A. Opportunity to teach new players. To teach new players things about the ghetto & events which are not explained on YouTube or GrandRP discord rules.

B. Experience. I've been a deputy in the previous Ballas term and now a HC in The Families so from my POV, I think I have enough knowledge & experience to lead a gang.

C. Always active. You know that feeling when you ask on the Radio for a HC and no one replies? Say less! The gang members can benefit from an active leader as my working hours in the city are 10AM and 10PM IGT.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

A. COMMUNICATION - This server/game is based on communication, if you don't speak with your people via VC/Chat, everything will be a mess. No one is motivated to do a certain thing if you don't speak with them.

B. Issuing BONUSES - Acting as a gang member will not generate big amounts of money but if I get a chance to lead Ballas, I will stimulate my members with generous bonuses so they will have a reason to continue with me. I've been in different gangs and beside turffers, the event team gang members will usually not get anything for their effort. As long as there is gang balance that can be used, I see no problem issuing some bonusses for a successful BS / FZ / SR.

C. Having a GHETTO TEACHER - I plan hiring a "Ghetto teacher" in the gang which will be responsible to provide trainings for new players which are willing to act as a gang member. This teacher will share knowledge about events like BS/FZ/SR/Clandestine/etc., teach important ghetto & green zone rules. This will get rid of all the silly mistakes that can generate warnings/verbals.

• I came to the city a long time ago, and worked a lot in gangs and gained a lots of experience. I joined Ballas when I came to the city, at that time Ballas had a a great leader( his name was Choti Baba). I came around almost the end of our leader's phase, but learned a lot in the gang and participated in many events and earned my way up to rank 6(in a very less time). After Ballas, I joined Bloods Street Gang, while it was under another great leader's leadership (Yousif Claps). After that when the leader fell and the gang got disbanded , Bloods got a new leader, I joined back again. Once again I was in Bloods Street Gang and got Rank 11(deputy) and also supported The Gang till the Gang got disband , and even after that I joined Vagos and got the (deputy) again because the leader knew how hard working I was and how good I was at it. Due to my experience I know all the rules, how events take place and what all is to be done to avoid strikes and warnings .
• I was leader of Marabunta before and I was an unofficial organization leader so I have the experience of leadership , I know how to handle any adverse situation and know how to deal with it. Since I became the leader of organization I've been inviting new members to help them grow and learn more and more about the city. I have been including them in our events so they can gain more experience. So I want to share my gang experience to the members that I will invite and I'm pretty sure I will lead this gang correctly

• The first important thing to improve Roleplay level in organization is inviting people who really knows the rules. Before inviting someone to the gang, the leader or deputies should take an interview of him/her. In the interview they should ask him / her about every gang rules and how they work . if he/she doesn't know any of the rules , the leader and deputies should let him/her know about each and every rule about the gang to make the RP experience good for everyone .
• Before going to an event, the leader have to meet his/her gang members in the Headquarter before 15 min of the event to make it easier for the leader to gear up the members and pull up to the event .
• We should give Bonus 2-3 times in every weeks to appreciate Gang members for their works and efforts they did for their Gang to motivate them and to increase their morale.

Hello everyone! Thank you for reading my application form. So there are many reasons why i want to be leader of the Ballas because from the most time spent in the city, my first org. was Families and i've enjoyed my hood life there, I've learned the city rules and it is the best time i had, hope more will follow. I could enjoy every time there and i've learned everything about gangs due hang out with the gang all time when i was online. I've searched and learned many things by myself aswell to improve my position as leader.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

1. My advice for improving the roleplay as a leader of Ballas will be providing a quality roleplay instead of just being a criminal org. in the city. Providing more content and improve there roleplay skills,
aswell helping first time gang members by show and learn everything to them.

2. Doing a roleplay with the legal organization and with other legal organizations, following the city rules and providing the events to the city and between the oragnization. Also communication between the illegal organizations so that we can provide content to each other and make some good time in the city. Using discord aswell for communication with the gang members about events and stuff.

3. I want to stop racism in gangs, i've recently seen this. Also respect all members of the gang to give them chance to be in every event and improve there skill sets to shine and perform to be biggest wanted criminal.

4. All i can say is that i will do my very very best to be a perfect leader. I want to make the biggest criminal organization in the state, doing crime with style without hurting the normal rp life!
