I had been Under deputy in All Gangs and in en2 I have been captain of swat and fto in John Marshal term so I wanna use my experience to help people now because I am done with RP life and my only goal now is to help newbies as in our en#2 the population is increasing so for controlling them I will devote my time and help the newbies so that server rule breaks don't occur in en#2.
