2.1 EMS was my first organization, and it played a significant role in my life. I made new friends, met great leaders, and gained valuable experience through various high-command opportunities. EMS is the heart of the city, and because of that, the people of Los Santos enjoy better health. At every event involving the aircraft carrier and submarine, the adrenaline short for the teams is palpable, and they often find themselves in winning situations.

2.2 I want to become the leader of EMS because I have the necessary experience and leadership qualities to guide this organization effectively. I also have some new ideas that can help create a healthier and better environment for the people Los Santos


2.3 I started my journey as a medical student and received training from exceptional medical professors. After completing my training, I was promoted to nurse. Through hard work and dedication, I advanced to the position of doctor, and due to my outstanding roleplay skills, I earned a promotion to surgeon. One of my significant achievements was successfully removing a tumor from a patient's brain.

2.4 My leadership qualities were recognized during my time in EMS, particularly when I covered the lobby at night and demonstrated my commitment. 3.1 We will create a surgical team available day and night. Additionally, we will provide high-quality training to the surgical team, advancing our role-play in EMS to the next level


3.2 I will be organizing exciting events for all departments. For the labs department, we will introduce the Mass Madruns and Mass Capture event, which will be held once a week. As a result, the bonus will be doubled for those involved in making medical supplies and deliveries.

3.3 My excellent High Command team will participate in events such as aircraft carrier, submarine, and bank protection. My High Command team will ensure every Leo receives Adrenaline shorts.


3.4 During my term, I will focus specifically on the FTO department to ensure that all medical students receive quality training. I aim to have excellent instructors in the FTO department by selecting the best candidates from EMS. Before hiring for the FTO roles, we will conduct interviews to assess their experience and ability to provide high-quality training to medical students. 2.1. I have good experience in EMS and as well as in Legal organization. I started from the bottom and got higher rank in organization. And i have seen EMS not upto mark through calls and lobbies at night which i am confident i will fullfil.

2.2. As an EMS leader, I will make sure that me or no other high commander will ever abuse their power, will lead from the front and keep training the new employees as my own fam members. I will make sure to maintain a healthy and calm environment in the EMS which will be better for the citizen who will come to us.

2.3. As a leader, i have the quality of communicating clearly and take quick decisions as per the situation arise. I know how to stay calm under pressure. I will make sure the team knows what needs to be done and keep everything moving efficiently. Leadership is not about telling people what to do, it's about encouraging everyone to work together and solving the problems from within the oragnization and keeping everyone happy.

3.1 Most of the time i saw empty lobbies so i will make sure that there will be empty lobbies covered. I will personally cover them too if situation demands.

3.2 Most of the time citizen call for ambulance but there will be no response from EMS so i will make sure every citizen will get help when they required.

3.3 I will be strict with employees to put time zone so that i will assign lobbies and calls to employees.

3.4. I will make sure that i will take regular updates from HC's regarding if any employees are making mistakes and if required will give them training again.

3.5 I will hire experienced FTO, and I will take their exam too so they will not do any type of mistakes and will providing training to new employees. And if ex HC's want to join EMS again i will make sure that check the current working ambience and adapt accordingly.
