1. Why do you want to become an admin?

"I'm interested in becoming an admin because I have a strong desire to help people and ensure that everyone follows the rules. I believe that being an admin would allow me to contribute to the Grand RP community by assisting new players and promoting a positive environment for everyone.

Although I don't have any prior experience as an admin, I'm a quick learner and I'm eager to develop the skills needed to be an effective admin. I believe that my passion for helping others and my dedication to maintaining a fair and respectful environment for all would make me a valuable asset to the admin team.

2. What are your strengths?

My strengths include taking RP situations seriously, being friendly, flexible with in-city timing, and being a fast learner. I am dedicated to immersive gameplay, have great communication skills, and can adapt quickly to new situations.

3. What are your greatest weaknesses?

My weakness is that I tend to be overly honest and polite, which can sometimes lead to difficulties in situations where it may be necessary to be more assertive or direct. However, I am actively working on finding a balance between being respectful and assertive to be a more effective communicator.
