sign for the downfall of the law. If I'm elected as the leader of LSPD, I would make sure the well trained and well fit officers are hired, and law and order is maintained in the city.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

Firstly, I would improve communication, a proper use of radio must be implemented, chatter and screams should be avoided. Secondly, I would make sure a proper training takes place. A proper training and Hiring are the backbone of the org. I would work on effective traffic procedures and arrest procedures.
A proper flow of salary should be made effective for a effective workforce. I would set up a team which focuses on finance and bonuses.
Thirdly, I would make sure the IA department enjoys special powers, like being able to interfere in investigations and become HC. This would make sure of a quality workforce in the org.


Execute a locale based watch framework where groups are liable for explicit region of the city to further develop reaction times.

Assign particular units like Special SWAT division, Traffic Authorization, and Investigator Divisions with unmistakable jobs.

Coordinate week by week technique gatherings for division wide updates, input assortment, and strategy audits.

Lastly, I would work on the favouritism. Curbing favism is the concern of the time. We would have equality in the midst of organization.

2> Working multiple terms as an High Command Other Legal orgs, i have developed good leadership skillset which is mandatory and necessary to manage a organization, because you have to guide everyone as a leader what to do and not to. 3> No favoritism: I will ensure that promotions are granted to deserving candidates and forbid any favoritism throughout my tenure. No internal files are present.

4> Friendly workplace: I'll make sure my organization has a welcoming workplace where everyone is treated equally. We'll work as a team of friends, so units can ask us anything at any time if they have any questions.

- One of my primary objectives ever since I came to the city was to take a leadership of an organization. LSPD is going to be perfect for that as I will have my deputies and units by my side who will help me in taking a successful term, I am confident that I can lead an organization and that I possess the skills that are necessary.


- I want to be the leader of LSPD because I've spent a considerable amount of time working in state organizations, whether it be Government, LSPD, SAHP, FIB & NG. During this time, I've closely worked with leaders of state orgs and they've taught me a lot. I would like to use these experiences and knowledge and lead an organization, And LSPD would be perfect as it's situated in the middle of the city.

- My Past experience in LSPD has allowed me to understand the working of LSPD inside out. I would like to take on a term of LSPD and challenge my limits and push past them and try to lead an organization never like before.

- I would like to take the term of LSPD as I want to improve the ethics of LSPD. Throughout my time while working in LSPD , I have noticed that there is a lot of Misuse of the Radio and the employees are not following the ethics code released by the government, I would be committed towards improving the professionalism in the organization.

- I am going work towards the hiring structure of the organization, I will hire people who possess knowledge to be part of the organization. Moreover if someone fails the interview, I will be open towards offering knowledge to them and giving them another chance after a certain amount of days to join the organization.

- I would be committed towards maintaining good relationships with other state organizations and work with them to promote the Rp.

- I would be open to suggestions and advice which will help in the betterment of my organization. I do not possess every piece of crucial information, so this will help me in gaining knowledge and the same will help me in improving my organization.

- I will conduct regular training sessions which will help in improving the knowledge of the members of my organization, With that The same will result in preventing rule breaks.

- As my last point, I would be committed towards making LSPD active and a organization which does not do rule break. With that I would encourage my units to work as a team together and I can assure you that there will be no favoritism in my term.

  • I want to be the leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) because I am strongly dedicated to maintaining law and order in the city while promoting a well organized and professional police force. My focus is to improve the department's effectiveness by putting in place strategic policies, providing officers quality training, and following RP fundamentals.
  • I started my journey as a Patrol Officer in LSPD, after learning a lot from my seniors and experiencing a lot of situations in the city I kept growing for months in LSPD and finally I became Assistant Chief of Police in LSPD. After LSPD I also have experience of National Guard where again I started from a Trainee and after growing a lot there I became the Lieutenant General and worked really hard there. Apart from these I also have experience of San Andreas Highway Patrol department also, where I have worked in various high command roles. I have also worked for Emergency Medical Services for a while to gain some experience how EMS works. Having experience as a cop and a deputy leader of a state organization, I think that I can form a department which achieves justice, fairness, and roleplay immersion. I want to develop good relationships with both citizens and other organizations so that the LSPD will be respected, equitable, and efficient in upholding peace.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To Enhance the roleplay quality in the organization We will take these steps as below.
  • Have a formal and proper Police Training where new recruits go through realistic training before they can engage into work. We will Instruct everyone to use proper radio communication, arrest procedures, and use of protocols.
  • We will establish strict boundaries between IC and OOC interactions to preserve immersion. Our officers must be in character at all times under any circumstances.
  • Our officers will make complete incident reports, arrest reports, and warrants to increase realism.
  • Our Internal Affairs department will be always active to probe corruption, misuse of power, and RP misconduct. Officers who will violate rules must be subjected to IC consequences such as suspension, retraining, or demotion.
  • We will conduct daily or weekly standup calls where officers are given briefings, mission orders, and announcements.
  • There will be bonus system for officers depending on performance.

First of all, I have been serving in this organization since I started playing RP. I joined as a Senior Patrol Officer here and was dedicated towards my work from the very beginning. In this long long journey, I've experienced a lot about this org. and I had a goal for some time ago to serve in this org. as a leader. It would be a great opportunity for me if I got the leadership as I have a lot things to improve in this org. like trust building among the employees, better and smart response to the emergency calls, getting units ready for any situation, co-ordinating with the other orgs in the best possible way etc. All this would be better possible if I became the leader. I have been serving in other state orgs as a high command as well like in FIB I serverd as a Chief of Staff so I've got the taste of leadership and understood how to make everyone satisfied under me by treating them in the best way, being supportive towards them, giving them new oppotunities which keeps them intersted and fresh towards the organization. Being a leader is not just a position where you have all the powers to rule over others instead its a resonsiblity for us to shape that specific area with new ideas and taking everyone with us as well.

ii) If I want to improve the perfomance of the organization then first of all I will focus on making sure that are there proper human resources officers who are ready to hire the best ones and train them in the best way. This would clear the doubt of someone being left behind. If the HR team is training a new officer by explaining every aspect of the org., clearing their each and every doubts, testing their skills practicallly, ready to resopnd even after giving training and for doing this they have to be dedicated towards their work not from their mind but from their heart. Getting a perfect HR team in this org. will solve 60-70% problems and difficulties like the new officers have lack of knowledge, they are lazy towrads their duty, don't know how to deal with the citizens and High commannds as well. HR team can build a strong core of this org. by doing their work with full dedication and ensuring that everyone whom they hired are getting new tastes and experiences. By this noone will feel bored and will be active for every time when required which will lead to great respect, value and better understanding towrads the overall organization by everyone.

iii) For making my leadership succesful, I would make sure that everyone has got the position or rank that they deserve. For getting this point done I will make sure that everyone is getting treated fairly and will get the ranks according to the skills they aquired not by showing their past proofs of experiences in this org. or any other state org. Everone will be tested, trained and treated im the best possible way. Some strictness is also required for making sure that everyone is giving their best in the org. If someone is not getting the required tasks done then he would be definately facing the suitable consequences of his imperfections which will lead to his better perfomance next time. If someone is being inactive even if a High command or not working in the way that he should be then he have to give a proper reason about his situation oherwise he will not be kept with the same rank and will be demoted or treated accordingly.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

i)
For improving the Roleplay level in the org. I would make sure that everyone is motivated and dedicated towards their work by giving them the rewards, ranks etc. that they deserve. Getting a better bonus system will also help to support this point. Everyone will get chance to keep their point about the improvement or the difficulties they are facing in the org in the regular meetings. I will heartly accept everyone's POV to make sure that the organization is running in a smooth way.

ii) As a leader I would prefer to keep working and researching on new ideas given by either by juniors or by sebiors it doesn't matters. I will respect their suggestions and would also implement if required which will lead to better Ropleplay in the org.

iii) I will make sure that the basic responsibilities by everyone are getting done like locking all doors every time, keeping a record of taken and used ammunitions from the armory, feeling of helping everyone, giving respect to each other, responding to situations fastest possible etc. This all will result in a great Roleplay in the organization.

iv) Being disciplined in the org. is most important thing for getting the things done like foolowing rules and resulations properly, being self contolled and working hard to achieve the goals. The employees which are well disciplined will be awarded with the gifts, bonuses etc. This will result to a perfect and required Roleplay level in the org.

v) My last advice about improving the Roleplay level in the organiztion would be to give everything to everyone which they deserve. Making sure that every officer has required knowledge in the org., getting the HR team team always ready to train the officers with new skills and keeping their minds fresh and concentrated. Everyone will be held with a chance to improve and succeed. Promotions and demotions will be done according to one's performance. If we have to improve something then we have to start working about it by ourselves not seeking for others. As a leader I will be always ready to resolve the conflicts, accept new ideas, motivating everyone to work better and live better which will lead to a clean and fresh environment in the organzation and also better Roleplay level.

--> 1. As I have been General of National Guards and Undersherrif of San Andreas Police Department in city 3 ( EN 3 ) I think that I enough experience to handle an organization like LSPD which make me thinking to apply for LSPD leadership. I have a lot of friends in this city who can help me have a good and succesful term so I think I should apply for leadership of this specific organization.

2. My past experience of being Leader of NG and deputy of SAHP along with other HC experience in en 3 it give me a good lead to become leader of SAHP as I am aware of all rules and regulation along with IC laws + I also know how everything in system works ICly. I also have some deputies in mind which will help me make my term go smooth as butter.

3. Strategic vision and innovation of mine as the head of the LSPD, I get to vision the future of the organization and lead it to growth. I will try to get fresh ideas and approaches to make the LSPD the best org in en 2 also I will try to get new Recruities by meself

III. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

-> As we know the LSPD is Police so first of all, I will try to have good number in Organization. After getting good number officers i already have good HCs, that's why I can get many Good officers for Maintaining The LSPD.


-> I will host open recruitment every 2 day to get soldiers into LSPD


-> I will host different type of arena games with a prize pool for my officers that will help them increase the shooting skills.


-> I will make sure that I complete my ghetto patrols target each week with my officers and it will increase RP.

-> HR ( Human Resources ): HR will hire officers by taking interview, HR will conduct test every week, and will host open recruitment in every 3 days.
-> IA ( Internal Affairs ): IA is the most important division in the LSPD, IA will check everyones licenses does not matter the rank, IA will conduct activity check every 2 days.
->Towing Department: TD ( Towing Department ) will be doing tows. I will be making good bonus system for towing
-> Patrollers: This department will be pattroling in city and fining the law breakers.

2.1 As LSPD was the first org which i ever joined, that's why i have got the chance to observe this organization very closely, this is why i think that i am fit to become the leader of LSPD.

2.2 In the past few terms of LSPD. I have been working there in the capacity of a high command and i have led department in every term in a very decent manner , that cause me to develop excellent leadership skill and team leading qualities due to this dedication for work towards LSPD i got the chance to become deputy chief of police in the previous term , alongside that i have experience of all law enforcement agencies as of now i am working as a Assistant director in FIB. That's why i think this is the perfect time for me to become a leader of a law enforcement organization.

2.3 As i said above, I have lot of experience in legal organizations. Because of that i found some mistakes and loopholes. That's why i have an urge inside me to change the way of leading any legal organization. so, By becoming the chief of police i want to correct all those mistakes which are made in the functioning of any legal organization. This is also one of the reason why i want to become the leader of LSPD

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Introducing daily meeting sessions:
As i have experience several terms in LSPD now, and that too at a leading level, i have found that, after starting of any term, the organization becomes inactive as the employees don't find any interactive medium and that's why they get bored very soon, to tackle that i will introduce daily meeting sessions that will act as a platform to interact with everyone and solve any doubts !!

3.2 Standard of LSPD training:
I have observed that because of some minor carelessness of the trainer or interviewer the employee who has newly joined LSPD at the beginner rank starts making mistakes which causes them to suffer from disciplinary action against them. So, i will try to increase the standard of training and interviews of LSPD employees, so that they get the best training from LSPD which will help them not only in LSPD but wherever they go.

3.3 Conducting Regular Police Academy Classes:
For improving the roleplay level in any organization, the employees of that organization must have proper knowledge about all city and server rules, and i think the Police Academy is a great medium to tackle all these things. We will provide best knowledge to our officers through a best quality Police Academy Instructor so that everyone can learn in maximum capacity out of it.

3.4 Relationship with other orgs
Since we are responsible for protecting the city from crime it is important to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city.
