- I've been playing the server for a while now and really want to be a leader. I've been in a few organizations over my period of playing and I feel this makes me a strong leader for this position. I have been in a few gangs now for extended periods of time. My knowledge of the rules helps me to be able to be successful over the 30 days of being a leader and maybe even take another term.

-Being in FIB/Bloods/Ballas/Marabunta/ng has taught me a lot about leading an Organization in the server and that has gave me a lot of confidents to achieve any goals. I know many of people would like to join me and help me along side this journey .

- I also seen how the past 2 leaders ran vagos and gave it a good rep i can do that aswell by have a good turf team to get 100% turfs next season i have alot of people up my sleeve to bring to my turf team and beat ballas

- I want to everyone to know who we are as a gang no people to be fucked with we are going to own every spray in the ghetto and make sure no one takes it if they do they better put up a good fight.

- To begin with I think Vagos is a very capable gang with very capable members, they just need a leader who knows how to help and guide them and I think I can fill this spot and assist all members

- I want to make Vagos great gang. I want Vagos to become an ruthless and amazing gang that everyone remembers the name of whenever its said. I also want to have fun through the time as well and give my members some enjoyment through it. whether this means events or do more and ask my members to come out with us and include them all the same. - Another reason is I feel every player no matter what org deserves to have a fun and enjoyable GRANDRP experience and i feel i could help this by making RP easier to members new or old to explain it to them and help them grow as gang members or whatever they might decide for the future

- I feel I could get a lot of strong people into vagos. Strong amounts aswell and very active. Whether its ex gang leaders or people I know and trust. I know for a fact I will be able to get good deputies.

- I feel gangs now only care about fighting other gangs whether its turf fights or straight ghetto beef. I want to bring more RP and traction to other events. Such as store robberies, ATM robberies, corrupt cop usage. I have alot of very good plans for vagos.




3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

- Off the bat I would

1. Do more store robberies! it feels like gangs have their mindset on turfs or just fights with other gangs but a huge part of this is store robberies/ghetto/ATM and a lot more! I want full RR in all of these aswell!

2. We will use corrupt cops a lot more as it is an amazing way to use RP and can expand the time of it a lot more. If done correctly of course.

3. We will negotiate a lot more and I will train all members to do it once so they understand. Whether its store robberies or simple demands.

4. I will make sure all my members know how to properly RP incase the time comes they wont mess up RP and it will continue greatly. I will personally take the time to make sure they are all fully prepared for whatever might come their way. I will protect them from any future troubles and make sure they are in good standings.

5. I will encourage all gangs and state orgs to RP more no matter the situation and always teach newer players to do the same while also keeping it clean and productive

6. I would make our members use literal RP a lot more often (Example /me) as it increases RP by a ton.

7. I would like to do a lot of Vagos events. I feel it can help RP a lot to have fun little events for everybody to enjoy and have a great time and cool off.

I have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies.

I would advice all the organizations to indulge more into RP, I have personally noticed how no gang ever tries to hit NGs Ammo run or encashment as well. I would want to mantain good terms with the other organization leaders and do such events where LEOs stands as a strong pillar. To make things short, I simply want to improve the relation Illegal Org leaders have among each other. I want to promote collaboration among the gangs to instigate more dominance in the city..

I would like to try to lead a faction on your large sever because I already know vagos on smaller sever so I already know how I can lead the organization and here are a few ic information that I would enforce.
The main goal of us will be the arms trade because the arms make more sales than the drugs and make the family one of the strongest they should be.
Obtaining information will be driven by torture, we will find the person who is from the army or something, take them with us and torture them until they have spat everything out, but if they don't get anything out, they will be knocked down in a not so nice place.
The personal protection is a bit difficult teamer but is not so easy to find it will depend on the payment how many guys will stay with the person but would say a maximum of 3-4 people because that should be enough except for the person we are in Protect should come into the SG a small action is started which is not so good / SG. But one of our most important goals is to improve the Mafia Rp again. We find it very one-sided at the right time and we want to change something about it. This also applies to many areas, as these are occupied by Mara or Ballas and it is therefore very one-sided.

I want to be the leader of Vagos because I want to boost the level of RP within gangs and make gang life more exciting and more exciting.

I want people to take notice of Vagos and appreciate it. Wraiths term which was the last term really proved Vagos and I want to carry on the legacy of Vagos. I will bring lots of fun to the gang as well not just seriousness because then eventually it will get boring and people will start to leave I will play music now and then muck about a bit but not in any way to get the gang in trouble just enough so that the people won't be bored constantly form being serious all the time.

I have also been Deputy Leader of Marabunta aswell in its past term which also prepares me for what to come and how to handle it all smoothly and set everything up. Also, I know all the rules so I know what and what not to do at all times. Then Vagos will have a rule-following leader!.

Also, Vaogs's HQ is placed away from the rest of them which makes it harder for us to engage in RP without us engaging it first rather than other gangs or LEO coming to us. I have only seen one ghetto patrol being held in the Vagos side of the ghetto. But apart from that, the HQ is in a very nice quiet and calm place most of the time which gives us some free time to have a bit of fun and we can do that without being bothered whereas Bloods, Ballas, Families are all close together and always have something going on between them.

3. Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization

I will make sure to engage a lot more considering the location of our HQ.
In hostage situations, I will make it more interesting for us and the LEO not just get the money return the hostage and have a gunfight or leave.
I will take some risks (Personal Risks not risking a warning or a verbal) for the gang to engage in so it's more fun and exciting for the gang.
I will host events as often as I can.
Try and interact with fake cops or corrupt cops to get intel on what they're planning on doing so we are more prepared and we are more likely to win which will boost the gang's morale and make them feel proud to be a part of Vagos

2.The main reason that I want to be leader of Vagos is to try and bring something new to the illegal org scene. I've been in pretty much every gang and also almost every legal org. I've seen what goes wrong: how orgs get warnings/disbanded, how rp succeeds and fails between Law enforcement and gangs, and how gangs interact with each other whether it be in events or just around the city. I have a few ideas for events and rp situations.

I guess the first main point I want to focus on is RP within Vagos, between the gang and other gangs, as well as the rp with legal orgs in robberies/hostage situations, events, and throughout the city.I want to run the gang with as little toxicity as possible and have an environment where people can feel like a family.I also bring a turf team to the gang who are established and excellent competitors for the season.I am extremely keen on attacking fz providing more event and rp for the legal side as with no disrespect the current leaders are unable to keep the ghetto alive and there is near no rp left in the ghetto.

I want to become the leader of Los Santos Vagos gang cause I am a type of guy who feels that I am only made for gang stuff , In EN#1 when I joined the city I joined SAHP when I got 5 years old there I learnt many rules and their strategies and I reached till Major In there , then I left SAHP after the term was over and then I went to work as A DOC officer and then USS there also I got a good a very good Experience and after the term was over in government I joined LSPD in Tyrell Johnson' s Term and There I gave my best and never got a strike in any org and after his term I went to EMS and there I was A doctor , after Tyrell when Eklavya Thakur got the term I left EMS and again joined LSPD and there I got many promotions in very much few time because of my good work. After somedays before in disbandment of LSPD I took a transfer to NG and there I got Captain. And then NG was my last legal org so I left it and went to ballas there I got event captain and then I left ballas and went to bloods and then Families and then finally Vagos , Vagos was my best gang where I was Deputy In Finley Hawk ' s term because of my capabilities and I was the best HC in there. I did not said this by my own everyone told me this . By writing this 1st point of my journey to 20 years I wanna tell That I have very much experience of Legal as well as illegal orgs and I had been HC in almost both the organizations so I know the proper RP and Rules and tactics strategies of legal orgs so I can ensure the safety of my gang members and protect them from getting arrested by Legal orgs. I have faith and I believe that I am capable of being the leader of this Gang as I was Deputy in it .

2. Stopping the spread of toxicity and Misuses of HC powers

In every orgs where I went I saw that everywhere is full of toxicity and the HCs were misusing there powers and asking money for promotions and not letting the guy get promoted who is not giving money but is more capable than that one who is giving money, I in every org make sure that noone spreads toxicity and everyone enjoy their ranks and not fight for silly things and if a there is dispute between the members of the gang than I should enter in it myself and take it as a serious matter and solve it without any problem. Everyone who knows me will never complain about me for toxicity and other issues also because everyone knows how much humble I am.


3. Giving chance to everyone and make sure that no one breaks the rules and focusing on events

I have seen that newbies who are capable of turfer ranks and other high ranks do not get chance because of old HCs from previous term , So I will make sure and give chance to every member to show and prove their capabilities and on the basis of their capabilities their ranks will be given. I will keep a check and take test of every newbie as well as HCs to check if they are capable of HC or not because I have seen nepotism in many orgs and the leader gave their friend HC who dont know a single rule about gangs by this I will make sure that noone breaks the rules. And I will focus on not only on clands but as well as battleships and turfs also .

1. I will stop the spreading of toxicity and misuse of HC powers .

Q2 ) I want to become leader of Vagos because of the following reasons -

1) Improvised Role Play at all situations
* As a leader i and my gang will have to RP in all the situations . Not breaking the RP and playing with no rule break will lead to a good RP in my sight . Breaking RP would cause a lot of rule break which will be not nice and whoever breaks the RP shall be punished under my sight

2) Active All times
* As a gang we would need to show our presence all the time . By participating in clandestine , Fort Zancudo robbery and ghetto fight's . Also everyday conduct store robbery or gun shop robbery . Also wanting that all the gang members giving their 100%
and being active in graffiti everyday

3) Trying to Reach the top
* As the leader of ballas we would give our 100% and be the best gang also improvising the turfs and trying to reach 100% turf under my leadership . Being Strong will help us reach the top as soon as we can . Which will be very respectfull for the gang itself and its members

Also by becoming the leader of Vagos i would be able to proove my self as a good leader and becoming the leader will help my GRP career
