Leader of EMS ||Emergency Medical Services||

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 I would like to be the leader of EMS because I have previously been in EMS and seen what it is like and have a had a passion to be apart of it again and make it better than what it has been.
2.2 I would like to be the leader of EMS because there is good things that can happen for the EMS but it just needs to be pulled up and by saying this i mean that every lobby should have a person standing with a smile ready to fix people when they come threw the lobbies, There should also be a person on calls who is willing to RP no matter the situation they aren't allowed.
2.3 I would like to be the leader of EMS because with being in many positions in the EMS in the other city there are somethings with in the organization that can be improved.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Everything you do whilst in EMS uniform has to be RP
3.2 Training people to make sure that they RP whilst giving some a heal in lobby or whilst on calls instead of being a mute!
3.3 Doing a RP scene as a test to make sure they know what they doing if some is in need of surgery or anything in those general areas!

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have a lot of experience from different types of RP experiences since my first time playing on an RP server on a different game than GTA back in 2019. During this time, I've had the opportunity to play many characters, both in serious and non-serious RP environments, both as a leader and a member within a team. I have firsthand experience in the EMS to understand what and how it works and what needs to be improved, and while I will admit that others with more experience inside the EMS will be a key factor in securing a tenure as EMS leader, I hope that my formal and professional way of thinking will be a key factor in securing a tenure as EMS leader.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I've lived in this city since August, and I've seen several iterations of this organization, from a single hospital in Pillbox to the four hospitals that now dot the map. It will be critical to have a leader who can effectively lead large groups of people. I believe I am capable of leading and growing this organization to the size required to staff all three locations around the clock. I'm intrigued by the challenge of leading a large, 24/7 organization. Simply by coordinating, for EMS in a variety of city events that will happen for the citizens.

2. I'd like to propose that training should be improved from an RP standpoint, as the majority of training currently takes place in the changing room at Pillbox Hospital. I propose that training be more IC focused and held in some type of meeting room or training area. In addition, I'd like to see more in-depth training on 10-10 scenarios and dealing with gang-related situations. I would like to also make the roleplay scenario feel more real when we are healing someone, for example, "I will be looking for your pulse, looking where your wounds are or where it hurts. I will be giving you some ibuprofen to relieve the pain and I will be patching your wounds."

3. EMS currently has a system of logging work hours and vehicle status on Discord. From what I can see, this is then manually entered into a channel on their discord server. I would like to assist and streamline this process to make it more efficient, giving High Command more time to RP with employees, state and civilian characters. To do this, I suggest that logging to be moved to forms (either clockify or another clocking in and out system) allowing the hours to be automatically logged through forms by employees themselves (and can still be checked for accuracy). For vehicles, with a bit of spreadsheet magic, it can also show real-time figures of what vehicles are in-use or returned, and what time they have been taking and what time they put back.

1. Leader of... EMS
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

I have been roleplaying as EMS since I was 16 years old. I started in City Life RPG on Arma 2, and then I went to Arma 3 Life where I became EMS Chief, now I have been in EMS on GrandRP for about a month and a half. Ever since I joined EMS I knew that it was the right job for me. I love helping everyone in City 2 and I love the roleplay that we get to partake in while being a part of EMS. When I joined EMS I was quickly assigned to the training department and then rose in the ranks from Trainee to Division Chief within a couple of weeks. Since then I have been working everyday to make EMS a great place for everyone. I make sure people follow rules and regulations, I make sure everything is logged properly, and I give out promotions to the people who really deserve it. The qualities that make an employee standout to me are loyalty, activity, professionalism, and ambition, and if our employees show that I make sure they are rewarded for that. I feel as a leader I can help EMS be an organization that all the other organizations use as an example, including from a roleplay standpoint and a professionalism standpoint. I can also make sure that lobbies are filled all of the time and we have employees active during all times of the day, I will make sure to properly calculate and distribute the bonuses, and participate in events, state organization inspections, and any opportunity we have to bring roleplay in EMS to the next level.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

A. The first suggestion on improving roleplay would be focused around our training process. I would like to revise the setup we have currently so that there is a Day 1 Exam, and a Day 2 Exam. If employees pass the Day 1 exam they can cover lobbies, so they will be able to get experience with the radio codes and interaction systems without having to worry about learning the processes of calls and labs just yet. After they feel comfortable with that, they will take Day 2 training, and then an exam that covers things such as logging vehicles, logging bodycam, professional driving that follows roleplay(always maintaining control of the vehicle), lab work, and everything related to FearRP and 10-10 situations. I think setting up a driving exam would be helpful in making sure everyone is comfortable driving at high speeds, safely.

B. I would also like to make sure when people are working on lobbies, they make sure that they roleplay to the best of their abilities. Always greeting people in a kind and professional way. I want patients who come to the hospital to be pleasantly surprised at how friendly our staff are, and always feel comfortable talking to our employees, whether it is about purchasing medkits or being healed, or asking about our current recruitment situation. I have also been a part of some situations where people roleplay needing surgery, and I think training our surgeons on how to roleplay out those situations could bring a new and fun aspect to hospital work, we could schedule surgeries, roleplay the situation, and then also roleplay pre-op and post-op care such as telling people to not eat or drink before their surgery and to rest and recuperate after surgery.

C. I also think that we could do much more regarding situations with law enforcement (hostage situations, DOC, adrenaline shots). I would like EMS to get involved in these situations more often, as these situations are GREAT opportunities for roleplay. In hostage situations we could be required to take an ambulance which we can roleplay taking medical supplies out of, and an escort (a supervisor vehicle). If we could be a part of more of the situations I feel it could help our employees get comfortable with roleplay situations in EMS and it would help them add roleplay into every one of their tasks on a daily basis. I would also like to get EMS more involved in DOC prisoner situations such as injuries from their process of getting arrested, or fights at the prison. Adrenaline shots should also be more readily available for LEO situations, they should feel free to ask for those shots whenever they may need them, and we should respond to those situations as fast as possible. We should also make sure to give adrenaline shots as close to the time they leave as possible, so the effects don't wear off when they need them most.

1.Chief of EMS

2.

I am an experienced member of the Medical Services. Starting from the bottom, I climbed the ranks to be the Division Chief of MD, and the Division Chief of FTO. A lot of my time in the organization was dedicated to recruiting, interviewing, and training our new members, as I held the position of the Head of Training. I’ve seen the good in our systems, I’ve seen flaws in them as well. During my stay in the city I met plenty of wonderful, positive and capable people, who could be of use to the organization, but either left, or stay away because of various issues they see. For a time I’ve also been part of the USSS, and also were a senator of the state congress, but I always felt like EMS is the place where I belong the most.
I’ve been chosen to become the senator in part due to my approach to people, as well as my warm and welcoming demeanor. I try to see the good in everyone, and everyone deserves individual approach. Despite my usual easy-going approach, I am not beyond maintaining discipline in an organization. Good work needs to be rewarded, but mistakes need to be mended and rectified.
If I were chosen to lead EMS, I’d ensure our recruitment policies are more strict, and enforcement of them would be crucial. Gone would be favoritism, everything should follow a clear and transparent structure. Initial requirements - > Background check - > Training -> Examination - > Employment. The mandatory requirements could involve 15/16 years of age, a functioning voicebox, and a good, communicative level of English. Our city is an international, multicultural community of people from all origins, backgrounds, gender identities, orientations, cultures and beliefs. I do understand a good understanding of English cannot be asked from everyone, but EMS is an organization that strongly relies on communication. Communication between employees, communication with the patients, communication with other organizations, thus its members should be able to maintain at least the basic level of RP and communication, as well as a clear-enough voicebox, to be heard without an issue by patients, coworkers, or superiors.
Thus, the solutions already implemented in the organization would serve well, but they need to be taken more seriously, as well as honored. To this end, the overall recruitment of personnel should be limited, more selective.
EMS often has the not too real reputation of being the “easy organization with great paycheck”, thus a desirable target for all, new and experienced. This great influx of interest results in many people applying, getting hired, and then leaving the organization within days, when they realize it’s not as easy as it was said. This turnover rate results in unnecessary bureaucratic chaos in the ranks, which could be resolved by ensuring a smaller, but well trained and dedicated crew.
If I were to be a new chief, I would like to work with the curators of EMS to hopefully find a solution of the SH staffing problem. It’s a location, that is painful for most employees to staff, usually tied with lower wages, or, simply said, boredom. It’s an issue that keeps appearing in the EMS history, and thus I could attempt to find a solution with the curators, as well as the HC. Perhaps hosting an open debate for all EMS employees could also yield some interesting ideas, concepts or observations.
For EMS especially, the public image of the organization is important. We could still make EMS an organization to be looked up to, working hard every day to keep the city running, citizens and state employees healthy and safe. For this, I suggest the harsher recruitment mentioned above, but as a positive counterweight EMS should offer a safe and positive working environment for people from all backgrounds, built on mutual respect and understanding. This good environment would potentially pour out towards patients as well, because satisfied and happy employees often treat their clients, or rather, patients, better, which could in turn lead to general uplift when it comes to the spirit and attitude of the city. It might be a bit of wishful thinking on my part, but I do believe kindness returns to all of us eventually, and perhaps a change even in one of the organizations could provide a spark for an all-out improvement. To this end, I want to ensure a steady cooperation with fellow HC as well as Curators, and other Organizations.

3.

As of improving RP in the organization, limiting our recruitment, as well as ensuring that our trainees are trained precisely and well would go a long way towards improving the quality of EMS RP. Another thing could be the extended cooperation with other organizations, including the Government, as well as Law Enforcement Organizations, to ensure efficient operations of the state.

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans: a) I had worked in ems more than 3-4 months.I belong to a familiy which had many people and i had very good relationships with the other families so i can bring a high number of people to ems so no lobby will be empty. i can make it the most active Legal Org of history.
b) I want to be the leader of ems so i can keep all lobbies covered all time . i have many members in my fam from different timezones so i can bring them also so all the time ems will serve the people of city. I can ensure that there is person working in all departments of the org ( med lab, Med runs and calls) along all the lobbies being full!
c) I have been deputy of many Orgs. I have observed many mistakes in the past made by the old leaders. i can operate the Org on its best. I have great leadership skills. and know how to mange an org so it can become on top. Being in almost every org i know the ins and outs of how things work all around the city. By using this knowledge i can make the EMS on top. I can train the new people who will join the ems very well so they will not break any rule and will have great communication skills as the communication is very important.
3. Your advice for improving RP level in organization

Ans: you should always make sure that the patients is happy with the ems person work. we should greet all the person who enter in the lobbies. All of this will be implemented in training. Calls always be taken seriously because sometime they can become dangerous. Telling the uncousinous person your name and what you are going to do to help him should must be tell to him. I will make sure that whoever will enter the ems will know how to use (/ME,/TRY,/DO,/TODO) it will help them to bring the great RP. I will introduce the new ranking system that will be realistic and fitting for people who will join AS department and MD department. If i got accepted i will bring all these things to ems so everyone i wll love to join ems

Hope you will see my Potential

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1.From the time I joined EMS, it’s been more than 4 months and I had great experience since then and now. As I basically worked under 3 leaders (ENG 1) and experienced their leadership regarding the organization, I have gained a complete idea about how to run the org with proper set of rules and create a fun and functional RP with friendly environment and i have been EMS leader and have expires in the Org.
2. Integrity builds trust: Think back to my time in the field. I always had trust on medics and EMS partner, I probably couldn’t wait until the next shift bid so that I can meet more people. In EMS, it connotes a deep commitment to do the right thing for the right reason, regardless of the circumstances. I have confidence that as an effective EMS leader I can build trust by keeping their word, not playing favourites.
3. A leader is as good as his team: While employed in the EMS I have almost held all the ranks in the org, from trainee to Head of MD, and I am confident that I will the good fit for this leadership because as a leader I will work with employees like a part of them and not keep bossing around always. The employees must know and believe in an open communication culture within the department, by that I can create such an environment which will lead to the growth and I will give credit to my team, listen to feedback from others, and accept responsibility for my team’s success or failures, instead of blaming them.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3) Employee’s love being a part of something great. Helping them to build something you can all be proud of!
a) I will ensure that EMS employee will just not stand in lobby and keep spamming Z without doing a proper RP by providing them complete training to every trainee before becoming the part of EMS and will rework with the current trainees as well.
b) by following rules of state 3.3(Health-Check-ups twice a week in all Organizations) I would hold regular check-up drive to the places where it’s hard for citizens to get medical care like DOC prisoners, outskirts of the city like sandy and paleto bay including all other organisation.
c) To be honest I think we should have the ability to place barriers since sometimes when our staff are healing unconscious people on the road would get hit by drivers. As everyone know about the contract EMS have with NG, I will make sure that we interact with another legal organisation as well to create a healthy environment around the city.
d) Since I started working in EMS there’s always been lack of employees not only in sandy but in city pillbox too, so I will make sure with every recruitment drive that we get the best out of every possible recruit we can get.
e) as a leader of this organisation, I will be holding events once per week to create some fun environment because I strongly believe that there is a huge demand to create more fun EMS besides the unit on duty in the hospital lobbies or medic who picks you from the side of the road.
f) And one more important important point I want to add is I didn’t become an EMS to get a front-row seat to other people’s tragedies. I did it because I knew the world was bleeding and so was I, and somewhere inside I knew the only way to stop my own bleeding was to learn how to stop someone else’s. I really hope that you will consider my application for this leadership

EMS ON TOP !!!!!!!!!! ❤️

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1. As Chief, I would keep a close eye on our FTOs and make sure that all trainees are trained to a maximum standard, because it is much easier to learn something the right way and stick with it than to learn it the wrong way and then have to learn it all over again. Training new employees from day one has to be the most important thing. I believe in quality over quantity.

2. As Chief, I would constantly announce recruits through Discord and State Wave and make sure new people are constantly coming in and there is never a shortage of staff, even on the night shift. We would also constantly produce and deliver medical supplies, not only to Central Hospital, but to all other orgs as well.

3. As Chief, I would like to introduce compulsory first aid courses for the state organizations: Every state organization has the so-called "syringes", but it is only in the NG that there are also medically trained personnel who can really provide this medical assistance. So I would like to bring about that it is no longer a "Hey you give me a quick shot" but a "Hey, I hurt myself here, do you think you could take a look and help me?"

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice for improving working conditions would be to continually spot check employees to determine their working conditions in lobbies and/or on calls and reward those who meet the standards. Those who do not meet the standards should receive more training so we can help them in that regard. I think EMS is the most important organization because everyone needs our services 24/7 and that is another reason why we need a high RP level.
Presence: It shouldn't be like we're just following calls, we should also keep our eyes open within the city itself, focus on civilians who want to draw attention to themselves and not just drive by in more difficult places, but actively check out how people are doing.
Thank you for spending your precious time in reading my application.
Hope for positive response.

I want to be leader of EMS to help the citizens and improve the RP of EMS. With the current state of EMS I see a lot of script based activities. I want to bring the RP aspect of EMS to life and build on that. When people come into thee hospital and want to see a side to EMS that can bring the RP to the table and present that to anyone that is what in my eyes makes EMS amazing. I want to be leader of EMS because it has so many opportunities for RP to be expressed. I will be able to make a active and manageable department in EMS. I will make everyone within EMS feel welcome and like they have a home here. EMS is amazing it is something I would be grateful and would take pride in leading. I want to lead EMS to take my skills from prior rp experiences and shine them into light. I will be able to treat all of the Employees proper care and (BLS) and make proper training for EMS.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  • Properly RP out surgeries
  • Have positive interactions and become a respected department
  • Become a very state wide and welcome organization
  • Be the helping hand to the city that can help during someone worst time of their lives
  • Shine light onto /me /do based rp within EMS
  • Create a stable and consistent EMS
  • Lead and understand the responsibilities as a leader
  • Create a good training for EMS including Basic Life Support (BLS) and (CPR) with Proper RP

  1. Hello I am Chase and I have played GTA RP servers for about 6 months now and joined Grand a little less then a month ago. I set the goal wanting to make an impact to all players as well as assisting in helping out the community. As I’ve experienced over the past few weeks I have been playing, everyone seems to care about how long you have been in the city and what items you have, and this turns to a social status. Even though I haven’t been here since the beginning, that doesn’t mean I can't make a name for myself. I have made very good progress getting my name out and helping people I run into any way I can. Over the time spent working for EMS strong bonds have been made and many laughs have been spread. This being from just running into fellow co-workers or even meeting people that come in for services. EMS isn’t only a organization, it has become a type of family in a way that allows us to rely and trust in one another. I want to work my hardest to keep things in EMS in line as well as implementing a way to have fun times, because we all come here to the city for that very reason. Currently OOC I serve in the U.S. Military and have learned many leadership skills that can reflect on leading people because it's my job. I am very outspoken and can talk up a conversation with anyone that comes my way. The people of EMS need a person they can come to with issues, or even help with other things. I am understanding of many situations that have come to EMS and think I am suitable to take the organization under my wing. I will pour my heart and soul into making EMS the best place for people to come in the city and will maximize work to the most enjoyable extent possible. There will be absolutely no toleration for any sort of racism / discrimination, and it will be strictly enforced to each and every employee. EMS is my main focus and will grow stronger with me in command. Trust the process.

  1. I’m not going to bore you gods with every single detail I want to change because there's tons of other applications and I value your time. But I’ll post below a few goals I will have in time down below to better our organization.

  1. First I would like to implement a schedule system which i would personally work on with the other high command in the organization. I always join the city to see people struggling to either get hours on a certain position or the opposite of not being able to get people to work because no one is able to. I will take into consideration of everyone's time zones and allocate a fixed schedule for every individual person so they meet their hourly requirements. Because if someone is in EMS and they aren't doing anything for us then why have them here. I never have seen a middle ground system implied that gets everyone their hours. I’ve seen previously leaders have said they were going to accomplish this but it never happened. I will act when I say something.

  1. Next I would reorganize the training because currently it is complex and hard to understand due to a majority of the players not the best at english but I will reform the training logs and make them more easier to understand while providing the fundamental information needed.

These are just two of the many things I personally think that could be improved. I want to thank whoever views this application for taking the time to look at it and once again I would be honored to Lead such a strong group of people. Amazing people make amazing times and that's what I plan to make!

Thank you,
EMS

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
  1. I have been in EMS for more than 3 months now. From trainee, doctor, FTO, deputy, and now I am the temporary leader of EMS.

  2. I am very good at communicating, I have leadership qualities and decision-making. Most EMS employees like and support me as I am cooperative and like to help my staff whenever they need me.

  3. I will refine EMS by letting the High Comand take care of their respective divisions. For instance, MD and AS departments will only do lobbies and calls, and the Training department will only take care of the training.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

  1. Since EMS has received armor I would want to send High commands to hostage situations and check the hostage if the gang or family has caused any harm to them in the crossfire. Only after the situation is concluded.

  2. I will hire people from different time zones so that we have lobbies covered 24/7.

  3. I will ensure all members give contributions to the organization. I would speak to everyone about what they like to do and segregate the lab division, lobby division, calls division, and general division therefore people can do what they love the most. I will ensure more ARD training to reduce the time to respond to a call

  4. Add a Code C radio code over radio and discord for sleeping staff (AFK players) so that the actual strength of staff available is known at all times.

2.2, I know EMS inside and out and have enjoyed every aspect of the job and now we have locks on the change rooms that is the new best thing in the city not gonna lie xD we can now do training of new people in peace.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? I know there is a lot of problems to make sure people are active and on during the night. I have ideas to fix this which is by offering more bonuses and making sure people are having fun. I will also make sure people are trained correctly and having a good time. I will also, make sure other orgs get their shots and everything. I also will make sure we will be hosting recruitment drives every weekend so we can get more people. I also, will keep in contact with all other organizations and make sure they have Medkits and everyone has health insurance.

3Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. I want to make sure people are trained and that we have people always in lobbies and covering them. Also, to make sure everyone is following all the guides. I want to make sure people are always on lobbies and make sure that we get people on calls. Also to make sure everyone in the org is family and is following all of our guidelines. I want to help make sure people are following COC and people are doing med runs and other stuff.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

A) I would like to lead EMS because since I have joined EMS I experienced this org as challenging and fun, and thats why I stayed there for 2 months, climbing the chain of command from Suspended, Doctor, Dean Of FTO to Div Chief Of FTO. While I was in EMS I met new friends, worked hard, and had fun. i was really happy in EMS and I just want to make other players happy too. I’m very familiar with the server rules, and i have the ability to manege my employees in a respectful and helpful manner.

B) when i was in EMS there were problems with the activity during night shifts and in SH lobby, and i have some ideas how to fix it. for example: i can give more bonuses to the employs who will work night shifts and in SH as well. I think I can make them enjoy the work in SH and night shifts (if their time zone matches the night shift.)

C) In addition to my EMS experience, i have been in most of the legal and illegal orgs in the server as well. so i know how things work from both sides of the server, I believe that experience can help me a lot if i will be the leader of EMS.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

A) when i was in EMS there was always fight on lobbys (PH specifically.) employees were working in ph for 5 hours NonStop, and i want to change it. if i will be EMS leader i will do my best to make sure that the lobbys times will be equal with all the workers.

B) when i was in EMS, we didnt had a lot of FTOS, if i will be EMS leader i will try my best to train ppl + train my workers to become FTOS, because i think this is one of the important things in EMS. (The FTO Div.)

C) i will try my best that in EMS the RP and the situations will be ic only. and no one of EMS worker will talk / mix or insult OOC other worker.

D) I will not hire and rank up ppl base on personal interest, i will rank up ppl base on work only. and i will hire ppl just if they fill the application and know the rules. and i will make sure that my HC will do the same.

Additional information:
i know i disbanded vagos earlier then i was scheduled to, but i had IRL issues, which didn’t allow me to be an active leader. I have resolved all my IRL issues, and i am ready to be leader.

hope u guys will see my potential, have a nice day. :ninja:

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
  1. I have been in EMS for quite some time now, and I love this organization. I am currently Deputy Chief and would love to lead and make some positive changes for the better.

  2. I have thought about being leader for quite some time now and I think I would be a positive role model and leader for EMS. I know all of the rules and standards of EMS.

  3. EMS in my opinion is the best organization in the city and I would be honored to represent it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

  1. I will hire people for nightshift and assign them roles in email for nightshift, along with this I will hire a nightshift manager to ensure that the employees hired for nightshift will work primarily nightshift hours.

  2. After processing applications High Command will have a channel and will document which applications they processed and whether or not they were approved or declined along with the reason for declining. This will ensure that all HC are on the same page and applications processed will be bonused.

  3. After applications have been approved, we will then close and set specific dates/times for ALL interviews. This will keep from citizens coming to lobbies and repeatedly asking those on duty for a HC to come interview them. We will set up a specific area in the hospital for interviews to happen. (ie: 3rd floor in the office suites)

  4. Ambulance calls will be made a bigger priority, as I do see a decent number of complaints from citizens that no one is taking their calls for help. Along with this, I will train more employees as ARD officers, this will ensure that calls outside of the city are also covered. If there is more than one person on calls, I will ask that one of them cover area outside of the city if it is applicable.
5. As a female employee I have personally experienced several incidents of harassment. I will implement a code for employees to put in radio if this is happening. This code will notify HC to come to lobby ASAP. HC will contact LSPD as well. This will ensure IC punishment to the citizen along with OOC punishment that will be handled by the gods via bodycam footage.

1. Leader of EMS (emergency medical service)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this
specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - I want to become leader if this specific organisation so I can help people myself like I will go on every duty i possibly can like calls sitting at the front selling medkits and just overall helping people and improving ems to become even better than it is.
2.2 - another reason I want to become leader is that I know how to treat people right and I’d there right for the job if they aren’t good enough for the job and are annoying patients and being rude then that’s why I should be there to be able to remove them sorts of people and also people running round the lobby shouting and screaming I will be the first to get him muted and get him kicked out of the hospital asap
2.3 - the last reason I want to become ems leader is that I think if my employees are not on I will take over to make sure ems runs as it should, I am on at times that not a lot of people are on.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - personally I think that I could hire more people to go on calls because when I die to people rdming in city and call an ambulance I expect an ambulance to accept my call in the first minute but no they accept it like 4 mins after and when they get there ur already dead so if I get leader I will be sure to make sure to hire more people to take calls that would be a huge upgrade for ems.
