• In last week I observed that there were lack of admins, as I had to wait for more than 30 mins for admin's reply. Moreover, I asked a question 2 days back and didn't get response till 2 hours and till now i didn't receive any answer. So, as I know all the server and forum rules, I will be helpful to the players and can respond them quickly with the precise answer. I will make sure that no person will struggle with any kind of issue as long as I am there. and I will put my 100% for the players to make them feel they are doing RP.

   - I would like to help the city RP experience be better. I've been in the city long enough(7 months) and be able to understand all the rules. I would love to give justice to people who breaks the rule and pusnish them, also teach them how to keep the rule and not breaking it again.

• I have been a part of the Grand RP community for three months now and I think it is the time for me to contribute more for the project. As an EMS employee and SAHP officer I have witnessed many situations which were handled poorly due to low RP. Lots of players think that this is an arcade server where they can do whatever they want to and that ruins the RP experience for those who do not deserve such treatment. I would like to use my experience, knowledge and skillset to improve the situation by ensuring that players know the Administration is always here to help and protect them from having a negative experience on the server. Additionally, my excellent availability throughout the whole day, especially during the peak hours, would be beneficial to clear the backlog of the reports and ensure the players get quick responses in-game and on the forum.

Having started on Grand RP, I really wanted that RP feel, none of the random RDMs, VDMs for no reason etc. I wanted to join a server which I enjoy thoroughly and have done so from the day I joined. There are flaws with certain individuals and the ways in which I believe roleplay can be enhanced which I can imagine would discourage others from continuing on the server, which I feel that I could contribute towards to ensure that the server remains enjoyable and moderated professionally.

2. What are your strengths?

My strengths would be that I am highly motivated and professional. Everything I do is with the highest level of professionalism and no matter what I set out to do I will be determined in ensuring that the correct results and outcomes are achieved.
Good listener. I am very open to understanding a situation but as well as knowing what the rules are to ensure that people feel heard whilst ensuring that they understand where they may have faulted to discourage such behaviours in the future.

1. I want to become an admin as I've had a very fun time on this server. I've always tried to improve RP quality ever since I joined as I knew how to RP prior to being on GrandRP. I have been a deputy of gangs and LSPD. I've been in every organization that there is and know how they work. I want to work and connect with players, not just punish them for their actions. I know all the server rules properly. I wouldn't mind being either a crime or state admin as I know all the rules and how they work for both.

1. As you can tell from my id I joined the server the moment it came out and have enjoyed it ever since. I have met so many good people on this server and as an administrator, I would like to repay the community for being so good to me all throughout my playtime and help people that are struggling with technical problems or are wanting to report someone that is breaking any sort of server rules. or anything that could make the game unenjoyable to the player-base. Due to me being so early in the city I have experienced or had the opportunity to try out every single job that the server has to offer and almost every single organization the server has to offer. And due to that, becoming an administrator is the last thing that I can do to just repay the friends and players that I've met through this still ongoing and amazing journey and help the entire community to make the game fun and enjoyable for every single player. And as I said I just wish to make this Role-play server a safe space for everyone that joins it and can have fun without getting bullied, harassed, or any sort of things like that.

2. My strength in my opinion is my personality, Many of my friends could say that I am a funny and laid back person most of the time but I can get serious when I need to, I also find myself as a very helpful or a person that thinks about other as he does about himself and in my opinion such empathy to help others is a pretty important skill when becoming an administrator. I have also been an administrator on a few RP servers on Fivem and can understand the administrator system very well. My friends also could say that I am very good at handling a serious or non-serious situation the proper way which I have learned through my multiple hundreds of hours on duty as a Staff-Sergeant for the LSPD and the time in other legal organizations. I can also speak Fluent Polish, Norwegian, and English.
